Loved every minute of my camping stay, beautiful campground , clean ,lots of activities, friendly helpful staff, loved hearing the owl, and crows and watching the sun rise over the trees and looking the Navy planes overhead while sitting next to the campfire . The campground is also centrally located. Had a light filled stay. Thank you .

Loved the pool! Really like the drive-by garbage pickup in the morning. Surroundings are lovely, convenient to the boardwalk!

This is the best KOA we have stayed at. Great people and very well kept. New pool. We will be back in the spring and the fall again.

Really liked the park and staff were very nice, only complaint is the jets from the naval base nearby are very loud and startling when they fly by.

Staff was lovely, asked my questions with a lovely tone/respect. Everything was clean/nice when we arrived. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Campground had a lovely atmosphere, very family oriented.

loved it....Very clean, many things to do, love the pool, very accommodating for me and my mom needing to be close to everything since she was in a wheelchair, will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I just want to start off with we had a great time, we loved our site it was nice and level and right on the corner.I think the only negative thing I would say is that the price's for just a regular site are a little higher than other campgrounds right around that area. I wish your prices were a little cheaper to compete with other campgrounds. Wish you had trick r treating from sites.

Even though I live in VA Beach, is still like staying at this campground for a weekend. Wi-Fi could be better.

Overall, liked the campground and amenities. Nice handicap shower facilities (could use a table to put bath items on). However, dangerous to reach above head if using walker, and the wheelchair dependent is out of luck. Too far from the attractions we wanted to spend time in...Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown, but a very nice KOA. Good for people who want to be close to the beach.

Hannah was super nice and helpful. The facilities were clean. Our cabin was beautiful and amazing. I’ll be back soon I loved it!

Service and staff are outstanding!!!! Sites are level reasonably spacious and clean. Conveniently located near supermarkets and known chain stores. On a 1-10 scale this is a 12! Will definitely recommend this campground to all my friends!

Beautiful campground and fantastic staff, this can be seen by the amount of campers use this site. We lengthened our stay twice. As other campers did also. We had to leave for 1 day and return for a further stay only because the campground was fully booked to capacity on Holloween weekend. Weather was wonderful for this time of year which also made us extend our stay. we will positively be back.

Very pleasant stay. Representatives and helpers were very accommodating. Our site was outstanding. My wife and I noticed that large dog barking was an issue at a couple of sites in the campground. Please put more emphasis on that when registering campers. The barking can really be annoying when you are expecting peace and quiet. Otherwise, our stay was most pleasant.

It was awesome. We checked in at the camp store, I told them I wanted to purchase firewood, when I did, he said I will have someone take it to the cabin, by time we got in the car and got to the cabin, the firewood was already there. The cabins were very clean, the grill outside was really clean also. Enjoyed throwing cornhole at the boards that were supplied. Overall, a great time we had.

Really nice campground. Well maintained and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The pool area looked amazing. We had hoped to try out the lazy river but the weather didn’t cooperate.

Great campground, great activities, live entertainment, new pools, great location. Not a 5 due to site assignment. While I understand some sites are just better than others in the same class and you win some and lose some. However, we have been coming multiple times for multiple years and consistently receive less than desirable sites every time. Often reserving months in advance.

Park was nice, site small for a 37 foot towing vehicle camp staff was quick with excuses we didn't say what we were towing even though it's a small truck and no where does it ask the question and for a premium 109.00 per night. Girls in store nice young guy that worked late afternoon another quick to answers and excuse you pretty quick, will I go back, NO.

Great location. Beautiful clean campground, incredible new pool area with all the other activities that you would expect from a KOA. We stayed in cabin that was clean and comfortable. We were in cabin 723 and there was a previous review stating there was an ant problem in that cabin at the beginning of the April which I mentioned at the check in when we were assigned that cabin was told that the last people that checked out did not mention any problem. Now I'm a camper so ants are by far an issue with me but we did leave out something in the bathroom over night that we should have put away and there was more then a comfortable amount of ants in the sink and counter when one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night. Again, not a deal breaker for us but others might be. We just made sure that we put away or wrapped up anything food related the rest of our stay and only saw a few here and there after that (we even extended our stay another night, 6 in all) the only thing I would really complain about was the close proximity to the other cabins in the "cul-de-sac"  area that we were in, some had more "private" patios but there were 3 cabins and their patios that were literally like 20' apart from each other, they should have reversed the entrances and patios so they didn't abut each other. (See pictures those are not my cabin they are the ones to the right and left) which again wasn't really a problem mid week because the campground was pretty empty but on Friday and Saturday nights that we stayed all the cabins were occupied. This is the only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars. Other than that pretty much five stars across-the-board! I can't see any reason that you would not have a fantastic time here and I would definitely be back when we're in the area and I will even stay in the same cabin again.

Very nice, clean campground! The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. There are so many super amenities. Its is located so close to so many restaurants, stores and hiking trails. Hope to stay there again.

We have the joy of living here year round in the extended stay area. The whole crew is awesome! Jenn, Hannah, Virginia, Andrew are all amazing. The GM keeps the place looking like a resort! So happy here. The Cipperlys ♥️
