Person at check in sent us the wrong way into a pill thru site. Had to unhook car and back motorhome out. Between trees and parked cars it was impossible to get into the site the correct way. Office gave us another site. Rest of stay was good.

The staff was great and there were a lot of activites. We were in a pull thru site but had to back up to get out of the site due to several other large rigs in nearby sites sticking out over the narrow road making navigation difficult. I’d recommend for smaller trailers but anything much over 25’ even in pull thru sites was challenging.

So many activities for the grandkids and beauty everywhere! Clean showers and facilities, too. We love all the new landscaping in the campspots, with extra privacy between each site.

bathroom closed "for cleaning" for days, no hot water in shower, jacuzzi closed "for cleaning" all week, poor value avoid this one!

Our annual trip with granddaughters, cousins, family and friends is always fantastic at Petaluma KOA. The kids love the hayride, bounce pillows, drinks (which we can charge to the sites), pool, tie-dye shirt activity... so much for them to do! The food truck has great food, too! We'll see you again next year!

The older gentleman in the golf cart was very kind and helpful upon arrival. Kate at check-in was super nice, respectful, and smiled. All staff were great, especially the activities staff for art, petting zoo, climbing wall etc. we enjoyed the food truck, playground, ice cream social and movie night! Pool and hot tub were also very fun! We enjoyed shopping in the stores and mining for gems.

The staff was great and the amenities were great for children. There was a Petting zoo, large bouncy, playgrounds, pool, and activities including an ice cream social. The bad part for us since we have a 40 ft. rig was getting in and out. The spaces are close together and the trees are placed so that if you are not hitting a neighbor, you may hit a tree coming or going. Also very expensive.

Stay was good, bathroom near us had no hot water, but it was fixed. Prices are just going up and up. Otherwise amenities are well maintained.

Beautiful park but found it to have poor enforcement of noise control. Two night stay and several park guests in my particular Redwood loop area had tvs and music playing outside beyond 11:00 PM and kids speeding up and down the roads on electric scooters late night with no lights. Lots of dogs left outside at camp spot during the day while people vacated for other activities. Uncomfortable stay.

Entrance gate is difficult. Gate closed on my rig. Exit gate is worse, opens up to the dump area right in the middle of the exit. They should do away with these gates. Doesn’t stop anyone from coming in, gate code is not a secret.

We stay here every year to visit friends and family. We have been in several spots and always enjoyed our stay. This time we were in the Redwood's area. The site was a bit slanted but workable. We had shade and easy walk to the pool, stores etc. We didn't have kids but the activities for the family were amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer to attend some. I always recommend this KOA.

The park was decent but the running water on the streets in the morning made quite a mess when walking. The directions to my spot by the office help proved a bad way to my site. No water for an hour due to a broken pipe. The cable connection never worked on my TV. A whole lot of noise after 10 pm curfew.

The site was just a dust bowl and the streets were too narrow and crowded with other vehicles to maneuver through the park. Only one street actually lines up with the exit gate and nothing tells you that. I hated this campground

Beautiful surroundings unencumbered by the campsites with some hedges for further privacy. It would be nice if the dugouts between all campsites were watered to promote grass growth. Also, the pool should be heated! Otherwise, it's almost perfect.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area was clean, and my family had an amazing stay from my 6yo son to my 16yo daughter there was plenty for each of them to do!!.

loved the minute we pulled up we saw so many kids running around and riding bikes. One of the staff members came up to us and was very helpful. We will be planning to come and stay again next summer.

Freeway very noisy, campsite had cigarettes all over .. never cleaned up, grass was dry and toms of weeds.. not worth the price at all . Will never return!!!

Saturday night there were kids in the playhouse shining a laser image in our eyes in camp and laughing very loud about it.2nd thing been staying at Koa long time..allways say pool is 75..its never never 75....pls address that@ pool heater is not on,have not felt warm water coming out of the jets,,sincerely,Guy

The condition of this Campground seems to be deteriorating over the last 4 years we have used this as a stop on the way to our home in Oregon, lots of dead grass ( was not the case the first 2years) a lot of small pieces of trash on the ground. For almost 200 bucks a night I would expect things to be kept up better.

Big park. Kind of a party atmosphere. Pricey compared to other KOAs we visited this summer. I guess it must be the area. Otherwise, there were lots of activities, especially for kids. It is also close to wine country. There are lots of cabins too.

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
