We have stayed at the Trinity Lake KOA several times. This trip, we were there mid-May. Kind of disappointed that the snack bar wasn't open.That being said...we really enjoy the campground and the people are very friendly. The nearest "real" grocery store is about 30 min away so be prepared. Looking forward to our next visit!

The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The RV Park is located 8n shady area, under beautiful trees. Every site has a full hookups, picnic table and fire pit. They have heated swimming pool, very clean and appealing. There are several buildings around the park where the toilets, showers and laundry rooms are located. They pickup garbage daily. One of the nicest place We will be back.

Check in process was simple and the staff were very helpful and nice. Campground is very nice, clean and fun. Warm showers and clean bathrooms. Awesome place for kids. My dogs had a blast too.

We stayed with friends at Trinity Lake KOA, seems like they have not taken maintenance seriously. I mean how do you not know hot water is not working? Thank god we were next door!! Inconvenience for all involved.

New owners were so refreshing. We contemplated coming back as we had a few years of issues with previous owner and staff. The store was way better stocked, they had events for the kids again and the staff was actually helpful. Thank you so much to the new owner!

This year there were so many fun activities planned on site for the kids. Staff were much more welcoming this year. We are excited for next years Memorial weekend trip at Trinity Lake!

Lovely campsite, friendly staff, however, if you’re looking to enjoy the lake, you’ll be very disappointed. We drove 6 hours to enjoy dust storm and no lake at all.

Staff were friendly and helpful. A positive was that there were very, very few people there and I believe we were about the only ones using the bathhouse closest to us. It has a vast capacity for campers, but almost no one is going due to Trinity Lake being so low. There are many hiking trails in area, but we could find no restaurants, other services or entertainment really. We had brought food

There was no phone reception and no cable services available at this KOA. Even satellite DISH signal could reach the campground. Driving via HWY 3 from Yreka in the north was very hard to traverse when driving with a trailer to this KOA.

we loved our stay at your KOA, the site were clean and spacious, bathroom very clean. they only request would be to have better WIFI and internet connection. but it was nice to be off the grid for a bit.

Amazing staff and management! Everyone was so polite and accommodating. They repeatedly went above and beyond during our stay and even researched the weather through mountain passes we were not familiar with on our route home. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much for everything!

We have a 40' unit and reserved our space accordingly. For the record space #7 is not a pull-through space for a 40' unit unless some trees are removed. We have stayed at several high-quality RV parks that were much nicer and paid half of the nightly fee for this location. This park is need of serious cleaning and repairs. Based on our experience it is highly unlikely that we will ever stay again.

This was one of the worst family vacations we have every been on. After driving multiple states to the campground, we found the front desk had completely messed up our reservations. We then had to pay more money just to be put in a cabin we didn’t want to be in. The pool floor was coming apart and cut up the bottom of my child’s foot. Lots of fun options but dirty, needs repaving, lots of gravel or rock added to sites, etc. The pool is a disaster, constantly dirty due to dirt surrounding and kids and balls going back and forth from dirt to water. The pool also need to be resurfaced and should have turf or cement around it instead of dirt. People always seem to be gathered under the only few umbrellas at one end of the pool

Campground in need of some maintenance. One washer out of three in one of the laundry rooms not working. Propane sales unavailable. Much of the campground street lighting was not working. Very dusty conditions. Campground could use some gravel. Been coming to this campground for years and the maintenance is lacking.

The deluxe cabins were great. Very clean and updated. The pictures online do not do it justice and should be updated with new pictures. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It is WAY too low and needs to be fixed :)

I have been coming to the Trinity Lake KOA for over 38 years, back when it was Wyntoon Resort and campground. My family, friends, and I have had our same campsites for over 22 years, as our same dates and sites are always held for us as long as we reserve the following year prior to checking out during our current years stay. Apparently that system is no longer honored, and we lost our sites.

Great stay as always. Been coming up here for many years. Lake level was very low this year ( no docks) so we had to improvise and anchored our boats offshore or beached them for the night. Maybe you could offer outdoor movies at night on large screen with popcorn and snacks/ice cream available. Some campgrounds draw many large circles on ground to mark safe areas for groups to place their chairs

We stayed in a group site over Memorial Day weekend and there was plenty of space for all 12 of us (3 large tents). I only wish the bathrooms weren't so far away from the campsites but it was still a great stay! The kids loved the pool and the lake was beautiful

A absolutely gorgeous spot!! The cabin we stayed in was clean and I felt so comfortable letting my toddler run around. There's rentals from what I saw on the packet, a kids playground and building with crafts, and a little mini golf course which is so cool. It's right next the lake with gorgeous views which I thought was so cool. The little store has so much too! The staff was so extremely sweet, crazy helpful, very personable! I'm so glad we stayed and we'll be back soon! Thank you for a great family vacation.

One of the best KOAs we've ever stayed at. Our kids as well as us had a blast there, from the kids club to gaga ball and everything in between. Brittany in the kids club was amazing as was her husband who helped us in the store and ran the corn hole tournament. We loved Bingo night and the lovely young man announced the numbers. We hope to be back next year!
