We were in town checking out Route 66 for the Centennial. So, we were out and about more that we were at the park. The amenities were really nice, although we only really got to use the pool for a short time. This park is family owned and run. Really nice folks! It's a little off the beaten path so it's nice and quiet at night. Their camp shop is really nice! Well put together.

We really like the campground and customer service was outstanding! We didn’t use any of the facilities.

it was a short stay so the fact that we didn't need a sewer hookup helped for a longer stay it would have been a hassle the place was beautiful and very peaceful in the short stay the staff was helpful and it was very close to Springfield but it seemed like you were a hundred mies away

Not your typical KOA. While we rented a cabin we did notice the extra large sites with trees. More like camping should be. This KOA is NOT next to an expressway so a good nights sleep was welcome. Be sure to bring everything you need as there is no Dollar General on the corner (thankfully). Super friendly young lady at the counter. Cabin even had was cloths and pool towels. Felt like family.

Very nice place once you get there. It is out in the middle of nowhere and the road into it is a one lane road that has a sign saying it is subject to flooding. The sites are big and level and the campground is quiet and clean. The staff are very friendly.

Nice camp ground. Pool was nice and it was an extra bonus that they still had it open since it was still so hot out. We would stay here again.

Extra charge for early check in, no credit for early check out. Office closed most of the day. Need silly combination lock number to use restroom or shower.

Everything was wonderful! The general store had just about anything you needed that you may have forgotten. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The pool was clean. There was an outdoor camp sink where we could wash our dishes. Our tent site had ample shade. It's a secluded, quiet campground. If you're trying to escape city noise for a nature reset, this is the place!

Appeared well liked by campers. The only negative aspect was a shared shower area. Walked in to use the showers and when i opened the door there were 4-5 young girls under the age of 12. As an adult man i felt that it was not a ideal scenario so i waited an hour and went back when no one was there. I prefer separate shower areas for men and women. I feel in today separate gender areas are needed.

This was our first time at this campground, and we most definitely plan to come back. Very clean, little to no bugs to deal with. Decent size lots, but make sure you have something for additional shade. Very quiet. Only thing, we wished there was some adult swim time at some point throughout the day or evening. Can't wait to come back! The campground manager-- he is awesome!

We paid a very high amount to stay here. We will shop better in the future. We book at KOA because it is easy and convenient, but we can't pay $80 and park on grass and gravel. We need 30 amp power. The 30 amp breaker at the post would not "set". So the circuit was open and would not close. I had a 50 amp adapter so we used it instead. For the price we did not get a sewer connection.

Close to downtown Springfield, fantastic pool, deluxe cabin a little small but okay, definitely would go back and learn more about Abraham Lincoln

The check-in personnel was great. Better signage needed for where to park during check-in. Our pull-thru site was level and long enough for all of our equipment.

Nice long pull-thru patio sites make in and out easy. Staff is courteous and helpful. Quiet, secluded location away from the highway but still close to local attractions.

I had a wonderful time! The campground was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was just right. The shower house / restrooms were very nice. If I am traveling in that part of the country , I am going to stay here again. I enjoyed my stay!

A beautiful park, tucked away in a very nice part of town. Level spots, ready connections and good shade. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet and clean. As we have come to expect from KOA’s. This one was a little more off the beaten path and some of the amenities showed their age. The staff was friendly.

We were passing thru to visit Lincoln Museum and enjoying our stay until a deer wrecked our car, bummer. Campground was good and enjoyed our neighbors.

My only concern is that the door wasn't locked on the restroom doors the first two days we were there--and unfortunately we were not there when the office was open to say something. Everything else was great.

Stayed there for the weekend and would recommend this KOA. Sights are little close to each other but about the norm. Nice pool, and very quiet.
