We love this campground for the amenities for kids, the layout etc. the major issue we had was that our electric did not work. We live 2 hours away so we got there around 7:45, set up, store closes, plug in. Doesn’t work. Call emergency number FOUR TIMES that night. NO ONE returned our calls. We had children and dogs and it was hot. We had to wait until 9 am the next day. No care from staff.

We were there for an extended weekend and it was a lovely and well kept place. This was the first time we’ve had a sight with a private dog run at the camp site, nice touch!

Overall the campground was nice and clean. More activities would have been nice. And the back playground is still not finished.

The campground itself was great. The cabin was disappointing particularly the smell from the water. I know it’s well water but the lines definitely haven’t been flushed in a long time and as soon as we turned the water on, there was a terrible smell like rotten eggs that consumed the entire cabin. We didn’t use the water because of this. Other than that, no issues.

This was our first KOA experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we thought it was nice and will probably return.

The overall condition of the campground was average at best. Overgrown grass at the campsites and around the main areas. KOA is an expensive choice for campgrounds and this one is not up to standards for the price we have to pay. On the positive side the staff were all very nice and trash was promptly picked up. I would consider other campgrounds in the area before going back here.

We just spent the weekend here to kick off summer vacation, and we could not have had a better time! Our KOA Patio site did not disappoint, as it provided the perfect amount of space and beautiful views to just relax and unwind. There was so much for the kids to do. It was absolutely beautiful there. Employees were exceptional from Shelly at check in the maintenance man the cleaning person kudos our glamping tent was spotless. Our only problem was no towel rack bar in the bathroom . Also it would be nice to have a handicap bar next to toilet as toilet was low and it was difficult for my friend to get up as she had hip and knee replacement. Need weedwack firep

Online the office hours were different than when we arrived and the office was closed at 5:30 went online. It said they were open till 9 PM. It was nice workers did drive-by and ask if we needed any help after we try to maneuver the map. Direction were not clear. Clean park. level.

Cabin was clean and spacious! We enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the swimming and fishing ponds. They also loved the jumping pillow. Staff was very friendly.

Overall a great place to relax and camp. Not a lot of activities planned but plenty of places to play. We fished, drove an RC car on the little track and had a great time! Great value for your money also!

The workers at this KOA were phenomenal. They were very kind, courteous, and helpful. But some of the seasonal campers were the opposite and that they ran the place. I didn't appreciate them trying to police our speed when we were going 8mph instead of 5 but acted like we were going 20 mph.I didn't realize they had internal speedometers. Mostly everyone else was fabulous. We come back every year.

The campground itself may be ok, but the roads to get to it are very rough AND the roads inside the camp are filled with white gravel. Our car that we tow behind our RV was TOTALLY covered in white powder. The windows and windshield could literally not be seen out of. We only stayed one night so we luckily didn’t need to go anywhere in the car. We had to head to a car wash! Won’t go back here

The campground is beautiful and quiet. However, it looks like some of the sites could use a little TLC. There are some overgrown weeds around and unlevel sites. Some leveling and fresh gravel would raise the rating. Also, bring your extension cord. The electric is a far reach for many sites, especially once you get it level.

Stayed one night as passing thru in the deluxe cabin with pond view. Extremely friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay. Only issue was that the cabin needs to be leveled. It is sloping. Would definitely come back and stay longer.

We stayed in a back in site F23. Plenty of room between sites. Park has all kinds of amenities for kids to enjoy. Look at a map and come in the back way shown by RV Life. You will only be on a dirt road 1/2 mile vs 2. Will definitely stay here again.

The check in process was improved from previous stays. The grass doesn't appear to have been cut for a couple weeks. Our lot a19 was verry unlevel and had to build a platform step to get into our camper. On Friday when we checked in the swimming pool was very cloudy and kind of green. For the cost of staying here we would expect a well kept campground.

Throughout our visit we enjoyed the smiling, happy face of Shelly. When we experienced a power outage that resulted in no electricity, (no heat, lights, water) . I went up to the main office to see what was going on and I found several people complaining at Shelly about the situation and she somehow remained calm and collected as few people could have imagined and said that it would be resolved.

We have stayed at this KOA for about 5 years, stop over for our trip to and from Illinois. We stay twice each year.This year was the first year we arrived after 5 and I was very disappointed there was no one to contact for keys to our cabin. My phone calls and text to contact # were not responded to. Luckily a very nice permanent camper found them for us in the little house by the night check in.

Everyone was very nice. The roads and grounds could use some attention. Weed eating. Presentation. Sites could use some gravel. Compared to other KOA the pernight stay was a little high for the conditions of the park.

The electric kept going out then it went out for hours. The WIFI kept going out every 2 or 3 minutes for the entirety 4 days we were there. The spot was not level it took for ever to set up. Wanted to scam me and my 2 sons $30. for each night to have a site next to each other, I won’t recommend anyone to go there and I’ll never go back. That was my first time and last time. there.

Worst experience. We have going to this site for years. We stay for memorial day weekend ever year. Issues we had. Grass was not cut sites over grown. Pool was green. The nice waterfall feature was not maintained and over grown. The only event they had was a chili judging contest. Nothing for the kids to do normally there is movie nights arts and crafts, watermelon eating contests and more.

The campground was very nice. The pads at the sites are gravel and have a slope which caused my door side of my camper to sit very high (when leveled) and the step was difficult to use. I was hoping for a little more level pad at the site.

T01 Site was in a great location and since we stayed Monday to Friday it was very quiet and relaxing down in the "Holler"! Loved the pull through and area beside the camper had a good gravel area with the picnic table that we had room for chairs, tent, etc. to spread out on the gravel. Fire ring was nice as it was tall, and even though it was windy, we could self contain the fire.

The registration staff was friendly & helpful & we were taken to our site by a staff member. However our first impression of our site was not good, it was very over grown and not level. We had do go through high grass to both the water & electric hookups & the sewer hookup was missing a cover/lid. Brand new bathrom and shower accross from our site and the laundry facility was new and clean.

All the staff I met at this park were awesome! Their friendliness and professionalism really made my stay. The park itself is very cool, but needs some work on areas like RV site levelness, filling ruts in the interior roads, etc. I don’t blame the management at the park though. Seems like they are doing everything they can with limited supplies.

It was amazing! We loved it! The entire campground is so nice, the staff was great, and it has so many amenities! The only slight feedback I'd have is that the WiFi is pretty slow - but that should be the least of your worries when you camp. We still loved it!

People and facilities are great!. Very friendly staff! Great vibe! However, Site M2 needs redesigned. The electric&water are at least 30 feet from the sewer hookup. If we didn’t happen to have an extra water hose, we would not have made the reach for both. Also, the fire pit is at the low point, and it’s still muddy days after a rain. Needs mowing. Dandelions are 6 inches tall.

A beautiful park with lots of amenities. Very dark at night so bring a flashlight. Staff were friendly, helpful, and approachable. Drive from the south to avoid the longer gravel road.

Staff are super friendly. Camp store has a nice variety of items to purchase. Shower house was clean. Our site however was very uneven. Roads in the campground had lots of pot holes. Both the sites and the roads need new gravel.

Wanted to leave a positive review to off set the negative ones, as majority of the negative reviews are false and from disgruntled seasonal campers who were reaping benefits while the previous managers were here, and are no longer benefiting so feelings are hurt. The grounds are well maintained, activities for kids are happening, the pool is open and warm, the pond has inflatables on it and fresh sand on the beach, campers are quiet after 11 (the review about the golf cart parade well after 11 is 100% false), the fishing pond is full of fish, gem mining, playground, jump pillow and more ! This is a great place to bring your family for a weekend of fun. Unfortunately there are campers here still who would rather see this place go under than thrive because they were all friends with the previous managers. If you ask me the old manager should be held accountable for their behaviors as it was the environment he and his family created. As an older couple here we see a lot of family's come and enjoy this place, Give this place a try you won't be disappointed!
