FIRE RULES

Fires are allowed in the fire rings only. Check with office for any federal fire bans or restrictions.

Firewood is available for purchase in the General Store.

WILDLIFE AWARENESS

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be on this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

RECREATION RENTALS

Water craft rentals:  9am - 5pm
$25 for 2 hours for each water craft

Bike rentals:  hours the general store is open up to 6pm
$10/hr for single-seat bikes
$12/hr for double-seat bikes

PROPANE FILL

Guests may request propane fills at the General Store during operating hours.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

RV & Tent:
Cancel 48 hours or more ahead of your check in date during non holidays or special events and you will be charged a $10 cancelation fee with the balance of your deposit refunded. 
Cabins:
Cancel 7 days or more ahead of your check in date during non holidays or special events and you will be charged a $10 cancelation fee with the balance of your deposit refunded. 
All Sites: If you cancel outside the designated cancelation time for your site you will forfeit the one night deposit amount.

GOLF CART POLICY

Guests must be a licensed driver to drive a golf cart on KOA property.
Golf carts may not be driven around the property during quiet hours (10pm - 8am)

PET POLICY

Deluxe cabins that are pet friendly require a $25 per stay per pet fee. Camping cabins that are pet friendly have a $10 per stay per pet fee.
We do not charge a pet fee on RV and tent sites. Please remember to clean up after your pet, have them on a leash, and stay with them at all times.

VEHICLE POLICY

Any guest or visitor operating a motorized vehicle of any kind must have a state issued driver's license.
Children are prohibited from operating any motorized vehicle while on park property. 
ATVs and other recreational vehicles are meant for off-road activities and are not to be used as recreational vehicles within the boundaries of the park.
The park speed limit applies to all vehicles.

NUMBER OF GUESTS PER RESERVATION

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation. 
  • At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.  
  • A limit of 4 to 12 people per site (depending on site type) will be enforced. That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors. If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed.

RV and Tent sites are limited to 6 people per site.
Camping Cabins and Deluxe Cabins are limited to the maximum occupancy. The number of guests/visitors per site cannot exceed the maximum sleeping capacity of the accommodation. 

Note: If the number of overnight guests on your reservation allows for day visitors, those day visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Keep in mind that parking is limited and is first come, first serve. Visiting guests are permitted until Quiet Hours begin at 10pm and must adhere to campground rules. Should day visitors turn into overnight guests, they must register at the front desk.

TRASH POLICY

Please bag and tie trash and leave it at the end of your site between 7am and 11am.  Staff will come by and pick it up for you.
Please do not leave trash out overnight.

5 MPH

After hours registration is posted in the night registration box located to the left of the General store front door.
Night Host number is located on the map for any assistance.
For emergencies call 9-1-1.

Boat Launch:
A boat launch area is conveniently located just 2 miles away from the campground in the town of Trinity Center.

Meet Your Hosts

Pam Ashburn

Welcome to the Trinity Lake KOA Holiday!

Pam Ashburn has been a valued employee of KOA since 2021.  Starting her career in Valdez Alaska, she has worked the store and guest services at a number of KOA's.  She is excited to be the General Manager at the Trinity Lake KOA.  Pam brings a background of accounting, real estate and small business owner of a dance studio to Trinity Lake KOA. 

When not working Pam enjoys dancing, teaching dance, kayaking, and hiking.  Though the most important is spending time with her 2 sons and 8 grandchildren.  

Pam has a personality that fits well with managing our KOA, engaging with the guests and working with the staff. Be sure and say hi when you see her out and about around the campground.
