Unfortunately, you have only five stars. I will give 10 this is one beautiful amazing place. It’s must be. We stay unfortunately for only one night but definitely be able to come back for a few weeks. Thank you very much to make special Park.

It’s a great KOA. Employees and facilities are excellent. I was unable to enjoy my stay being located across from playground. During the day, it was reasonable. But at dark when it was supposed to be off limits, the children and teens who had no supervision were in there for hours screaming bloody murder, it was so bad that both nights we abandoned our fire and sat inside. I still am anxious.

Had a great time, the pool was closed for maintenance but was probably scheduled long before the heat wave that hit the area this week so no big deal. Love the store/gift shop and everyone is very friendly and helpful and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Peaceful, well kept property with beautiful landscaping and clean facilities. We missed the pool but they had emptied it and were cleaning it for Springtime. Friendly employees. Nice store. Sweet goats �

Staff are always friendly and ready to help. The only negative is the price of propane. I short half mile drive away and I can tell my tanks for 1/4 the cost.

Our stay was only one night as a stop on our 1 week vacation. The facility was good but the disappointment was we were traveling with friends and had stayed at different rv parks and was able to be parked next to each other. When we stayed with you guys we were far apart and were in M-170 and there no other rvs were parked around us actually there was no in whole row. This was very disappointing.

We were happy with most aspects of our stay and overall had a good experience. However, our only complaint is that the pool and hot tub were under maintenance, and we were not informed about this at the time of our reservation. It would have been helpful to know in advance so we could plan accordingly.

Beautifully landscaped and maintained. Clean bathrooms We originally planned to use our camper van with one of the sites but booked a no bathroom cabin instead. The site was next to the kids play area so it was a huge convenience. Petting farm had variety of animals. Pool was closed for repairs but the day if checkout it was open and the manager gave us extra time to enjoy it. Such friendly staf

It was disappointing the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs (and no partial refund was offered), and that laundry closed at 8pm. Site was great

The campground is impeccably cared for. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very nice campground. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Camped with friends in the site where you can face each other's site and enjoyed it very much. This was our second time doing this and look forward to our next trip.

Facilities were great. Unfortunately, this particular campground does not keep control of its guests. We are a young family who do our fair share of enjoying ourselves while camping. However, quiet hours here are not enforced. A large group of rowdy guests kept half the campground awake until 2am multiple nights. Despite calling the emergency line and reporting to the front (multiple campers did).

Great grounds, friendly staff, nice amenities. The reason for 3 stars. Full time tenants. I thought this was a campground, not a trailer park. You are also unaware when you make reservations that you will be camping next to a full time resident with kids, toys, bikes, etc. scattered about their campsite. Sewer vent pipes everywhere so the whole campground smells like a septic tank.

Enjoyed the area, the layout of the park is well designed and all the employees were very friendly . Restrooms were spotless . The only complaint we had was the oder from the adjacent cattle ranch on the east side of the park when the wind changes direction . Not KOA’s fault but still puts a dent in the ambiance , otherwise it’s a great place for families and overnighters .

Love this campground! It’s clean, has a dog park, all kinds of things for families; swimming, bocce ball, playgrounds, movie nights and teo stores!. It’s close to many outside activities as well. And we really appreciated the on site honey wagon. THS k you KOA Petaluma!

Beautiful clean campgrounds. Great amenities. I feel safe. Convenient location to go on day trips. Spacious sites and love the sites that are private with trees and bushes planted in between sites.

We’ve stayed here many times in the past 5 years on the way to our property in Oregon, this time we had the opportunity to listen to some idiots loud music from the time we got there until 10pm. Not sure why staff didn’t address this .

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the of the KOA. I was disappointed that the website didn’t refer to activities being down at a certain time in the season. I came with my six and four-year-old grandchildren and the Rockwall was down. There was only three goats in the petting zoo. The Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance and the pool was not heated. Office staff were excellent-very accommodating Our patio site was nice but the furniture was dirty, and rusty. The grass needed cutting and the flower beds needed weeding. The dog park needed cleaning and grass cutting. I complained twice and nothing was done Excellent washrooms I would recommend it if was better maintained

My 2nd stay at this KOA, both times to test out a new trailer purchase. Both visits were 5 star, this current one stands out for the great customer service I received during my checking in. The only negative during my stay was the grounds maintenance crew running leaf blowers most of Wednesday. Understandable that this keeps the resort looking so good.

We chose the wrong area to stay in at this KOA. Other areas were more spacious and paved. We were just to the west of the pool. The Park is nice and well kept up. While staying there, be sure to visit Point Reyes - well worth the trip - don’t do it on a weekend…. too many cars and people!!

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
