The facility needs repairs and maintenance. The property is in disrepair. Nice location. Been coming for years but the state of the campground is not great. Raise the rates and fix your infrastructure.

Not the activities you use to have. Terrible garbage pick up. Non stop construction. Few options in the store on very limited open hours. This is the first time in about 6 years that we will not be coming back.

Beautifully laid out large campground with ample RV spaces, flat tent spaces and a cute string of cabins along the creek. Perfect for families with the playgrounds, pool, tons of space for kids to ride their bikes safely, not to mention the acres of lakeshore access. Very nice. Had some problems getting into our cabin. Looked for someone with a key for more than 2 hours after we arrived. Also we wanted a cabin with full bath/shower. Only had a shower. But area is relaxing, liked the pool and other added things around grounds.

No fault of the KOA, but I expected there to be more open areas to explore by foot right from the cabin. It felt like we needed to drive everywhere, and the lake is so low it was not possible to do any activities with it. We did not have a sponge, and the refrigerator did not close all the way, every time. And the only way to lock the sliding door to the deck was with a stick.

My cabin really needed some help. For 3 days it smelled like rodents urinated throughout. Unpleasant to say the least. You aren't cheap and I expected a bit more. My friends cabins were more appealing. I was disappointed!

Stayed 4 days in a “Delux Cabin” but 3 days no hot water and water shut off twice while there for broken main somewhere.

Save your money do not go to this KOA if you plan on staying in a cabin. The place is nice and clean. But the store basically did not have any food to buy, not even the coffee pods! No one came for use towel pickup and fresh towel delivery. And there is no internet anywhere except near the KOA store. What is the point of paying so much if the amenities are so poor?

The stay was great. I didn’t really see all of the campground because we mostly were at our cabin or the lake. I will say the shower pressure in cabin 120 was very poor and the shower was really tiny and hard for us to bathe kids. Other than that it was pretty gosh darn amazing.

We had a fun stay, but for $750 for 3 nights I was expecting better. Could use more signage around the alternate entrances to the campground so it is easier to identify as KOA. Night time check in process could use improving. It was near impossible to track down adequate coffee supply. K-cups were not available for purchase a the store as advertised. "Gourment" coffee bar was closed.

Overall the stay was great. Was disappointed in that when I made my reservations I had requested to have my cabins next to each other and when we arrived after hours so could not discuss it with office staff, but the cabins were not, were actually 5 apart. I had thought maybe someone was already next to me, however the cabin next to me remained vacant all weekend.

There were multiple issues that we had never experienced on other stays. Our cabin did not have hot water, and it happened to be a very cold weekend. We were told that we would get half off of our stay or we could change cabins. This was after already staying the 1st night without hot water. My credit card showed only one night was reduced. They said that it was because we didn’t change cabins.

Sarah as well as the other two ladies in the store were freaking amazing ! Sarah went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing ! The upgraded room she gave us because of problems with the other room we had ordered was absolutely gorgeous - the only thing I can complain about was we were there for three days and no one ever came and got our garbage in the can outside ! Thank you Sarah !

We have been staying here for years, this year the cabins were pretty dirty, the Mini Kat was closed, the store is barren and it was kind of ghost town-ish. The staff definitely need to deep clean the cabins (especially the shower) and maybe rake around the exterior. Otherwise, it was good.

Great. New staff. Few expected things in our cabin burned out lights, toilet problems, Needed to clean roofs and porch. No TV, take your TV/DVD if needed no cable no wifi except in office. All linens including towels. Soap shampoo dispensers. Air and heat was nice. The store was sparse and Snack bar closed along with pool. Very remote. At almost $200 a night could use work. I would stay again.

Torn rugs, dead spiders in hide-a-bed, broken out door lights worker not willing to replace, dirty pillow case, back porch filthy. Cabin was prepped only at a minimum.

Loved it. My one and only complaint, is the mattress. We had four cabins in all. Everyone said the same thing. We are bringing our own mattress pads next year.

We loved the park and the helpful staff. The grounds are well-maintained and our porch swept prior to our arrival. The cabin could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty (they made our bare feet dirty) and the rugs were dirty. The oven was also dirty with food soiled foil left on the racks. Appreciate the towel service every other day!

Stayed in a cabin had everything we needed. Even with highway so close couldn't hear it when inside. Everyone very nice. The water down very low should have brought the kayaks but there are many other things to fill your time.

The staff was very friendly! We had a late evening check in and they had left us very helpful directions, only suggestion is provide sponges for washing the dishes and maybe update the AC in cabins... we were there on a very humid weekend and our AC was pretty dated and didn’t work . Otherwise great staff and good food at the cafe!

We had a beautiful and relaxing time. Staff was very pleasant and the cabins were clean and comfortable. A few issues, but were immediately resolved. It was sad that the water was so low that is was hard to enjoy the lake which is one of the reasons we came up there. Beautiful weather.

I’ve been camping at Trinity Center for more than 15 years but this is the first time staying in the cabins. The bathroom has some sort of mold on the shower door. Enough said. I will be back but will never stay in those cabins again.

This was our first time staying at the Trinity Lake KOA. We had a great time and the kids really enjoyed playing mini golf and riding the trikes. Our two bedroom cabin was very clean, in good condition, and comfortable. We will be back!

Overall, our stay was great...staff was all very friendly and helpful, the kids LOVED the park and miniature golf. However, the sheets on the pull out bed were dirty and we had to ask for clean ones, and the filter on the air conditioner indicated that it needed to be cleaned so the AC didn't work properly.

This KOA was so fun! The kids loved the bounce pad and the playground and mini golf. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The OHV area was so fun. The campgrounds are beautiful and the spaces are immaculate. Very nice shower and laundry facilities. We will be staying here again and again in the years to come!

We loved our trip to Trinity Lakes Campground! We staying in 1 of the cabins and it was surprising clean and modern. This was probably best family trip ever, lots of activities for the kids and adults, and the pool was great for the hot afternoons. Add simply beautiful and you have the perfect recipe...

The new owners have made so many improvements and it's really starting to show! Very friendly staff, a lot of great amenities and it's in a beautiful location! Our kids loved to bike around the large campground and play mini golf with their new friends!
