The site we were allocated in loop Q was very tight. We damaged our rig getting it out. My fault, of course, but I should have requested a different site and stayed out of that one. Also, propane at $7.99/gallon plus tax is outrageous. There should be no need to gouge the clients.

We had higher expectations given that this is advertised as a resort. We chose the “Vineyard Terrace” area, assuming it would be an upgrade from the standard sites, but unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. The site was heavily tilted to one side, it was so bad we couldn't get completely level. It was also very muddy, making for a lot of clean up.

It rained the entire week and we had no issues. The upgrades to the Valley View section are wonderful. The staff is always willing to help in any way they can. Especially with the rain the VIP Septic was fantastic. This is the 2nd year we have spent Christmas here and we will do it again. This campground is very close to many restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

A wonderful location, and great amenities. sadly no public water sources for people in a cabin, getting water was uncomfortable. The only other concern was only one outlet for charging devices. The second outlet was too high up on the wall. I loved the wrist bands, great way to remember the code, the staff were super helpful and friendly.

We had our company Christmas party and it was amazing place. All the cabins are very nice and clean. Staff very helpful with anything needed. Thanks for the great hospitality.

This was our first visit to any Koa. It’s also our first visit traveling with our 4 dogs. It was unfortunate we chose a spot by the dog park and it was closed for the entire stay for maintenance. The park is very well run and beautiful. I wish the maintenance had been stated on website., we would have still stayed but not close to the dog park . Will come again

We stayed in a studio cabin. It was very comfortable and clean. Surprised by how comfortable the bed was. The campground is an oasis! Beautifully landscaped and so clean. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. We highly recommend staying at this KOA!

The only thing that I would say negatively is the hot water in the showers up front. It took forever for it to get warm, but it never really got hot. Besides that, we loved our stay in your beautiful campground.

Clean, great place to stay. However, as frequent RV campers we feel their pricing along with other KOA's are escalating beyond the point of being able to stay at a KOA. Examples; 1. We paid $100 per night at the Petaluma KOA and upon our departure date they offered additional 2 nights with a 20% discount. If they can offer the 20%, why not do it up front?

It's a large, quiet, beautiful and well kept RV park. The distance between the RV spaces is wide. The staff, especially the grounds keepers were friendly and helpful.

4.5/5. Very well maintained campground with friendly staff. Only thing that was a bummer was the jumping pillow wasn't on and would've liked to have seen more animals in the petting farm. Loved the Christmas at the Campground event!

We have been coming here for years. Incredible upgrades. Absolutely beautiful landscaping. Very very sweet and friendly and patient employees. It’s probably one of the nicest places we have stayed at over all this time we have been the lucky owners of an RV. Thank you Petaluma KOA! Highly recommended

We have been staying at the Petaluma KOA since 1987. It was always great but we've seen over the years how much improvement has been done. The landscaping and individual sites for RVs are outstanding. It is so beautiful to sit and look out the window. It is lovely to walk around the grounds. The people in the office are always friendly and helpful. The laundry and bathroom facilities are great.

This is a beautiful park and facilities. Staff are professional and helpful. Feedback: The shower curtains barely cover the opening and shower heads are mounted so high that it is very difficult to adjust to keep your things dry in the dressing area.

The WiFI, although the flyer indicated all new and better, did not work at all. Even at the time when there were not too many people at the campground. This was disappointing, but our stay was generally good.

We stayed at one of the cabins, which was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The whole place is very clean and beautiful. The shower/bathrooms outside were big and very clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The kids enjoyed petting the goats, jumping and the playground.

Great place for families and kids. Lots of amenities. Showers need help: Luke warm temperature; low pressure. Beautiful grounds. Well cared for. I wish they would separate out huge class A buses with trailers and extra vehicles from smaller trailers. Feels overwhelming.

Thank you for the awsome Thanksgiving dinner. we appreciated that you did towards the evening so that we could explore the area during the day and not have to rush back and cook a meal. Facilities were all clean.

This is my favorite campground. Always doing upgrades, the most amazing staff, and such a convenient location. What campground do you know that did a free full blown turkey dinner on Thanksgiving for the campers. I think the ultimate compliment is we will be back for Christmas week. We will be back numerous times. Truly the KOA Campground of the Year!

We stayed in a cabin deluxe best. Upon arrival to the cabin all windows were open and the cabin reeked of marijuana. Also refrigerator door needs to be switched on how opens. You must stand in bathroom in order to open refrigerator and freezer and can’t access rest of kitchen while using.

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
