We LOVED staying in the deluxe wood lodge cabin. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything that we needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation in amongst the trees. This Campground has lots of fun activities for children and families. Thank You for a great time away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities!

We expected rain and we got it so we were confined to the cabin for 2 days. It was great. Nice cabin roomy. We only had 3 adults and two dogs. Already planning our next trip.

The staff are amazing! They do an awesome job making campers feel welcome as well as maintaining a beautiful, spacious, wooded campground. The camp store is awesome with a huge variety of camping gear as well as fun souvenirs. Definitely one of the best KOAs we have ever stayed in. Keep up the fantastic work! We will definitely be back. Thank you for another great stay!

My bed in the RV rental was clean and it's generally a nice space. Since I was just one person, it was unkind to leave me a huge blown up mattress on a roll out bed in the small living room to deal with. The floor in the living room was dirty and covered in unsightly stains. If they cannot be removed, perhaps they could be covered. Disappointments were just incidental. I would return.

We stayed in a 2 br cabin, the cabin was cute and they really thought of everything! The beds were so comfortable. The main area was great, the playground, activity areas and the rentals for water activities were perfect for weekend fun. The pool was ok, the lounge area by the pool was very dirty and run down and the water was cloudy. Overall it was very fun, but I would camp there next time.

The cabin was filthy with sticky floors, sticky cupboards and moldy smells. Lighting was insufficient for any activity. Outdoor spaces weren't cleaned. Front door was hard to open because it sticks. Toilet runs on it's own. We were totally disappointed in this KOA and would have left if there were any other choices and wouldn't have lost our deposit. We Will Never Be Back.

Pam and the staff were awesome! The KOA team was genuinely vested in my son and his buddy’s good time. For my 12 year old these are memory making events and this KOA exceeded my expectations.

The campground is clean and has a lot of amenities for everybody to enjoy! We really enjoyed the mini golf and the kids really enjoyed the s'mores on Friday night.

Our two bedroom cabin was very nice. Having A/C was a huge bonus. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk woman Pam was very curt and rather condescending at check-in. It seems this property is in the midst of an ownership change and there’s disorganization at reception. The campsites are rather confusing in layout.

We had a great stay in the rented fifth wheel. The carpet needed cleaning and the lock didn't work, but it met our needs and was quiet. I came for some fresh air, so didn't appreciate smelling weed coming from the trailers of people who live there.

Stay was great. Thought it was a bit overpriced per night for the cabin. Also would have liked to know ahead of time I would have no service unless I sit at the store. I am all for not needing my phone just would have been helpful.

We tried to early check in and the lady said that it was an option but it would be a $50 charge. I let her know I was okay with paying that but she insisted that the RV wasn’t ready. I came back at around 1:30 that afternoon and asked again. Once again the RV wasn’t ready and early check in at this point wasn’t available. She insisted that 3 pm was check in. I came in again at 3:10 - still

On our last day the cabin flooded from the shower drain and toilet. We had to get all of our stuff out before it got wet. Water went everywhere in the cabin. Staff was quick to respond. Hopefully the issue gets fixed and doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The camp hosts, Pam, Denise, and maintenance team John as well as other we met were amazingly kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating, I give them a 10. The cabin we stayed in as well as camp sites we visited all were very nice, but in need of some continued maintenance, hence 8.5. We will return however, what fun!

Need to fix all door locks, water tap, shower handle. Other than that. It’s beautiful location. Good atmosphere n friendly people. We will go again next time.

It did not seem like the cabins were actually cleaned prior to our arrival; floors were not swept and definitely not mopped. Pam in store/office needs a reminder she is in a customer service position and should not treat all members of a large party poorly just because she had a run in with one person in our group. This was the first visit in which I was disappointed with this KOA.

We've been coming to this resort for forty years. Did tent camping down in the lower loops for years, then did RVs for years, and now this year we moved to the cabins. They were clean, well air conditioned, and the beds were comfortable. We'll be cabin-camping there for several years ahead now. Even with the lake low and there not being a dock on shore, there is plenty to do.

The pool was closed 99% of our stay. There was sewage overflow problems, rocks in the line we were told. The backhoe cut the power line digging up the sewage line and we had no power for the last week we were there. No one came to tell us there was no power in our row, we were at our campsite. Cellphone reception is terrible. The campground needs an overhaul on the electrical infrastructure. .

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin at the Trinity Lake KOA to visit with our niece staying in an RV site. The grounds, pool and lake were awesome, but the cabin was not completely cleaned when we arrived. Many of the dishes were not clean, the floor didn't seem to be swept, window sills were dusty. We did enjoy our stay, just thought you should know about the cabin cleanliness. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was green until our last day so you couldn’t swim. The grounds had trash scattered that no one picked up. They didn’t have alcohol because they didn’t have. License yet. The cabin was clean. The slider to get on the deck took two people to open and there’s wasn’t a screen so you couldn’t leave it open.

The location was beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and the cabins were nice. A lot of work is needed though. The website needs to be updated. They do not have a snack bar, Bigfoot hunt or movie night. Also the pool was green and unusable for 2 days. The activies could be fun if more organized. The lake is still pretty low so be prepared. New owners have a lot of work to do!

Lots of pros here- VERY relaxing place! Almost completely remote. Lake is super clear, trails for exploring, loaded with nationals forests. Cabin was way bigger than others I've stayed in! Cons were there is not much for restaurant/grocery options- Wish I would've shopped for more groceries about an hour before arriving. The pool and play areas aren't maintained well. Swam in Trinity Lake instead.

Our first time staying in a cabin at this KOA. Heater didn’t work, but staff gave us extra blankets which were appreciated. Pool looked very nice; grandkids loved the activities in the pavilion area and riding bikes everywhere. Better signage is needed for where to checkin. A few people drove their trailers past cabins only to have to back out-can’t turn around. We would definitely stay here a

This was my 1st time staying at this or any KOA, and we were thrilled with the experience. The pool area was so much fun, it was perfect for keeping the kids occupied; plus all the other outdoor games made the time spent here go by way to fast. I don't think I heard even one time, "I am bored, what can I do". Plus friendly staff and very nice cabins made the whole trip just great. Thank you.

We rented 2 deluxe cabins. Mini family get-together . The cabins were spacious and well equipped. Literally just needed to bring clothes and food. The store personnel were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely will return.

Our stay was at the end of the season so available activities were limited. The cabin is in need of various repairs. Some of which are safety related. However, the staff's attitude and helpfulness and the beauty of the Trinity Alps made it a very positive experience. Fishing was fabulous! Michael and Zack are friendly, well-informed, and efficient. Great campground-shade, nice sized level spaces.

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We went at the end of the season when things were closing down but we still received the best and friendly service. Mike, Zack and Ruth were very personable and friendly not to mention helpful. The cabin we stayed in was so very comfortable and they had everything we needed from kitchen and bathroom supplies to linens. We definitely will be back!!

This KOA was so fun! The kids loved the bounce pad and the playground and mini golf. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The OHV area was so fun. The campgrounds are beautiful and the spaces are immaculate. Very nice shower and laundry facilities. We will be staying here again and again in the years to come!

We loved our trip to Trinity Lakes Campground! We staying in 1 of the cabins and it was surprising clean and modern. This was probably best family trip ever, lots of activities for the kids and adults, and the pool was great for the hot afternoons. Add simply beautiful and you have the perfect recipe...

The new owners have made so many improvements and it's really starting to show! Very friendly staff, a lot of great amenities and it's in a beautiful location! Our kids loved to bike around the large campground and play mini golf with their new friends!
