We felt the cost was exorbitant for what was offered. The KOA in San Diego was also a resort and was only 46 dollars a night.

We stayed 7 days in a patio end site which was very nice but next to us was a huge rig with a full timer,very noisy and � �running loose,they were pinned up if they weren’t there DISAPPOINTED

Your place is so very impressive from the immaculate sites to the gorgeous landscaping, to your help, extremely clean restrooms, etc etc. More than I can list. Just wish it hadn’t rained so much & we’d had our grandkids.

Overall a nice park, however during the week we were there it was evident that the quiet hours were not enforced. For 2 consecutive nights the campers next to us were out of control. Playing music until 2 am excessively LOUD talking to 2 am and having no control of the 3-4 kids was unacceptable. KOA should have put a stop to it. Claims to be Resort but far from it. Staffer Larry Outstanding.

Beautiful park. Very peaceful and quiet. Friendly staff. End spots are nicely appointed with swings, picnic table and fire pit.

Got one of the end sites with lawn and it’s the nicest campsite I have ever stayed at. Paid a little more, but we’ll worth it.

The jump pillow was closed, the pool was way too cold and the Jacuzzi was way too hot. Staff was friendly. Amenities were nice playground was nice.

This was our first time staying here at Petaluma KOA and to be completely honest, we didn't want to leave!! From check in to leaving, everything was full of friendly staff and fellow campers, lots to do inside and outside the KOA and absolutely beautiful grounds! Everything was very well maintained with beautiful landscape all around. Cashless facility made things super easy and convenient!

The campground is beautiful!! really nice. the one big downfall is the un level ground. to sit around the campfire. the picnic table is so on a slant there is now were to make it be level to sit at. made for a not so nice experience. other wise it was beautiful.

Beautiful campground that is kept up very nicely. Lots of trees and green vegetation, along with many activities. We especially liked the donkeys and goats! Smooth check-in at the office with very nice people working there. Our third time there, and a great experience every time!

Easy checkin.Very friendly and helpful staff. Our patio site was situated right next to some awesome redwoods with beautiful landscaping. We loved having a fire in the fire pit and the hanging swing completed the site! Absolutely beautiful!

Lovely campground but the showers were ice cold. My husband tried to get the hot water to work and after several minutes of cold ended up with a very cold and quick shower.

Staff was friendly & helpful. This is an exceptional property. Very well maintained & they have had some major improvements since I was there last. Sites are nice & level. Maintenance personnel are also very nice & helpful.

Only negative is that the DUMP station is set right at the exit of the facility. We had to wait to leave....until person in front of us was done. Gate is there as well, so no way to get around them. Not a good place for a dump station....so MOVE the gate !

The park is great. Great setting, wonderful layout. The new landscaping at the sites looks fantastic. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My only negative is the showers - no room, no water pressure, no hot water. We’ll be back. I just wish the showers were better.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.

The campground is nice but be aware that if you need to do laundry there, you are forced to sign up for an app on your phone in order to use their machines that do not accept credit cards or coins. My husband and I have traveled all over the country and this is the first time we have encountered this. We didn't want to have to acquired an unwanted app on our phones and the instructions for acquiring it aren't easy. So we had to haul our laundry to a local laundromat and as we were leaving we saw other guests taking their laundry back after they left too. I complained nicely to a staff member who didn't seem to care. Having said that the campground is nice, surrounded by pine trees and redwoods. It's real advantage is being near the ferry boats going over to San Francisco. Be aware, while there is a local train going to the ferry, where it lets you off is three quarters to a mile walk to the ferry. In rain it would be very unpleasant and no one tells you how far the walk is. It is better to drive your car to the ferry and pay the $2 on the digital parking meter. We took the train once and drove three other times. Other than that, the campground is in a nice setting and near wine country too.
