Been coming here for 34 years. Beautiful spot close to the lake. We appreciate the improvements the new owners have made. But there are still some issues that need to be addressed. The aged electrical infrastructure has to be upgraded to avoid the chronic power outages. And some policies should be instituted regarding minor's use of motorized vehicles within the grounds.

Thank you, it was a great time. The only complaint my daughter who stayed in one of the cabins had, is that the water pressure in the shower was like a little more than a trickle. It was fine for a quick rinse off, but when it came to washing her hair, had to come to our trailer. The campground was very clean and quiet. Kids loved the activities. Thank you!

The manager, Pam, is so friendly and knowledgeable and I really felt like she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I really appreciated her friendly attitude!

Beautiful campgrounds yet some staff not that friendly(store employee woman with short blonde hair) was borderline rude at times when trying to ask questions on pumping gas. My husband felt like he was really putting her our by wanting to obtain gas. The restrooms were spotless in the morning when I showered and the staff who maintained them were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs

This is a very nice park with friendly staff and is well maintained. You are quite literally camping in a forest you’re surrounded by trees with lots of shade from the summer heat. Restrooms/showers and laundry facilities throughout the park. Lots of wooded tent camping site’s available. The only real downside is the wifi only works by the store/office up front. No T-Mobile cell service.

What a wonderful place! When we checked in, Autumn and Pam made sure we liked our spot and even drove my boyfriend around to see which one would be best for our trailer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Campground needs a lot of care. Every year it’s something else. Last year was sewer system this year was electrical. The pool was down for days. Some rv sites are right on top of each other causing our front door to be on our neighbors dump tank which wasn’t good. Sites 9 and 10. We’ve been coming for over 40 years and will continue but would like to see the new owners be a little more inves

Trinity Lake KOA is a great destination resort. I'm been spending my vacations here for years. The staff was really good this year especially Pam the manager. Improvements have been made and more are to come. The public restrooms were very clean. A snack shack was back - thank you! See you next year.

We stayed in an RV space it was nice. The grounds are so well kept and staff is friendly. We love all the activities that they have for families and how close the lake is also and having a pool on-site as well is a bonus.

The amenities were great and clean. The atmosphere of the campsite is gorgeous, nestled in amongst the big redwoods. The lake is within walking distance which was also a plus for the people would love to fish and swim. This campsite had plenty of tent sites and RV sites and yet still very roomy. We will definitely be back.

Power went out every day, they only had 1 fuze and the maintenance man had to drive to Woodland for another leaving us without power for 8 hours. The old women in the store were bickering about their lunch break, the General Manager wasn't managing the campground, it was all reactionary to an overbooked facility. 1st and last stay there.

I would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for the power issues. The same thing happened to us last year so in my opinion it is a known issue. I do understand that at least part of the issue was area wide on one day however we lost power everyday during the hottest part of the day for hours and even the staff seemed to admit that the infastructure just can't handle the modern RV ac equipment.

The staff really made our first trip to Trinity Lake KOA extra special. Despite the heatwave and rolling blackouts throughout the campsite, the staff (Autumn and Jeremiah in particular) went above and beyond to get the power back on and keep us informed. They were all very accommodating and we were all able to make the best of a uncontrollable situation. We enjoyed our trip and plan to return.

I have been going to Trinity Lake KOA since before it was a KOA. Have always loved it. It's been about 10 years since I've been. This time the powered went off. Staff was rude when I would inquire why. We had an RV with pets, temp was around 108 to 115. AC was important. 1 staff member would say it was mechanical the other would say it was the utility company. We never could get a straight answer.

We love this location. Big sites and far enough away to feel like you are in the woods. The lake is the main attraction. The new oat marina is great! Power outage on our row of rv sites during a 110 degree day was horrible, but things happen and they got it fixed. Suggestion to sell block ice, install more tp holders in womans restrooms (ran out every night) but staff was really friendly.

The staff was very nice. A lot of activities. My child was almost hit twice in a weekend by different people on ATVs, someone who seemed drunk and someone letting a child drive the ATV. Kids driving ATVs/golf carts all over. Parking on the camp ground pavement so you can barely get by, or not at all. Very intoxicated people going in everyone’s camp. Unmonitored/Unsafe chaos seemed like a theme.

The power went out for two days straight when it was over 100 degree weather . So our RV had now AC . Super lame to pay for a site with hookups and not have access to power

Unfortunately as soon as I got in, my Pug got very sick and I had to take her to veterinary on 4th of July weekend and thankfully everyone in the office helped out with my dog healthy issue. Special thanks to Autumn for helping us, she stayed on top looking for ER locations. But thank you all KOA employees at Trinity Lake

What a fantastic trip! I have to say that since KOA took over the formerly “Wyntoon Resort” (yes I’ve been coming up here for 42 years), this particular trip stands out as our best since being managed by KOA and new GM Pam. The place is CLEAN and each staff member that we delt with was great. A special shout out to Autum, Jeremiah, and Moose for being awesome! We shall return again for more

We stayed for five days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The campsite was beautiful and fully shaded. We went to the lake each day with our dog so she could swim. We also enjoyed food at the Burger Oasis. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We met many nice guests. We look forward to coming back next year.

We have been visiting this KOA for the past 20 years, and this year was the cleanest I have ever seen the campground; the crew was hardworking and clearly took pride in their work. The entire camp crew was friendly, fun, and kind.

We were traveling with the granddaughters and ended our run here. It was a perfect way to break up the drive home. Staff was very friendly and lots of activities for the kids. The food truck was great.

We stayed in a group site over Memorial Day weekend and there was plenty of space for all 12 of us (3 large tents). I only wish the bathrooms weren't so far away from the campsites but it was still a great stay! The kids loved the pool and the lake was beautiful

A absolutely gorgeous spot!! The cabin we stayed in was clean and I felt so comfortable letting my toddler run around. There's rentals from what I saw on the packet, a kids playground and building with crafts, and a little mini golf course which is so cool. It's right next the lake with gorgeous views which I thought was so cool. The little store has so much too! The staff was so extremely sweet, crazy helpful, very personable! I'm so glad we stayed and we'll be back soon! Thank you for a great family vacation.

One of the best KOAs we've ever stayed at. Our kids as well as us had a blast there, from the kids club to gaga ball and everything in between. Brittany in the kids club was amazing as was her husband who helped us in the store and ran the corn hole tournament. We loved Bingo night and the lovely young man announced the numbers. We hope to be back next year!
