Very easy to check in and get set up. Pad is gravel and mostly level. Everything was clean and in good repair. We did not use the bathhouse so cannot comment on that. Looking forward to staying here again.

Campgrounds and staff was great. The glamping tent setup was the best! All the convenience of camping without the hassle of setting up camp. The only issue I had was the number of unsupervised children running around and making a ton of noise. I realize that this is beyond the control of the staff but people just need to do better. I would definitely stay again.

I loved the grounds but the deluxe cabin was a huge disappointment. It needs to be clear that it fits 2 adults and 2 small kids comfortably. I paid thru the nose for a teen and adult in addition to 2 adults and our 3 year old and some of us were so uncomfortable we got up at 3:45 and drove home.

In the women’s bathroom, the wall dividing the stalls and the shower was filthy. There was black growing on the grout. Returning from a day of touring, we parked in front of our RV, and the front tire of our truck was on the grass. An employee stopped and told us we needed to move the truck because we could not have the vehicle on any part of the grass. One shower in the men’s bathroom was br

Showers were dirty or moldy. The water backed up into the shower. Cramped changing area. No ADA accomodations. Men's shower dirty also. Gentlemen who checked me in was unfriendly. Office hours 9-5 But closed for two hours for "cleaning"???? We will find another option if we decide to go back to Illinois State Fair.

Really nice campground, only problem we noticed is ,it seemed like the bathrooms could have used a little attention. We enjoyed our stay, so peaceful there.

We have been camping here for the State Fair for probably 15 years. It's always great. Very nice CG and a good size dog park which is great for our puppy. The people are always nice and accommodating if we need to stay another day. It's not a fancy place with lots of activities and stuff, just a nice place to spend a few relaxing days for two Seniors and their puppy.

Bugs in bathroom on floor that were dead , no hand soap in woman's bathroom, air-conditioning in units need to be better ours was barely working. Our porch light didn't work and it was hard to see where we were stepping at night I almost fell off the porch. The fly trap in the cabin needs to be changed because it was full of bugs and it should be changed every couple weeks

Great location, nice and quiet, wonderful pool. Unfortunately we had to ask the young lady at the office multiple times before the hand soap was replenished in the women's bathroom on Saturday. On Sunday morning the men's bathroom was a mess and my husband and sons had to ask the same young lady multiple times to clean that up. In the 35+ years of staying here this was out of character.

Super helpful staff, clean space, and there has been yearly improvements to the camp. We love this KOA and have been yearly campers for the past 5 years and will continue camping here due to the dedication of owners and awesomeness of staff!!!!

We rented camped and enjoyed it very much. Spots are nice and shaded. The pool and bouncy play area kept kids busy.

We will never stay here again upon arrival the person at the desk was rather rude and short with us..the nightly rate was very expensive compared to other KOA Campgrounds and itwas nothing sspecial to stay at one of the rules were NO outside activity after 10pm our neighbors had a bonfire and at least 15 people including young kids outside with there music cranked until well after 11pm.

This is a wonderful campground! Very clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful (I saw a staff member quiet the music from a cabin occupant). Very close to Lake Springfield and the Lincoln Greens Golf Course. We will be back.

First of all, very expensive, really???? $75 for one night? The guy that checked us in gave us a whole $3 discount for not wanting sewer hookup. The gravel for the right was so narrow you had to walk on recently mowed grass with a ton of clippings on it. If they had any was a real mulching blade it would have been much better. The shower had so much pressure that the needle like water hurt.

The KOA is a little off of the interstate, but well worth the drive. Grassy with nice shade trees. The site was well kept, Bathrooms were clean and well kept as well. Would stay again

Bathrooms dirty no toilet paper. Spend 4 days there and floors were never cleaned trash not emptied lights out. They shut water off but not even had the courtesy to come around and tell us that they were going to have to shut it off . Very, very unfriendly people when I got there there was people lined up ready to check in because they are so strict with their check-in times.

The bathrooms were the worst design I have seen at a KOA! Water drains into common area and barely provides lukewarm warm water. Mini golf was in terrible shape. Campsites were okay. Small store.

The Campground needs TLC. The grounds are not very well maintained. The mini golf was a disaster, you couldn't even use it. There was once a bound house, possibly that was deflated and left as an eye sore. There was a light bulb out in the ceiling light fixture in our cabin that we had to request to be replaced. The clock on the wall did not work. Staff were pleasant/helpful.
