We had a wonderful 4 night stay with some friends in the end patio sites. Spacious, clean and comfortable, it was a perfect long weekend! The entire place is very well kept, clean and creates a beautiful atmosphere. Nice size dog park that is in the perfect place for the "shy" doggies that like to potty in peace and quiet. We already booked our next 2 stays!!

Outta control kids with bikes and squirt guns. Parents that don't give a crap. Very expensive stay....not worth it. All kinds of rules for visitors....not for screaming kids. Very disappointed.....drove a 1000 miles.....shoulda stayed home.

Very well maintained campground. We had a pull site with full hook ups. A little too short for our rig, but we made it work.

This is a great family KOA, with emphasis on family. The weekend we were there there must have been at least 40 small children staying in the cabins just down from us, and with that number came the noise, but the kids were having fun. My only suggestion, when someone is checking out in an hour maybe wait till they're gone to mow the lawn at that particular site. Dodging the worker was a hassle.

Such a nice campground! The bathrooms were spotless. The laundry room was the best we have ever used at a campground! There were so many things for our children to do, so it was definitely their favorite campground. Everything was so clean and the employees were so friendly!

The property is beautiful and very well maintined. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the unruly cabin guests children were intrusive and disrespetful of park rules. Hundreds of small children on bikes after dark riding through campsites screaming until after 11:00 pm. Water soaker and water balloon fights spraying our guests trucks. Way over capacity ruined it for our group of 50

Facilities are first rate, delightful and well located to lots of amenities. Our only complaint was that staff didn't do much to mitigate the noise after 10 pm on Friday night after the arrival of several families for staying in the cabins. They seemed to be a group and kids were yelling and screaming and sometimes even riding bikes or running through occupied RV campgrounds.

I recently stayed for a vintage trailer rally. Facility was very clean and well kept. Only downside was a very large group of school age families who know nothing about camping etiquette. Kids screaming, riding bikes all over with no consideration for people or vehicles. They walked right through our campsites with no regard.

The park booked a school retreat with about 100 kids/parents. The park rules state no bicycles within the park; however, the kids were riding very dangerously throughout the park and the group was loud beyond 10PM. I talked to the manager but the activity did not stop. The park allowed this large group to ruin the experience for other campers. For this reason, I will not return to this park.

It was horrible! The campsites near our vintage trailer rally were surrounded by rude children that had no idea of camping etiquette. There was no quiet time after 10:00 with little staff to curtaile the mayhem!

The stay was awesome until Friday evening when a school showed up for the weekend. On Saturday Morning there were at least 50 children running around on bikes and scooters unsupervised. Multiple crashed their bikes into my Vintage trailer causing damage. The parents reply? They are kids with a full dose of F-Bombs included. Just the wrong type of campground for us.

Went with my child’s school camping trip. The camp ground was large enough to almost a massive group of people. Bathrooms were very clean and worked well. My kids loved the pool and bounce pillow.

Beautiful park yet poor management of campers. we visited during a group event that involved many elementary school age children. the park did not monitor the group. Children riding bikes well after dark (9pm) high noise levels past 11pm. Very disruptive.

We love love your park. We stay 4-5 a year but the INTERNET is still a problem. Never worked at H098. We left early. The sweet girl knew it and credited our last night thank you. I actually went to home 2 suites Friday night for Internet. For business I have to have it. For what you charge you need to beef up the internet. Please cancel 4th of July. Memorial still coming. Starlink $175 to do

The management is doing a very poor job of enforcing the park rules. Signs clearly state no bikes in the streets and there were children and parents everywhere on the streets in bikes running around everywhere. Not even the parents were watching there children. It was dangerous for the children and for us trying to enter and leave the park. We went into the office but with no response.

The campground is predictable in a good way. Great and well-maintained landscaping. Overall pretty quiet and safe. I didn't worry about my things while out. I expect to visit several times this year.

This is a the most beautiful KOA which we have ever stayed at. It is like camping right inside a redwood forest. The grounds are beautiful. We want to go back and spend more days there.

Absolutely one of the best RV Parks I’ve ever been to! From the staff to the park itself, TOP NOTCH! Definitely coming back and highly recommended this KOA.

1. I woke up Friday morning to the smell of marijuana that was coming from A015 or A016. 2. The campers in D048 had music on constantly. I enjoy music but I shouldn’t have to listen to others. The kids on Emile’s without a helmet is very unsafe at the speed they were riding, especially at dusk.

We rented a studio due to lack of availability for larger accommodations. The full bed was very soft & uncomfortable, the shower distribution went from hot to cold with difficulty maintaining a steady warm stream. However, we recommended stay with another family for our next stay in August. We’re are requesting cabin #181. Thank you!

We stayed in the Deluxe cabin at the Petaluma KOA. It was clean but not described accurately. It claimed one queen bed and two single beds. The single beds were vinyl mattresses on the floor upstairs which would have been fine for kids, but we had three adults. A mattress pad isn’t a bed. Our dogs enjoyed Kamp K9, however the ground was always wet from daily irrigation which was unnecessar

This park is beautiful, with ample spaces and a wide variety to select, including tree shaded spaces and others with a clear uncovered view of the sky. The park also offers unmatched amenities, including a large pool, farm animals, playground, and a dog park. And the staff are ALL so friendly and helpful. This is the nicest KOA we’ve stayed, and will continue to return over and over again.

Our first time in our travel trailer and this location was great! Super clean and very quiet at 9:30 PM on a Saturday night. Will definitely be back!

I must of called and asked ahead of time 7 times to double check and was told the pool is heated to 75 degrees! The pool is NOT heated to 75 degrees, it is a low 68. And cold. We came when it was chilly. Also, we booked our trip well in advance and was very disappointed that the movie night was cancelled and given priority to a school event. The foam party was also cancelled for no real reason.

The campground is top notch. The cleanliness, the layout design, the restrooms, the amenities set this facility apart from others. The stay was comfortable and peaceful. I like the security to access the camping areas. The only drawback I saw was the higher prices for the stay, at the store and for the propane. I suppose that’s why it is head and shoulders above other locations.

Great location, well maintained, very clean, great for families. It was busy but there was space for everyone. It made trips to point reyes, San Francisco, and bodega bay easy day trips. Will be going back.

Worst KOA experience ever. We usually travel with out travel trailer, but did a quick trip across the USA in a tent. We stayed at KOA's every night.

Had a great stay here in April 2026. The campground is well maintained and clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Very quiet spot not near busy roads was a bonus also. Wifi was very good and even allowed us to stream Netflix. Many activities for everyone. Would not hesitate to recommend this KOA to anyone.

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
