Fun time but missed the DJ at the pool and kid friendly events. Bathrooms were not cleaned enough. Need more KOA Petaluma merchandise, shirts, hoodies

Great cabin location on site. Only thing I can think of was that extra garbage bags were not readily available when cans needed to be changed out. Also shower drain was a bit slow at times.

Bathroom toilet clogged on first day, ants everywhere, got into all of our food. Very crowded, not your fault. Concierge was great! Loved that feature! Not the best stay for us, traditional camping is better. Most likely won’t come back, but not your fault, just not our vibe!

The resort is a fun place to be with family with kids. Plenty for them to do. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the bathrooms. Even after reporting it to a staff member. By Saturday afternoon there was no toilet paper or seat protectors there was garbage all over the floors. And Sunday morning it was even worst. I normally do not stay in the cabins and take our 5th wheel

The cabins were clean and comfortable. Love the pool area and lots of activities for the children.

We stayed in a lodge. Very clean facilities. Kind staff! Great location. Close to bodega bay. Lots of activities for kids. Unfortunately,so many campfires in close proximity led to a lot of smoke and our allergies acted up big time. Overall was a pleasant stay!

Kai and the staff helped us so much with our stay and planning our next in the new year. Always a pleasure visiting we have made Koa Petaluma our annual summer getaway for going on 5 years and counting. Thank you so much.

Everything was really nice. It was a very nice camp ground. Overall it was family firendly. However, I thought it strange that camp sites can have up to 6 people, but you have to pay extra for each of them (over two people). That was not very condusive to affordable camping with a family.

The staff was great to work with and the facility was well maintained. Our deluxe cabin was great. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was wonderful! I had two Special Needs adults with me and they had a ball. Will do it again with them, soon.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.

The campground is nice but be aware that if you need to do laundry there, you are forced to sign up for an app on your phone in order to use their machines that do not accept credit cards or coins. My husband and I have traveled all over the country and this is the first time we have encountered this. We didn't want to have to acquired an unwanted app on our phones and the instructions for acquiring it aren't easy. So we had to haul our laundry to a local laundromat and as we were leaving we saw other guests taking their laundry back after they left too. I complained nicely to a staff member who didn't seem to care. Having said that the campground is nice, surrounded by pine trees and redwoods. It's real advantage is being near the ferry boats going over to San Francisco. Be aware, while there is a local train going to the ferry, where it lets you off is three quarters to a mile walk to the ferry. In rain it would be very unpleasant and no one tells you how far the walk is. It is better to drive your car to the ferry and pay the $2 on the digital parking meter. We took the train once and drove three other times. Other than that, the campground is in a nice setting and near wine country too.
