No water for 2 mornings. Had to buy my own jugs and haul water from the Love's truck stop. Pool closed at noon on the Labor day holiday? So no water for showers and no pool. KOA did not offer for a reduced rate since I basically had an electric only site. Could have stayed at a Harvest Host with my generator for a LOT less.

The campground is very nice. Lots to do for the kids. The well ran out of water and we were without water for a full day. That was a bit inconvenient but we survived! Overall, nice park and we booked for next year!

The Campground property is great. However, The campground ran out of water (well went dry) on Sunday morning and they had to close the pool all day Monday on a holiday (labor day). No water in a campground for the cost of $100++ a night for a gravel pad is just terrible experience. Also, closing the pool on a Monday for maintenance on a Holiday weekend just stunk. Corporate should refund some $$

Had no power when we checked on 8/31/2023 for 2-1/2 hours took almost an hour to get someone there to fix it. Had to track down the night hostess just so he could call someone to come n fix it. Then had no power again on 9/1/2023 for another 4 hours. No water on 9/2/2023 then no water for another 4 hours in 9/3/2023. Then no water again when we packed up to leave on 9/4/2023 couldn’t clean toile

Friends lost power for a day and then we lost water. Not 1x but 2. The first night we lost water guy that answered the phone gave a rude response and hung up phone

The water was out of order for over 12 hours did not get to shower that evening, the bathrooms were overflowing with feces and were locked during that time frame the manager did not respond to me. I asked for a refund for one night and was never contacted. when the water was turned back on I became very ill also the dust is a huge problem also made me sick needless to say we will never be back

Site T10 is perfect! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The campground is well maintained and we appreciate the clean restrooms/showers! We will definitely return to this KOA!

Nice place to stay a couple days near all the wineries and Geneva but the roads were all gravel and dusty that's the only thing I really didn't care about.

The patio sites are very spacious. The camp is in reasonable proximity to attractions, shopping, etc. We would return.

All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The grounds crew was working diligently to clean up after the 8" of rain they'd had the previous 24 hours. Lots to do for families. Rest room we used in our area was clean. Nice little, well fenced, dog run. Just an "observation", the following of the rules on the golf cart usage needs to be monitored better for safetys sake

Weather was terrible but not the fault of KOA. However, I did tell the guy first time camper and he showed me the spot and just drove away. I was smart enough to turn on breakers at outlet but could not hook up septic because line from septic was higher than camper....not ever camping before was not sure what to do. So did not use septic and Iprobably could have gone to another spot....

Some of the grass was in need of cutting, and concrete pads would be much nicer than the gravel. Also many of the sites had random gravel spots in them. Some areas of the campground had extremely small sites with almost no room in them. The playgrounds, swimming pool and activities were great though! It's just that infrastructure could use an upgrade!

Enjoyed the park, but had a barking dog the first night and morning. Thankfully they packed up and left. The rest of the week was very enjoyable.

Stayed 5 nights. Beautiful place. Had a full hookup pull thru site. Lots of space between sites. Friendly staff. While it didn't apply to us, playgrounds are very nice. Pool area nice.

We were there for the D Day reinactment in Conneaut Ohio, this particular KOA was right in the middle of that location and Cleveland Ohio. Beautiful campground with many features as well as nice local wineries with in miles.

This was a pleasant surprise for an overnighter. The pull through site was level and easy to get into. The campground was in a scenic area.

I picked the Thompson KOA for its proximity to the wineries and Geneva-on-the-Lake. We did not spend a lot of time at the campground or use a lot of the amenities available. The campground was beautiful and very well maintained. Would be a great vacation place for a family.

Enjoyed our stay…very kid friendly and many things to do…fishing, swimming in pool, swimming at the pond with beach plus bouncing floating village in middle.

We had a great time in the back part of the KOA. Site P4. it was semi-private from your neighbors because of the trees and shrubs between the sites. It was nice and quiet and close to one of the playgrounds for our daughter. Everything else was very walkable but there were golf carts you could rent. The property was clean and cared for. We had a great time and would love to go back!

It was ok but rain on the first night ran through our campsite cover our rug with mud I asked for a little stone or straw to put down to help soak up some of the water I was told I could move to 1 site that could possibly be empty but we choose to stay thinking it would dry up but still wet on our checking out day I would hope they don’t rent that site to others until they get stone put down

Very clean & manicured. Level sites. Friendly staff, especially the maintenance man. By Sat. eve. as more people arrived, there were many safety issues on the golf carts that were not obeyed by the campers. It would be a shame if this behavior spoiled the fun for the responsible campers. We would recommend this campground to friends.

Good visit could use more chairs or benches near playgrounds and shower rooms and outside bathrooms Be nice if main drive roads were paved not the best for people with disabilities as i have trouble walking and need to sit often. But very clean and friendly place

I've been coming to this KOA for at least 5 yrs now. I always love staying here. It is getting a bit pricey to do so though.

Great place, nice amenities, and a cool layout for a campground. Staff was great and maintenance was awesome (lady ran over the water line, they had it working again in 10 minutes). Our site along the woods was the only gripe, they used to be permanent sites and could definitely be more level. We had a difficult time setting up and leveling, but most sites seem pretty level. Overall 8/10

Only thing about this KOA is 1.2 miles before it the road is gravel. If the city could pave that it would make it much nicer. Not the parks fault at all. And we really enjoyed our time here and will be bringing friends back to enjoy as well

We tried the site with a paw pen this time and don't normally do that because of the cost. It was nice to have the paw pen but I wish it was a site at the back of the park down by T row because camping in SP1 means you get the noise from the main road in and also from ledge road. We always enjoy this Koa! Our kids have so much to do whenwe come. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We weren't very happy with our site, it was very unlevel, and had alot of road noise. But that wont stop us from coming back, we will just request differently.

My family & I stayed in one of the campsites with the sun deck… we loved it! The employees are so wonderful! We’ll be back again in September… can’t wait!

Our favorite stopover on a frequent route to Boston from St Louis. Very accommodating staff on this trip. Our initially assigned site was a bit hilly and unlevel for our low clearance van. Fortunately staff was still on sit cater usual business hours and relocated us to a much more satisfactory sit at no additional charge.

So we went Off season to visit for a night with the dog and the baby. The site was well maintained, clean and off city. The new owners were super Friendly new. We had a nice cosy and Quiet night. Just what we needed. Grocery stores and all needs are within 15 minutes from site.

Although we only stayed one night it was very relaxing. We were traveling with 3 dogs and got a site that had a dog pen. It was lovely walking around early in the morning. They have a fantastic gift shop too! I'm going back for sure

This is the most beautiful KOA we've ever stayed in. The grounds are beautiful and the park is very well maintained. All the employees are very nice and helpful.
