The only thing I didn’t like was to pay for early check in. I didn’t mind to just wait. I understand to get charge for late check out.

Very pretty and green. Site was level. Staff very nice. For a Journey, this is nicer than all of the Holidays we have stayed at.

Nice location. Deer crossed in front of us on drive in to campground. Easy, after hours check-in. Cabin had an odd smell to it, noticed possible water damage on ceiling the next morning. Bathroom/shower facilities extremely clean & stocked. Community outdoor sink was dirty and there was blue tarp/rubbish in woods behind cabin area that we could see. Didn't use pool, but appeared clean & enjoyable.

Beautiful, quiet and secluded. Spaces are level and very well kept. Wi-fi wasn’t working but everything else was great. Owner was very welcoming.

Do KOA campground have any handicapped sites? Also the fire-ring did not have a grate. Everything else was good.

We were there for the Labor Day weekend and the Springfield Mile Motorcycle Races. They were very accommodating and had a very clean and well kept facility.

We had a very nice time staying in one of the rustic cabins at the Springfield KOA. Everything was clean, the staff was nice and we appreciated the playground,pool and bikes available for free at the park. We would definitely stay again.

The cabin was nice, but the place is ran down a bit. If someone went in and put a little time/money in could be better. On our nightly walks you could see the big trash pile in the woods was an eye sore. I love the location though out in the country away from city life it was nice and peaceful at night.

Very clean park with several activities for the kids. Miniature golf course could use some maintenance. Pull through sites are large and well maintained with updated fire pits. Each staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Shower houses and bathrooms are extremely clean. This was a last minute holiday weekend stay for us close to home. Very nice KOA we will return to.

Springfield KOA was well maintained, clean with lots of amenities like putt putt golf, pool, jump pads, playground and even a small fenced-in dog park. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Huge shout out to this KOA for their coverage over all the interior roads with gravel. This eliminates dust so Thank You. Nice spacious, huge drive thru. Staff were very professional and willing to make our stay enjoyable. Keep up the great work.

Very nice and well maintained park. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. If you plan on staying here make sure you know the best way to get to the park. My GPS took me on some backroads that were pretty much one lane roads.

It had the bare amenities. We were beyond disappointed. There was NO WiFi, so I couldn't work. There was NO security, nobody greeting you/taking you to the camp spot for the evening. We bought firewood, had to carry it to our site, nobody/cart available. Firewood was wet. Bathrooms were dirty. Stray cat around the entire campground ALL night. Not like other KOA experiences. Super bummed!

Off the beaten path but well worth the drive, a hidden gem, beautifully maintained. The staff were excellent and the check in was flawless.

Check in was very easy and the front desk lady was very nice. It was very nice and quiet. The KOA road needs a lot of work. The website said their were only 2 spots left. However, there were many sites open for the 2 nights we stayed. mmm, what's going on with that?

Good location and easy to get to. Definitely off the beaten path but not so far that it's away from the hub bub of Springfield.
