Thank you for considering us at the Sioux City North KOA for you long term stay. Our 2024 rates for our Back-in Monthly sites will range from $800-$875 per month and sites are metered. We have limited sites available during the season. Rates are based on two adults, fees apply for additional people/site. Vehicles: Parking is limited. Some sites may be able to accommodate 2 vehicles. Over-sized vehicles may need to park in overflow parking. Car passes are required for all vehicles. Additional vehicles over 1 will be charged $25 per month.These sites include Water, Sewer, Metered Electric, and WIFI. We have a laundry room and propane on site. Registered guests are also welcome to partake in our scheduled weekend activities, new pool, and coded public restroom facilities.

If you need storage for a short term, please discuss all needs when booking, as fees apply daily. We cannot accommodate long term storage.
Everyone is welcome to play in our Game Plaza, as well as participate in any of our scheduled activities, as long as all guests are accounted for within your party. Additional guests may enjoy the activities as well for only $5 per person/day. All vehicles are required to have a car pass, please stop at our front desk to obtain this tag.
