Beautiful campground. The cable in our cabin for the tv did not work. Friendly staff. The pool can maybe use more shade spots. But overall good place for family and dogs with activities on site

Great place and location! My only complaints are the dryers are a pain to use because of needing an app and the coffee is way overpriced and not good.

The only issue we have with this KOA is the cabins don’t have A/C. The cabins are very clean and well stocked. Plenty for the children to do and we love all the activities that are available.

Teh koa is very nice with lots of improvements since my last visit. However, I was ver y disappointed with my cabin.. no shade, ants in the cabin, mediocre tv you can barely see. I asked for a cabin with shade dogs and got tej hottest one there!! No grass like the others, no shade even in the early evening .. not listened to when I called . Couldn’t use porch at all. Why I left early.

The campground was clean. Staff were ready to assist whenever called upon. Fellow campers were friendly and welcoming. I heard "hello neighbor" several times during our stay. Fantastic KOA!

Easy check in process, my deluxe cabin was clean (both the cabin and linens), overall campgrounds were clean and easy to get around.

As seniors, we use the campground as a place to relax and then visit nearby places like Sebastopol to play golf and Bodega Bay to enjoy the ocean. The cabin was new for us this year, usually bring our travel trailer. We enjoyed sitting out front and greeting the people walking by and watching the children play.

Super clean cabin. Cleaning staff very nice! Pool & hot tub, great! Suggestion-change open side for refrigerator. Having to stand in BR to open door is gross. Easy fix. Probably will not stay again. We paid a lot of $ to stay at largest cabin to accommodate my adult children and their significant other. Paying extra per person per night after already paying high price for large cabin is not ide

We had a very nice stay but the price was too high. The $400 per night stay should include air conditioning. When we went to the pool there were no seats available then there was an incident where someone pooped in the pool and it was temporarily closed. The grounds are very nice. There were mature trees that provided lots of shade. The BBQ grill and pits are an added bonus!

It was very nice. We thought there would be more about the themes. We went to the icecream social and didn’t find anything set up. Other than this we loved everything. Thank you for a great weekend.

Beautiful camp ground with well maintained facilities. The pool is large, there are multiple restroom/shower facilities throughout the campground, and everything was kept clean.

I was there for 2 nights and wish I had time for 1 more. The cabin we stayed in was 100% clean. From the inside to the outside area. I went to the restrooms at different times of the day (early morning and late night) and found the restrooms to be clean and well stocked AT ALL TIMES. This is a biggie for me and you all nailed it. Pool was clean and very well kept. Hope to come back very soon. Ty!

Stay was great, no complaints other than only half the propane grill was working. Even though we made it work, it would’ve been nice if it worked fully.

This was my first time at KOA Petaluma. My Mom and I are not campers, but wanted to spend some extra time with family and decided Koa luxury cabin would be better than a hotel room. Grateful you had one left to reserve. Campground is clean and beautiful. Staff is very accommodating, helpful and respectful. I’ve already told friends about you. Thank you!

I love this campground but this was a very frustrating stay because of the cold water and lowered hygiene standards/issues. The bathrooms in our area were constantly having issues with cleanliness. The bathrooms are clearly cleaned less often, half the soap dispensers had no soap at all during the stay, showers with clogged drains and the shower water kept going cold right away and staying cold.

1. Such a Friendly helpful staff 2. Helpful Text updates 3. Pool, rock climb, bounce, water slide, tie dye, and hayride. Plenty of fun activities. Wonderful stay! 4. Very concerning with the kids on bikes and electric vehicles on the roads around the campground. They were happy and free, but We saw so many close calls. No casualties though.

Having had 4 years of our KOA trip, I was disappointed that a hairdryer was not available to the priciest cabins. In previous years, this was available and it was really inconvenient especially after swimming and bathing. Our group of 7 families was split up as well, only 4 families were able to stay in a cluster. This has frustrated us and is taking weight on our decision for next year’s plan

Good location. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay very enjoyable �. We had a minor problem with the.water temperature in the cabin. Within 1/2hr the staff corrected the problem. Will we come back yes.

Stay was good however was first time renting a deluxe cabin and the bed we got was extremely uncomfortable. Bowed in the middle. Ended up sleeping on the couch instead. Usually I bring my rv.

We enjoy Petaluma KOA. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We usually stay in our motorhome. Due to motorhome breakdown we stayed in a lodge. The lodge was a disappointment. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. There was hair on the sheets. The shower was not clean. We booked for 6 nights. Only stayed 4.

We had a wonderful time. The campsite was perfect and worth the extra premium Site fee. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers very clean as well as clean cabins. Lots of activities for kids and a dog park for the fur kids!

We arrived at 3 pm to check-in to our Kabin. We were told it wasn’t ready and it could be another 30 mins. We settled the amt due, signed and were told to “Park below and we’ll call you when it’s ready.” How about giving us our wristbands and restroom code and let the 3 kids swim? Staff was very apologetic but I’ve been there before at 2:55 and not allowed to check in. Crazy rule

Very clean and beautiful sites! Staff was very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying at this KOA so we were very happy. Tie dye was fun and Steve is a hoot! Only one suggestion…maybe have more camp supplies available in the stores like replacement bulb netting for propane lanterns?

Petaluma should be 5 stars but the rude French guy at the front desk didn’t explain what the bands were for or any codes for the gates were. This was our first time there. Another lady had to step in and explain this for us. People Remember the first contact and the last contact that you have with guests. The facility was clean and the amenities were great.

It is lovely campground, with tons of trees, a nice layout, and lots of stuff for kids to do. Our kids rode their bikes back and forth from the big beautiful playground to the bounce pillow, and we all enjoyed the pool and petting zoo. We liked that it was dog friendly too. Using the bracelets to pay for items at the store was helpful and texting for firewood delivery was so convenient! Great trip

Well-kept campgrounds and enjoyed our stay. Recommend to have pool heated. It was too cold even for June weather. Also unit 249 blinds were broken that needed replacing. Other than that, staff was welcoming and helpful. Cabins were clean and amenities are great for families.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
