Everything is always nice and clean at this KOA. The staff is super friendly and professional. We have been at this KOA the past 3 Memorial Day weekends. Great place…we love it! If I had one suggestion would be to remove the weeds in the movie night area. If you take your dog the fox tails get stuck all over them.

We had a great trip the Santa Margarita KOA. The staff was amazing!!!!!!! The only complaint I would have is the WIFI signal was very weak and sometimes was not working. I just dealt with it. I did not inform staff of my issue. Thanks again KOA staff YOU ROCK.......

We always have the best time here! Pool is nice and the studio cabin is small but just enough. I thought the fridge would be too small but held all our good for the 3 days we stayed. We cannot wait to go back! Best koa we have been too with things to do for the kids.

First time staying at any KOA. Office staff was very nice and helped us make changes to our dates and sites. Their playground with the giant jumping pillow was a big hit. I give them lots of credit for creating many features to have fun: amazing playground, horseshoes, pool, disc golf, etc. They were even working on the Volleyball court. You can tell they are striving to be a good as possible.

This camp site and I were not a good match. It’s quiet and peaceful, but it’s also steep and hard to get to, such as bath houses. Would like to suggest that you make available porta potties on site.

We stayed with a group of family and friends, rented several of the deluxe cabins and had a wonderful time! The cabins were clean and had everything we needed. The kitchens had everything we needed to prepare food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the jumping pillow. We plan on coming back next year to do it all over again!

The stay was awesome! Great staff and really welcoming experience and the camp ground is absolutely beautiful. Lisa, Samantha and Tyler were great and whatever the event, they will treat you like family. We booked again right after we checked out and will be returning in July! Can’t wait until the next (of many) trips. The best KOA hands down w/o a doubt - I can’t say enough good things! Amazi

This is the most beautiful campground we have stayed at (and we've visited over 100 sites across the country)! The terrain alone is stunningly gorgeous and the land is well-used. We love having the option of RV camping closer to amenities and remote tent camping (now with electricity!). We always feel welcomed and appreciated here.

This is our second time staying at this KOA . We definitely will be staying there again. The staff is friendly and helpful . The campground is in a beautiful setting. Lots of wildlife to see and the ocean isn’t very far . We will definitely encourage our friends to go to this KOA

Very nice, peaceful campground, spacious sites, bath house with a flight of stairs, used but clean, wonderful tranquil surroundings. They are working hard to restore flooded areas. Good luck!

3rd year in a row staying. We always loved the camp site. staff have always been friendly and helpful. The campgrounds were always maintained, bathrooms are working properly, a lil bit old and could use some upgrades. Lots of trees and hills, well spread apart from other campers. Its a hidden gem away from the city but close enough for emergencies. Would definitely come back again. Thanks again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! We showed up late and someone was waiting for us to check in. She had someone else show us all the way to our site, the next day we wanted some ice but the store was closed. They delivered a bag of ice to our site before we walked back up the hill. Beautiful place and close to the beach.

Everyone at the KOA was friendly, kind, and helpful. The facilities were clean, as well as the camp sites. The trees were trimmed and the grass was well maintained.

We had space 57 and 58, only bummer is that we couldn't pull the motorhome in head first to make a large patio with the trailer "insurance regulations" the campground is amazing, great views, close to the lake "we fished on Easter Sunday" quiet and well equipped, WIFI was pretty good, decent cell signal... Kevin was missed...

The KOA crew was great with the kids for arts and crafts and the easter egg hunt. The cabin was clean, everything was well stocked, public bathrooms and showers were well mainteained and clean. Fire pits were well maintained and ash cleaned out. Our second time at this lcoation and very happy with the staff, service, and amentities. Great campground...

This is an excellent place if you need a fully equipped cabin down to a tent campsite. Being built into a hillside allows more privacy between sites than you would expect from a typical KOA experience. The hosts are very helpful and very accommodating. Can't say enough about what makes this a step above the typical KOA location as it has been for decades.
