We had a great time during our stay. The grounds were very clean and beautifully landscaped. The cabin was clean and ready upon our arrival. Mike the manager was awesome! We will definitely be back

This campground is beautiful. Because of its beauty, amenities and location it’s very expensive. So my stays here are always limited to one night. The gift shop is lovely as well, coupled with expensive prices as well. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Stayed Tuesday-Friday. They were slurry-sealing some of the roads and it made the campground look nice! As I was leaving on Friday, they were sealing more roads. Great for bike riding! The store in the middle of the campground had great gifts. I had a good time in the pool. Will return again!

We found the KOA was very clean, accessible to the city of Petaluma, and friendly to it's campers. It was the weekend of school being out and families having an opportunity to play together before summer. Granted kids were riding bikes everywhere which was somewhat a little scary, but it was good that they had a place to play safely. We would still come back even on the weekend we arrived.

Had the perfect site. had a minor problem that the park manager resolved quickly and efficiently. The young man who was in charge of all the kids activities was GREAT. I had the young man's name who was in charge of all the kids' activities but misplaced it. He and the girls had exemplary nice manners, and they and the manager are an asset to your facility. We will return!

Everything was perfect. Our cabin was great. The pool and hot tub were so much fun for the kids. The bouncy pillow was awesome. The kids also enjoyed the playground and riding their bikes around.

The overall stay was very good. Amenities in the location were top notch. We stayed at V253. The 253 and 252 camp site hardly had any flat surfaces to put the camp. Everything seemed like a slope and it was very difficult to sleep on a slope overnight. It seemed like the campsites were very neglected because there were cabins and RV sites.

It was another busy weekend at the KOA. It's nice to see city parents getting their kids out of the city and into the country. But teach them to respect the outdoors...not run through other's campsite. Quiet hours are quiet hours not screaming and yelling through other's space. When the road says no bicycles it means no bicycles! Guess if we come back it will be during the school week!

The staff very friendly Park is clean also the restrooms. We have a travel trailer, the first spot given to us didn't have parking for my truck. Then when I told staff they gladly gave us a pull through that was very uneven. No extra charge,Had trouble reconnecting back to truck.a very family friendly park. I would recommend seeing site first if possible.

Very busy weekend. We come 4 times a year and love your resort. Still annoys me on the WIFI at H98. Fast just does not work there. Sad I have to pay $175 to fire up my Starlink for just 4 days because we need it. After paying your charges I think this is unacceptable. Please get this better. Ahmed is a an asset to your te. Very nice and workable

We had a wonderful 3 day stay. Our site was beautiful. Only issue was when another trailer was pulling into their site, backed into my friend's car late Friday night. The camp host was directing the trailer, but when backing up to turn into their site, the driver pulling the trailer hit the car with the back of his trailer. The car was parked legally in our site. This never should have happene

Came for my birthday weekend. Had unexpected mechanical issue with tow vehicle and staff was accommodating while we worked to get our tow vehicle and trailer home. Thankfully we were able to extend our stay for one more day. Campground itself is beautiful, bathrooms were clean and staff was helpful and friendly. We had full hookup site that was pretty level. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately a skunk had left their scent in the cabin and we really suffered the whole weekend even with all the deodorant that we sprayed to try and get rid of it! We also saw more skunks around and I’m sure they spread more during our stay.

Huge, beautiful camp sites and everything else was very clean. The only complaint I have is that nothing in the stores were priced. It was very busy, so you had to stand in line just to find out how much something cost. There were a few others that were frustrated by it . I would love to know the reason behind this. I would have bought more and given 5/5 stars.

This was our third stay at Petaluma KOA, and once again it was a fantastic experience! We camped with a group of families, with a mix of RV and tent campers, and everyone had a great time. The kids loved all the activities, and the adults enjoyed relaxing together. Thank you for creating such a fun and welcoming place for families. We’ll be back!

The park is very well-maintained. The owners have continued to improve the RV campsites with enhancements like paved patio areas and hedges for privacy. The two cons were the price, which for the Kamp Cabin we stayed in was as much as a hotel room, but it did not have a bathroom. The park has also cut back on the Memorial weekend entertainment for adults. Like a DJ at the pool and night events.

Previous stays at San Francisco N/Petaluma KOA have been mostly peaceful and enjoyable. This most recent was far from that. Many large groups, likely with unpermitted guests, being loud and drinking and partying into late hours. Also, so many children riding electric bikes without any supervision or any care for general traffic, and complete lack of respect for others around them. Never again.

Our cabin was very nice and spacious. I also thought the bed and bedding was surpisingly comfortable. The staff was extraordinarily friendly. The queen bed only had one bedside table so I had to pull a chair over.

The stay was great and we had no issues, how ever some of the trees and bushes could have been trimmed so we didn’t hit them with our trailer and the lane signs were more visible.

It was very nice but the only thing that was not nice was the young boys riding their bikes around with the noise makers on them. It was very intrusive when trying to relax and talk with anyone.

Bikes dropped in doorway, nearly tripped exiting the store checking in. Holiday full of unsupervised kids on bikes + scooters that did not move for vehicles towing trailers. We stayed in 225 and trailer next to us sewer smell like they’d been there for extended stay and it was foul. Couldn’t sit outeide sadly. Love the location & the staff super friendly!

Amber is a face of customer service! When we arrived we were unhappy with the site assigned. She listened to our concerns and though the park was very booked she was able to help find a better spot for us for our 5 day stay. We appreciated this greatly! Suggestion regarding the initial site A1, I'd certainly consider this as an overflow site due to sharing electricity, laundry, pool right behi

Liked the KOA. It was very clean and walking around was safe and fairly easy. Staff was very nice and helpful. The firewood delivery service was super. Plan to stay at this KOA again.

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
