Very disappointed this year. In the past there were events for the kids. No petting zoo and no bouncing air balloon for the kids this year. Kids were very disappointed.

Highly disappointed this year. The jump pillow was never inflated, even though we were told when we checked in it would be on the next day. The petting zoo area was closed and no activities were held for the kids. We were told it was off season so nothing is open but the pool. When we were there the same time last year, they had so much stuff for the kids to do.

Great park, awesome staff, always ready help. Very peaceful yet many things to do. Thanks for sharing your thanksgiving dinner invitation. Such an awesome place.

The two campsites across from us were very loud both nights we stayed. We couldn't even sit by the campfire without being overpowered by their music and them yelling over their music. For the amount we paid each night, I expected more class from the campers.

Nice campground but we were in a space next to and across from VERY noisy people. We don’t mind people having fun but quiet time was not enforced. We would have preferred a less busy campsite. Our short stay was to visit family in town so we were only at our site for short periods of time in the morning and back in the evening otherwise we may have changed sites and/or left early.

Typically we love Petaluma KOA. We pick this place for extras it has for the kids. But this year the bounce pillow was closed, no animals to visit and no nightly hay ride. It did not feel like we got what we paid for. It felt like a typical camp ground with just the playground. Not sure we will be back for our annual Thanksgiving week trip next.

Sites were beautiful and spacious. Disappointed with the lack of activities this year. Being blamed for the neighbor’s loudness and trash was also not cool. Beautiful place but high prices.

Very nice campground. We stayed here and made trips into San Francisco. Wish we could have stayed here another day or so to relax, but the site was already booked.

Loved the upgrades to the Redwood Grove sites. Bathrooms were clean, park was clean. The biggest negative was the Wi-Fi, are the lack of reliable Wi-Fi. We were in two different sites and neither had a good Wi-Fi signal. If the Wi-Fi was stronger this would have been a different review.

I paid extra to reserve the space we wanted. However, when we checked in they gave me a different spot. I didn't realize at first but then when I did I asked them if they was the spot I had originally reserved and the guy at the desk then said no. I was then told I was moved because someone reserved our spot for a longer stay. I never received an email about the changes that was made.

The staff was very courteous and responsive. The park was beautiful and I appreciate how you continue to improve and make it better for visitors. I've been several times and will definitely be back.

After a long day on the road, as seniors we were disappointed to be located next to the children’s playground, this was not welcome. Our site was not level but we adjusted. We stay every year but will indicate a preferred space next time.

Not as great as it was in the summer. The staff was less helpful and not interested in helping with the internet, tv or other issues we encountered. They didn't even try to get the jumping pillow back into working order 2 days after it rained. All it would have taken would have been a little effort to but they didn’t even bother. Pretty lame. Not much for the kids to do in winter.

Very polite office crew. Pool showers were the cleanest public showers I have ever been in. The RV park was very clean and nice.

Nice and large campground. I don’t recommend staying next to the kids park unless you like listening to screaming kids at 8am. Cabins are nice and well kept. Bathrooms were clean. I enjoy a more off the beaten path deeper in the woods campground so I would come back for a quick trip but nothing longer than 2 nights.

Was fine, expensive. We were going to have some family over who live in town but found out it was going to be $10 per, we went out for dinner with them instead. I felt guilty parking where I did by our trailer because I was in the street a bit but didn’t want to park in nut. Expensive

We enjoyed our stay. The Buddy site was really nice. Unfortunately people weren’t picking up after their dogs in the dog park. I picked up five piles that others had neglected to pick up. Maybe have an employee check the dog park occasionally to clean up after negligent pet owners. Thanks for a pleasant stay. See you next time.

Last year we went to the Petaluma KOA and had the best time! There were so many activities like hay rides, tie dye, scavenger hunts. This year we went to Petaluma at the same exact time and there were 0 activities planned. The people kept saying it was "off season" which was a huge disappointment and very frustrating. We also didn't pay "off season" price for the weekend. I paid over $1000!

15 day visit to family in the area. Able to reserve our preferred site. Weekdays were less full, and quieter. Family weekends much more active with kids and cookouts. Very well maintained park, continuing landscaping and site upgrades. One note: kids having great time on bikes, but seeing them come around a high landscaped corner can be hard. Maintain a low speed (5 mph or less) everywhere.

We had a great time for our second time coming. Our kids LOVE the playground. They also loved the movie on Friday night. Wristbands are a little annoying and wish nightly rate was cheaper to allow us to return more often. Thanks for a great trip!

This is the perfect place for families with small kids. Playground, jumping bladder, store, clean. Minor complaint: big kids playing football on the bladder made it harder for the little ones but not overly so. Not a place I’d come without kids tho.

Dog poop everywhere, staff doesn't pick up and neither do guests. Folks drive through campsites rather than stick to roads, resulting in someone nearly hitting me and my dog. Staff wouldn't even put a cone in the unused campsite to stop it. Bathrooms lacked shower curtains, hope you like getting all your things soaked and putting on a show. Avoid this place.

ANTS! I am still battling the ants that infested my trailer while staying at this campground. I let the office know and they obviously already were aware as they said they sprayed in the morning.(to no avail). Other than the ANTS!!!! The campground was ok.

We had one of the premium patio sites - very nice! We stayed 4 nights. Campground was very quiet! Only had one issue, we were not told at check in that there was no sewer at our site & would have to be pumped out. Telling us up front would have saved a lot of time and phone calls to the office. More communication needed. Other than that FREAT!!!!!

The site was so unlevel that it took 5 one-inch blocks to level our trailer. And the fire pit was full of trash and cigarette butts which was disgusting. In addition the site I booked was given to someone else before we arrived.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
