He loved all the activities this year especially movie and karaoke night, love all the new seating additions to the pool. This was our second annual trip and we already booked for next year, we love this KOA!

It is great to see this KOA well run and managed again. Michael is very personable and makes everyone feel welcome and at home. The Mini Kat is a vital part of the experience but continues to be a problem with unknown hours and failing equipment. We hope that you can find someone to run this concession who will take it seriously.

It was wonderful! The staff was absolutely great and helpful! I loved the beauty of the space. Two negatives - the bathroom next to our site was broken our whole stay- so the hike to the next one was a bit much every time we had to go. And the second night a group was partying and yelling so loudly until after 2am. Wasn’t sure if that was allowed. But really enjoyed everything else overall.

One bathroom was out of order and the other bathroom was outdated, small and only had 3 stalls. I found it hard to navigate inside the campground. There were only signs at one end of a road, but not the other. The direction to drive was not marked so people were driving both directions on a one lane road. I found the dog park very disappointing as it was only dirt. Very disappointed.

Loved all of the new activities for families .... my only complaint is the lack of enforcement of quiet hours.

Love the location - the KOA site gets an okay. Closest bathroom to us was out “ out-of-order”! When checked in Ruth was very direct with me about the speed limit 5 M.P.H. in the campground. 20 minutes later we had a KOA golf cart go by our camp site doing at least 15 M.P.H. - one last thing - it’s never a bad idea to have your employees smile and say hi to the patrons.

Great campground. So many fun events going on for the 4th of July. Not much to do with the lake as it is so low, but fantastic ATV riding on the dry lake bed.

The service was great, only complaint is that the paper towels were always out on the counter instead of in the dispenser. Very unsanitary. Other than that, we love the amenities, trash service, activities, etc.

Paid more than $80 for a hook up site which was really REALLY not worth it. We only stayed to visit friends one night then left for a BLM campground (Douglas City - $10) - in the heat, I would rather dry camp with a clear path to the river than have the convenience of hook-ups. A hot place like Trinity needs clear indicators for how campers can get to the river/lake.

Our family comes to stay each year. Compared to years passed the maintenance staff seemed a bit overworked and stressed, they were not very friendly at all, and things were just not generally as tidy as we are used to seeing. Also very disappointing that managers were not aware of whether or not there would actually be Bingo or the LIVE music they advertise about.

dirty campground and not kept up at all. Campsites never cleaned up by anyone, roads are dirty and very over priced ($75.00 night). You are much better off going to another campground. As a long time camper, this place was the worst i have ever seen. I had no idea that the lake is about 2 miles from the campground. It sounded as if this place was right on the lake, no way. It's all dirt.

We had a fantastic time at Trinity Lake KOA as usual. My family has been coming up here for over 40 yrs. We loved the fact that it did not feel as restricted as other KOA‘s. One of the workers John was the best! He helped us with so many things and was super knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the pool could’ve been kept a little cleaner… I realize that people were out w/Covid though…

Staff very friendly, helpful & courteous. Lots of activities to do in the campground. Thank goodness for the shade those pine trees gave us! We especially enjoyed the large pool for swimming laps in the morning. Sad to see no water in the lake but we heard stories of how beautiful it was. Let’s hope the lake can recover by the time we come back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The lake was so low …and the snack bar was out of a lot of items. Loved the pool especially having so many places to sit. Great selection at the store. Wish there where more dinning options in the area. Cabins where clean loved our site. We had a great visit! Thank you.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility was well maintained. The only issue is the location being a bit far from the Trinity Lake marina (25mins) and Redding (1hr 20 mins).

The lake is dry, which no one bothered to mention when I made the reservation. Area temp was surrounding the 100 mark, and everything was super dry. The area I wouldn’t recommend BUT the park was clean and the staff was really nice and friendly. And, I do recommend the fries at the hamburger stand

The tent site was clean but far out and the closet bathroom was out of order during our entire stay. We had a 3 yr old with us and havin to walk the longer distance to the next bathroom was inconvenient. When we left there were still plenty of open tent sites closer so I don't understand why we were put so far out. It also had no hammock which it said on website that it would have one.

We had a wonderful 5 days of camping. Facilities were clean and the General Store was well stocked. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We booked this KOA because we are a member and it was at a lake area where fishing was touted to be excellent. We felt very miss represented by the area and website on arrival. When questioning the front desk about the location of the lake they were very vague and evasive come to find out the lake boat access was more than 11 miles away. Felt very much deceived by the website marketing.

Absolutely love this place and all the events for the children… manager is amazing and his heart is really in it. U can tell he loves his job… only complaint would be pricing on some things in the store.. 45.99 for a sweater is too much. Other koa they are 27.99… other then that we will be back…

Over all very nice and well maintained campground. Sites were clean and level. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the peaceful evenings with our campfire. The only thing we’d recommend is more attention to the pool area. Pool was dirty and tables disgusting. We would absolutely come back though.

I booked my vacation last minute. Due to stress I really needed to relax for a week. I was not informed that I would have major construction going on outside my front door starting at 6:30 am. I also had someone knocking at my door to move my vehicle at 7:30 am. I received a 20% credit back which frankly isn't enough. I feel 50% would've been more appropriate since I wouldn't have come if I'd kn

The staff was quite welcoming and friendly. Loved that the sites were truly among the trees rather than a few sparse trees. Great overall experience. Looking forward to coming back!

The stay was exactally what I expected, the only issue I would say, is the price was a little higher than I would have liked it to be, 10 % less would of been ideal, but when it was all done and over, the expirencxe was very good for all! Thank you KOA!!

This KOA was so fun! The kids loved the bounce pad and the playground and mini golf. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The OHV area was so fun. The campgrounds are beautiful and the spaces are immaculate. Very nice shower and laundry facilities. We will be staying here again and again in the years to come!

We loved our trip to Trinity Lakes Campground! We staying in 1 of the cabins and it was surprising clean and modern. This was probably best family trip ever, lots of activities for the kids and adults, and the pool was great for the hot afternoons. Add simply beautiful and you have the perfect recipe...

The new owners have made so many improvements and it's really starting to show! Very friendly staff, a lot of great amenities and it's in a beautiful location! Our kids loved to bike around the large campground and play mini golf with their new friends!
