We'd booked this 8 person deluxe cabin for Memorial Day weekend 2023 during Memorial Day 2022. When you book like this in advance, you cannot predict the weather obviously. It was rainy and windy but we had a great time. Clean campground, clean bathrooms and toilets. Front desk was super friendly too. Loved our stay here!

Staff is wonderful. Bath houses are cleaned frequently. Mirrors in the shower rooms would be a nice addition. Rather than quietly deleting the pool from the list of amenities on the website there should be an informational notice about it so that people know. Nobody wants to be surprised at check in when it’s too late.

Friendly staff- SUPER CLEAN! Great campsite/camp store -The only thing is I KEEP getting txts to extend my stay- pls send these less often and stop sending them after we leave. I got them before we came down- ok I get that, the entire week I was there in the am- and we’ve been home for 4 days and STILL getting the messages to extend my stay- also camp was full so we couldn’t anyway! Frustratin

The campground was very peaceful, clean, and plenty of activities for the kids. The staff was professional and willing to assist with issues or questions about near by attractions.

We got a pull through site that was very small, we had to park the truck in a grassy area next to the camper ( thankfully we were on an end spot). When we went to leave even though our site was a pull through we had to back the 44ft camper out of the spot!! The spot was definitely not met for a rig our size! On a happy note the people in the office made check in breeze!

Got terrible Neighbors: 1 side smoking marihuana all time, and for the other side having party until very late 2 or 3 am. Heavy noise of music that my kids could not sleep. Nobody enforces the quite time.

I chose KOA because I craved an alternative to the typical hotel/motel thing. And I'm glad I did!! From the moment that I checked in till the moment I left I was treated like a celebrity. Virginia (VA) helped me find the perfect site (286) and was always available to answer any questions I had. The golf-cart Crew were all friendly and approachable. I look forward to my return visit.

Very disappointed pool was not open. The email I received implied it was possible it would be, so we continued our plans, but upon arrival found a massive construction zone. We had a very disappointed grandson with us. Not happy at all. More honesty would have been nice.

We stayed 2 nights in an rv site then 5 nights in a tent site; we stayed in our camper van. The property is very well maintained, facilities are kept clean and the personnel were friendly and helpful. This KOA is everything you would expect a KOA to be.

A very nice campground with lots to do, especially for kids. Also I would like to recommend Eagle RV who came out to fix our kitchen sink leak (I believe they are new to that campground).

No pool available so why was there not an adjustment to the daily RV full hookup patio rates Had to go to store to have blowing garbage around several campsites picked up

We were only there two days, the staff was friendly and amazing. I had a problem with the cable the first night so I just watched air TV. The next morning I walked into the office and told them my dilemma, they called on the radio and he beat me back to my site. That’s fast service. After checking he found someone disconnected the cable in the box. Highly recommended, LOTS to do there!! Very cle

The cabin we stayed in was fantastic and very clean, and it was so relaxing sitting outside on the patio deck. I highly recommend KOA VB….the KOA staff are awesome and the campground is so clean.

We liked the fact that it was so easy to find and close to activities we wanted to do. Disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub; however, once the rebuilt is complete I'm sure the pool facilities will be amazing!.

Got the last site across from the pools (100 feet away) under construction. When i saw that, i asked to be placed elsewhere they said they could not, 50% of the sites stayed vacant while we were there. They worked 2 bobcats all day until 7pm beeping and loud. Morning after check in they started cleaning empty sites making loud noises with shovels and blowers. Could not sit outdoors and enjoy.

Loved the jets! Loved the entertainment and food trucks KOA had. I don't know why mowers are out so much and so early as the grass is barebones. Very clean camp! Only concern was our cable was fuzzy and intermittent. Would definitely stay again!

Our “premium grassy site” had no grass. The “grass pad” was hard dirt with large clumps of asphalt. Map sizing was inaccurate as one of our lots was huge, the others were tiny. We had to purchase 3 sites since we were told only 2 tents per site allowed but the lot next to us had 8 tents on 1 site. Staff did not enforce quiet hours as neighboring lot blasted music until 2am.

Grounds were clean and well maintained, lots of stuff for kids to play, loved the transportation to the oceanfront. We had a great time! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! All staff were welcoming and helpful. Campground was very clean and the offered activities quite fun! Only issue we had is we thought we were booking at Adventure Works but really booked at the Adventure Park across the street instead. Maybe if you add KOA to the name of your adventure park it would help prevent confusion.

I chose this location for the jets and wasn't disappointed! Lots of F/A-18s to watch. Also, the KOA was a few minutes from the beach. They offered a trolley service to the beach and other areas, but I couldn't use it since they don't allow dogs. The KOA also provided entertainment and food trucks occasionally. We stayed 14 days.
