We were greeted by very friendly staff. The park was very clean. There seemed to be many long-term residents or weekenders, so there weren’t very many campers there during the week. The park was close to shopping, gas and sightseeing.

These are some of the nicest owners we've ever met. They make you feel like your family. Everything is clean well maintained and if you have a problem it's fixed immediately. There's always lots for the kids to do. They have a great staff also.

After checking in, we were told we had to wait for an ice cream truck to depart because it was parked blocking the only road access to our campsite. After 20 minutes, I asked for another site. Another campground person was able to resolve this relatively easy problem went up to the truck and it move about 8 - 10 feet. It was a very odd welcome to the campground. We did enjoy our stay.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry that the slushie truck was in the way and service the children of the park. They did have them move even though they had more children in line. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Everything is great except wifi because it is running short time and log in again and again

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your comment except we do not understand it. Our brand new wifi system has a 1 time log in and you do not need to log in again even if you leave the park and return. Please give us a call to discuss the issue. Thank you

this is our go to campground. It is always clean, super courteous staff, and the owners Melanie and Jeff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We are hoping to do much more camping there this year!

We stayed a week there. Was a little disappointed that there was no pool table but we were fine. Staff was friendly and restrooms were clean.

Skowhegan/Kennebec Valley KOA is our go-to whenever we get the chance to camp. We love the owners, and we love the campground. Great place to bring your family with lots of kid-friendly events, a playground and a well maintained pool. Also pet friendly, which is a must for us.

We had a great stay! The campground staff and owners were very pleasant, the grounds were clean and well kept, and the entire organization was very professional. They had so many activities planned for the entire weekend. The camp store was one of the best I've ever been in! We will definitely be back.

This was our first time staying here, and we were impressed from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even escorted us to our campsite and helped us get set up, if needed. That's a huge benefit for older campers or anyone who isn't comfortable backing a camper into a site. The shower and restroom facilities are newer and exceptionally clean. Throughout our stay, there were plenty of activities for the kids, including a live animal show, a foam party, kids bingo, a great playground, and a nice swimming pool. There was always something fun going on. One thing we really appreciated was that quiet hours were actually enforced, making for a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. We can't say enough good things about this campground. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

Quiet campground on a beautiful piece of land with walking trails and disc golf in the woods. Grounds well kept, bathrooms clean, add staff was nice, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Lots of kids enjoying the jump pad, pool, playground and Gaga ball pit.

Love this place. Owners are so friendly. Other campers are courteous and willing to chat. Beautifully maintained grounds. Wonderful family-friendly space.
