What a great find. Beautiful spacious sites. Very clean. Plan to come back in month to stay longer. And what a great place to star gaze.

While there is a lot to do and sites are large this KOA needs serious updating and basic maintenance. The roads inside the campground are atrocious, sites while larger than most are difficult to get into due to having to navigate between trees. There is absolutely no WiFi unless you’re standing directly in front of the office and virtually no cell phone service. We won’t return, disappointing.

Every one of the last 32 years I have vacationed at Trinity KOA has been fun filled and family oriented.This year was different.There was no roving security that I saw and several bathrooms were closed. Without warning how we make our reservations changed to first come first served. Preference for loyalty is gone so many people lost their favorite sites and dates that they have had for years.

Issues with water and electricity for the week. 3 days where we were intermittently w/out water throughout the day. We were never notified that this would be happening. When we asked the staff that was tending to the campgrounds, they were rude and said they had no information. I had an RV site and a cabin. $2000. I should have been offered some type of compensation for this inconvenience.

RV spots are not well marked for evening arrival. It took me 30 min to find my spot (313). Also - the office staff is very unfriendly after the store closed. I was trying to help out a new arrival who was having trouble and the women barely acknowledged me and wouldn’t even open the door. She called someone on her walk-in talkie but was very dismissive of me who was just trying to help out.

During our stay the pool was out of order, the campground was experiencing sewer problems, the snack shop had horrible service, the WiFi was very poor. This campground needs a lot of TLC. It is a beautiful location with great potential.

The pool area needs to be redone. I suggest cutting down the trees around the pool and putting turf instead of dirt around the pool. It gets extremely dirty.

I am a group of 60 people since 1985, going to Trinity same spots same time of year. Every year our spots are saved for the next year, until we check in, then re book for the next year. This year all of our spots for 2022 were taken? Why would KOA turn down loyal repeat customers? What a horrible business move. Also bathrooms closed, water turned off multiple times. The Staff was polite, friendly

This year we had construction on our road, so we woke up to tractors and machines making a lot of noise at 7am, sewer problems they could not avoid. Our water turned off many times during the week, the bathrooms only worked half the time. Lots of things need up keep and it hasn't been done. Staff was great and friendly, but the things going on at this KOA were not fun. Can't wait for new owners

I’ve been coming here for 30 plus years and am sad to see that the facility has not been maintained. I was with a large group and we completely understood the lack of access to the lake and the hot spell but the water and electricity going on several times and the constant sewer smell was not understandable, nor was the inaccessibility of the snack shop.

The first site we were assigned to was a huge mound and we were unable to level our RV. We moved. Then the sewer not only went out in the bathrooms but sewer flooded out the doors of the bathrooms and laundry room. Then the electricity went out then on the day we were leaving there was no water. Unbelievable. We’ve tried to call to get some sort of discount but nobody will call us back.

Beautiful campground. Unfortunately there was maintenance being done the entire time that led to power and water loss. Pool was also closed for a day due to a leak. These things happen though. Just happened during our stay. Would consider coming back. Great neighbors, lake and watering holes

Our family has been coming to this campground for 30+ years. This year is the worst we've seen it. Apparently is now owned by KOA Corp & they are trying to sell it to a franchisee. They are apparently investing very little $ in infrastructure/maintenance. Water/bathrooms/pool all shut down at times during our stay. Laundry machines only ran scalding hot. Store v understocked. Pool cracked & dirty.

We have stayed at this park foe 38 years and this was the worst experience concerning the management of the park. The management and staff attitude was poor. We understand that there was an underground water issue but there was no concern for the tent campers. The bathrooms would be closed for hours. The reservation system for returning campers who have had their same campsites was non existent!

one night . we enjoyed the park however we are seniors and did not find many activities we could participate in. The Lions Club Bingo was fun

Although the lake was low we knew that beforehand. It was our first stay at this KOA and we found it to be a clean and friendly campground. The store had select items that makes it convenient. We will definitely be returning once the lake level rises again.

No power in our RV site: an on-going past issue that was never fixed. We locked in our sites by phone, were told that it was locked in but she never locked it in. Communication with campers was poor. Sites did not have water. Pool closed during heat wave for routine maintenance that could have happened during off hours. Noisy campers until 3:00am. No enforcement of quiet hours.

This is a family campground and offers all the family amenities. I would rate this campground higher, but for one very important issue: campers flying political flags. Several campsites had the "State of Jefferson" flags clearly displayed. This was upsetting and I would never recommend this campground based on that. Isn't KOA known for family campgrounds? Please add the rule of no political flag

The worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at; we left 3 days early. We reserved a pull thru, got a back in. They were totally full but had 3of their 5 restrooms/showers down for maintenance. Their septic dump station was restricted for maintenance. They advertise Trinity Lake and many associated activities and yet they don’t notify you when making reservations that the lake is so low none of those a

I had a wonderful trip, disappointed that the lake is so low and limited water access. The Koa was clean, pool was excellent, staff was great and helpful. My site was spacious and overall experience A+

Tons of people, dozens of cars driving around after 11 pm. Facilities were dirty. Our camp site had the previous campers garbage scattered all around the dirt. Never will be back.

Nice place to stay with alot to do for the kids. Swimming pool and facilities were kept really clean. The only draw back was we arrived at 1 and check in was not until 3. Even though our spot was empty we were not allowed to check in until 3 unless we paid half price fee for early check in. So we waited in the parking lot until 3. I think early check in should not be an issue for KOA members

As usual we are totally satisfied. We wish you had drive through campsites. It was a little hard fitting our RV and boat and extra car.

We had such a great time we decided to make it an annual reunion and already booked sites for next year! Abigail and Ellen were absolutely fantastic and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service...especially Abigail!!!!

The campground was nice, but sadly the lake was super low. This made any kind of wading or swimming impossible due to the deep sludge mud all along the banks.

Drove 12 hours in 100÷ degree heat to discover no water in the lake. Also no wifi or internet in the campground, asked to use an electrical outlet in the office/store for internet access for my computer and the manager, Sherri, said "we can't help you" in a very dismissive and unkind tone. I was very surprised and disappointed. Should have been advised about the water situation.

We had 6+ days at Trinity KOA with our adult kids, their spouses, and our 9 grandkids. It was glorious! We had a ball using the pool, playground, shaded campsites, and the woods. Although we couldn’t make use of Trinity Lake, we were able to drive down the road a few miles and find some recreational water. We all agreed this is where we want to gather again next summer!

The snack bar needs to be open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice large camp areas.

This KOA was so fun! The kids loved the bounce pad and the playground and mini golf. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The OHV area was so fun. The campgrounds are beautiful and the spaces are immaculate. Very nice shower and laundry facilities. We will be staying here again and again in the years to come!

We loved our trip to Trinity Lakes Campground! We staying in 1 of the cabins and it was surprising clean and modern. This was probably best family trip ever, lots of activities for the kids and adults, and the pool was great for the hot afternoons. Add simply beautiful and you have the perfect recipe...

The new owners have made so many improvements and it's really starting to show! Very friendly staff, a lot of great amenities and it's in a beautiful location! Our kids loved to bike around the large campground and play mini golf with their new friends!
