The receptionist was rude from the moment we checked in. Was not accommodating to any of our request. Seemed as if we were more of a hassle to have. The mini golf was also a disaster.

We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We try and do our best to discuss all policies including our visiting policies at arrival. 8 additional visitors and 4 additional vehicles poses parking issues for everyone.

Well kept, clean, staff is friendly. Great place to stop. Close to interstate so a little noisy from that, but that also makes it a great place for a stop over.

I'm a travel Surgical Tech and stayed here for several months. The park is quiet, pet friendly, kid friendly, lots of.kids activities at the kids park. Hunts brothers pizza and wings sure came in handy on the days I unexpectedly had to stay at work late. The park employees are there for ya! Very proactive. They keep you posted about weather, and issues that arrive. Will definately stay here ag

The young lady & young man running the KOA were wonderful! Nice KOA, I told them I stayed there 27 years ago, on a motorcycle trip. Those folks back then helped me with a battery charge, finding a part for my bike, and were wonderful too. I enjoyed my stay and got some much needed rest, the young folks there are just great, and I highly recommend anyone to stay there, by tent or RV. A+++++++++

Called on the road on our way home. Jordan was excellent in verifying a place was available, reserving it, and then we were greeted when we drove in and immediately shown to our site! Excellent service. Great, clean campground. Will stay here again next time we are in the area!

This is a great place for families with kids, lots of fun stuff to do. The staff was great. They had an emergency water event and they kept us informed immediately of the status. We recommend this KOA!

As advertised our location is located directly off I-29. Many travelers enjoy this as it makes for easy on/off traffic. Sturgis week can be a little busier.

We stayed in the teepee! It was a FUN different experience for the children! They loved it! The family that runs this park are EXTRAORDINARY!! We decided to stay a 2nd night but needed to move to a cabin...they took our things to the cabin in golf carts for us!! VERY ENJOYABLE STAY!! Quiet campground!! Clean bathrooms and hot showers!

Sites were not as tight as many of the KOAs where I’ve stayed. If all KOAs were like this one, they would be my “go to” campgrounds. Friendly staff. Clean facilities.

We had a WONDERFUL stay! VERY nice cabin! CLEAN bathroom! Hot showers! FUN children's activities...painting ceramics...barrel rides...ice cream! Mini Golf! Jumping Pillow! Playground! Pool! Delicious Pizza!! But most of all...VERY KIND and HELPFUL staff!!

I was a little disappointed with the miniature golf course, but thought it was cool that you had activities for the kids!

Our Mini Golf is under maintenance currently. We are waiting on a shipment of fresh carpet and sod. Due to usage we may have to complete after closing.

I think it is unreasonable to charge visitors $5 each for visiting someone who is staying in the campground. Pull through sites are difficult to get out of unless slot in front of you is vacant. They are too short.

Our tent site was infested with ants, there was no allergen friendly food available, and restrooms were constantly soaking wet and dangerous to walk on. The park was nice, but full of wasps.

Can always count on KOA parks to be clean, full of trees, level sites and friendly people. Sioux City KOA was all that and more! We ordered pizza and wings for supper which was delivered to our door and enjoyed a full breakfast the next morning.

Easy to find. Gated entrance so we were met by a guide to let us in and escort us to our site. Warned to aim right to give room for a big tree which was no problem. Our site was a level pull thru with full hook ups. Great play area for kids and a pool.

I absolutely love this KOA. We try to stay every time we make our trek to Montana to visit family. It’s very well kept, the bathrooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Big plus is the playground and jumping bubble thing, sooo cool and lots to do. Would highly recommend it here.

On the road since Nov 2021, this facility ranks above expectations, from check in to check out. A unique top-notch service, care, friendliness in part of staff. Kudos and please, keep safe!!

Short, but sweet. No issues. Had to buy some soap, glad they had an inexpensive bar of zest. Did not want a soap on rope for $11.

Well kept park and helpful staff. Only issue was with pool which was very cloudy and had lots of floating debris. Other than that we had a nice stay.

It was a stop for the evening. Was surprised by all the things you have there. Lovely cabins, large kid park, a tent area, pool area, not to mention the lovely store. The staff was very polite.

Thank you for visiting on our Christmas in July weekend. As a Holiday KOA we do cater to families with themed weekends. We do tend to have less traffic during our shoulder seasons. We hope you try us again.

We have stayed here a few times now, always an overnight stay on our way north or south. Nice campground, well maintained, great foolproof system of after hour drop-ins without a reservation. We have never been there at the height of the season, but I'm sure it's beautiful when it greens up.

We stopped here for one night on our way from Maryland to Mount Rushmore. It was perfect for an overnight. Easy access for 40 ft motorhome, right off the highway. It's a small campground but clean with nice sites and adorably decorated cabin. I wish store hours and pool hours were longer. We were there in the summer and didn't expect pool to close that early.
