Meet Your Hosts

MIchael Botkins

Welcome to the Trinity Lake KOA Holiday!

Michael has been with KOA for nearly 8 years and is excited to join the Trinity Lake KOA family. He worked in the restaurant industry before he was convinced to make the move into outdoor hospitality. Although he had never camped, he took that leap of faith and started building his career at KOA. Michael worked several positions at KOA before being promoted to General Manager four years ago. This year he made the move from Florida to California to further his experience with KOA. Michael believes that his campers become his family and is looking forward to the upcoming camping season starting on April 29th. Be sure to say hi when you see him out and about around the campground greeting and getting to know guests!
