The campground is so nice; workers are amazing and did everything they could to make sure we had a good time. Also they have axolotls in the office! Wish there was more seating at the pool. 10 out 10 of would recommend staying here, however I would avoid the higher number SP sites for the moment; an unruly neighbor to the campground is making his presence known.

Beautiful campground. We enjoyed our stay. Sites were great and the pond was perfect for our son who loves to fish! The water inflatables were also a bonus for the kids to enjoy. We used the softball field for batting and pitching practice as my daughter had a travel ball tournament nearby. We loved that they had an area large enough to practice. The bath houses were clean, pool was great!

Pool was dirty. My husband cleaned out the debris and bugs each morning we stayed. Game room needs an update. Chairs thrown everywhere and games need thrown out. Only thing usable was the corn hole boards. Landscaping has gone downhill since the last time we visited. Person in store was super nice. Check in was easy.

This was such a nice campground. The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were very clean and nicely updated. There was so much to do for the kids. We had a great time and would love to visit again!

Stayed at SP07. There is what I consider a dangerous person on his personal property just beyond the tree line next to where my wife and I stayed. He played VERY LOUD heavy metal music for most of the time we were there, even through the wee hours of the morning. Horrible graffiti on the mans fence, he was pacing and using horrible language toward the manager. Manager knew about this, unhapp

Same $$ as hotel, expect an exceptional stay. Not the case. Site was very unlevel (in an open field -no reason for unlevel), deep ruts in the gravel -tripping hazards. Had to raise the front of the camper 14"+. 3 bath stalls, 1 unmarked, 1 marked vacant, was locked our whole stay. Toilet seats and shower heads need to be replaced. Wi-Fi unreliable at best, unusable at worst. Pleasant helpful staff

I had a very relaxing, enjoyable weekend...it was good to be back at the campground and the snack shack was an unexpected bonus! But, I do have one concern - when I made my reservations back in January, I specifically booked "Perimeter Back-In Site", not what I got. Hopefully my next trip will be in line with what I booked.

This is one of our favorite stops when we travel from New Hampshire to visit family in Michigan. It's a beautiful and peaceful setting with great staff, nice sites and amenities. We stayed on the way out and this was our stop on the way home. A special shout out to Jake, a polite, professional and hardworking young man who guided us to our site on both occasions and filled our propane - thank you!

The campground definitely could use some improvement. There wasn't any themed activities for the kids. They had no ice in the store to purchase which wasn't a big deal we just went to the gas station. The other campers/cabin people definitely could learn some manners.

This was our first time staying at the Thompson/Grand River Valley location. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Our site had a covered patio that was furnished. We really did enjoy it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground is very big and there was a lot to explore. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend others try it out as well.

Stayed here twice. First time, site was awful - dropped off to the side very badly that made getting into and out of trailer very difficult and there was poison ivy on both sides of the gravel. Second visit, the site was great - fairly level and no drop offs.

Site was difficult to use, water, electric very back of site and sewer front. Lots of slope ahd to raise front and passenger side 7 inches. Had to use blocks on front wheels and on hydraulics. Nice pool, quiet place. However, road to arrive extremely dusty with gravel dust stick to everything. Signs have you take to worst way in and out but when asked they give you better route after the fact

Staff very friendly and considerate. Beautiful park and we would return. However, site we were at had poison ivy growing onto gravel area and picnic table had been placed right in the middle of it. In addition, site was advertised as having WiFi and tower was visible from site but no signal was available. I would have booked a different site in that loop if I had been warned about the WiFi .

We were hoping for a level site so we wouldn’t have to disconnect our 5th wheel, but it was a little too uneven. Lots of activities and well kept park but the wifi in the back was spotty and cell service was minimal. Staff was super friendly. Worked well for a one night stay.

The campgrounds are nice and there is a lot to do. I tried to order pizza but kept getting a voicemail so I ended up having a pizza place deliver. They weren't allowed in the campground so I had to walk up front to get it. I reserved a tent site but was told the person could just pitch their tent beside my RV. So, I paid for a tent site I didn't even need.

We stayed over the 4th of July. The campground is really nice. Very clean and very well maintained. Employees were all great. And we had great campers all around us. We really enjoyed our stay.

We paid for a premium site that was about 30 yards from a residence that played loud vulgar music 24hrs a day the entire time we were there. We could not sleep and ended up leaving 3 days early; we were to be there 10 days. Apparently this situation is not new. Why not warn us when we checked in? When we left I asked to have management call me...they haven't. No offer of any rebate or credit.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms. Site for RV was sloped quite a bit, if we were staying more than one night it might have been an issue but since we were trading through it wasn’t an issue for us.

People were good, the site was extremely uneven and almost impossible to level. It was the worse site we have ever had at any campground, We have stay here in the passed and were happy with the park but the last 2 times it was not the same,

My family and I had a very positive experience. The staff does make rounds around the camp ground frequently to check on guests and ensure the rules are being followed. The snack shack was only open one day we were there, although listed as an amenity. The open dates and times were not I visible. They do state delivery to your camp site sat and sun. It was never open on July 6th Sunday.

Great campground but the roads are horrible going to and inside the campground. Very dusty and FULL of potholes. You have to creap driving through otherwise it will shake your brains out. I know the speed limit is 5mph but even at that speed. it is way to fast because of all the potholes. Fire work show was off the chain. Best I've seen on a long time. Going back next year ! ! !

Great place to stay. Fun for families and kids. Campgrounds are kept very clean and tidy. The only thing I would suggest for improvement purposes to please post prices for things you sell or rent. For example the golf carts. This would make it easier on your staff and customers. Thank you for a fabulous weekend.

Stayed at site SP07, started with a broken picnic table. The individual that owns the property next to the campground blasted his music morning, noon, and night. While I understand that it is out of your control, you should think about building a large privacy fence to cut the noise. The bathrooms are clean as usual. We are local & been coming here for many years, will be back in the fall.

Overall decent campground. The owners are incredibly rude but the staff is the opposite - staff is kind and outgoing. Pond is absolutely horrid swimming, pool isn’t all that much cleaner but swimable. Fishing pond is average. No golf carts available, no ice available. Owner yelling at campers in cars to slow down but no regard for the golf carts or e-bikes flying around. Just bad managem

We came for 4th of July this year because we were there last year for the first time time . We were EXTREMELY disappointed that there were no activities on Friday the 4th, being the actual holiday people had the day off. We couldn’t understand why there was nothing even after your check in time. Also last year the foam slip and slide, watermelon contest, organized wiffle ball. This year NOTHI

We just spent the weekend here to kick off summer vacation, and we could not have had a better time! Our KOA Patio site did not disappoint, as it provided the perfect amount of space and beautiful views to just relax and unwind. There was so much for the kids to do. They completely entertained themselves between the pool, the pond with inflatables, fishing, and Gaga ball. They even joined an unofficial kickball tournament in the huge field! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the bathhouses were immaculate and very well-kept. This place is a true gem tucked away just a short drive from Cleveland. Plus, being in the heart of wine country means there are tons of great options nearby. Stonegait Winery is an absolute must-try and super family-friendly. We will definitely be back!

Camping here is nice. Lots of amenities for the kids. Camp sites are somewhat private could be a little better. Also I didn't give 5 stars because we were there for 2 days and no one kept up on the bathrooms. They were all dirty. Other than that it's a nice family place.
