Lower rating for: restroom/showers. So why would they be piping in cold air into the bathroom and shower rooms in the middle of winter, when it's cold and rainy? They don't have a heat thing you can turn to get heat for the period you are showering or in the bathroom. And once the first toilet paper runs out the 2nd one you can only turn and get a piece at a time of the roll, so you are stuck. Fix

The area was beautiful, nice clean air and the bathrooms were very clean, The KOA group were all very nice. We had only one issue and that was the heater that was in our cabin did not work that well, but when we did ask an employee they got right on it and gave us another heater. I will come back for sure we had a great stay at the Petaluma KOA. Thank you!

Beautiful grounds and it's clear the owners areaking investments to keep the place 1st class. We were there off-season and there was lots of capital upgrades happening. Unfortunately, it meant some inconvenience getting to and from site. t rained a lot and there were some wash-outs. Bathrooms were warm, clean and well ventilated. Well, I was dissappointed with the cabin. One it did not have a place to sit. Second, it was raining, but the outdoor seating next to camp ring was inflexible- two Adirondack chairs attached. The fire ring itself wasn’t that private. It just didn’t give any being in the woods feel. We stayed in Santa Cruz KOA, it really felt like we were in the woods. And so many ants! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. The park itself was clean and large. Unfortunately it was raining, so we weren’t able to take advantage of all the amenities .

Lots of spaces available in winter time, clean restrooms, could not link to internet so support person came to RV right away and helped with issue.

We have been enjoying KOA membership for years. My wife is nick-named the KOA Queen. The Petaluma KOA is one of the most beautiful, well located, and best communicating units. The irony is that we have traveled to many locations around the USA, and this one is almost in our own backyard. So to have an enjoyable getaway we don't need to spend a lot on gas anymore.

We had such a great time celebrating a 50th birthday with friends and family! Three generations enjoyed themselves on the campus, plenty to do, even in Winter!

My site was not clean with tree dropping and mud everywhere and on a hill. It would have been better to have the vacant site adjacent flat site . Lots of construction going on. Only stayed 1 night so no big deal. The roads in the park were confusing with no marking other then provided map and highlighted route. On a good note, it’s located away from freeway noise and the staff were friendly.

Woody and Richard very helpful last weekend moving us out of site H118 to higher ground because of flooding. The Petaluma KOA is terrific even during a storm. Bill Eichhorn

We had a sight that in our price included daily septic service and the morning of our check out our tanks were not emptied so that we had to go to the dump station during the storm to empty our tanks. Other than this episode we have been very happy with our stays at the campground.

Love the location but was disappointed that the wifi was not strong enough to watch TV I had to use my Hotspot off my phone since it was raining the whole visit

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
