We live very close to the KOA. I didn't feel being so close to home that I would feel like I was really camping but I was wrong. We had a great time and will likely be our go to spot in the future.

One thing we noticed is the lack of supervision in the pool and playground. Our three year old was unable to use the playground at many times because kids were climbing up the slide backwards or hanging out in bulk on the play structure without actually using it. This is obviously overwhelming for a three year old and concerning for a parent. Overall, our family enjoyed the experience.

Good location. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay very enjoyable �. We had a minor problem with the.water temperature in the cabin. Within 1/2hr the staff corrected the problem. Will we come back yes.

Stay was good however was first time renting a deluxe cabin and the bed we got was extremely uncomfortable. Bowed in the middle. Ended up sleeping on the couch instead. Usually I bring my rv.

We enjoy Petaluma KOA. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We usually stay in our motorhome. Due to motorhome breakdown we stayed in a lodge. The lodge was a disappointment. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. There was hair on the sheets. The shower was not clean. We booked for 6 nights. Only stayed 4.

We had a wonderful time. The campsite was perfect and worth the extra premium Site fee. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers very clean as well as clean cabins. Lots of activities for kids and a dog park for the fur kids!

Positive first….Steve, the type dye guy, was great! The women who was at the pool and associated with the food truck was cheery and nice. The updates are awesome. Everything was clean and well maintained. The larger pull through end sites are well done!! We loved it! On a not so great note… this location now feels like a corporate run site. NO personality. All about revenue. WON’T be back

Absolutely loved it! We had so much fun hanging out in the pool area. Meeting up for the ice cream social was fun. Super quiet at night and very clean. Definitely recommend.

We arrived at 3 pm to check-in to our Kabin. We were told it wasn’t ready and it could be another 30 mins. We settled the amt due, signed and were told to “Park below and we’ll call you when it’s ready.” How about giving us our wristbands and restroom code and let the 3 kids swim? Staff was very apologetic but I’ve been there before at 2:55 and not allowed to check in. Crazy rule

Very clean and beautiful sites! Staff was very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying at this KOA so we were very happy. Tie dye was fun and Steve is a hoot! Only one suggestion…maybe have more camp supplies available in the stores like replacement bulb netting for propane lanterns?

Petaluma should be 5 stars but the rude French guy at the front desk didn’t explain what the bands were for or any codes for the gates were. This was our first time there. Another lady had to step in and explain this for us. People Remember the first contact and the last contact that you have with guests. The facility was clean and the amenities were great.

Had a wonderful time. Your staff were very busy but nice and helpful. The property is well maintained and got to meet Doodle the KOA kitty who is just lovely. Can't wait to see you again next year.

We had a great time. The only problem was that the bed in our cabin was a full instead of a queen. Staff was very nice and I was given a discount.

Stopped here for a night on our way north. Loved the facilities for our family! The playground was great and the amenities good. Very clean/maintained sites and bathroom facilities! Will try to stay here again!

There were a few occasions where you guys didn’t stick to the schedule posted on your website. Different movie played than what was listed, slides closed early, Banana bike rentals not available. It would also be nice if you guys had the schedule of events printed to give to us at checkin. Everything should be updated and consistent. The facilities looked good and the campsite was clean and we'll maintained. However wearing wristbands is an insult. The younger workers shouldn't have to enforce this. The stay was very uncomfortable feeling due to all the crazy rules and codes to get into bathrooms etc.

It is lovely campground, with tons of trees, a nice layout, and lots of stuff for kids to do. Our kids rode their bikes back and forth from the big beautiful playground to the bounce pillow, and we all enjoyed the pool and petting zoo. We liked that it was dog friendly too. Using the bracelets to pay for items at the store was helpful and texting for firewood delivery was so convenient! Great trip

When we arrived our site was already occupied so checkin took quite a while for them to sort out. Then on our last nights stay an alarm went off at 3 in the morning and we had to call overnight security to come shut it off. It then went off again at 6 AM. Repairs started happening shortly after 6. This made for an extremely short night for us.

Camp site was not level at all would expect a level campsite from a KOA. Almost seems as though tent campers are not welcome there. I will soon leave a Google review .

Well-kept campgrounds and enjoyed our stay. Recommend to have pool heated. It was too cold even for June weather. Also unit 249 blinds were broken that needed replacing. Other than that, staff was welcoming and helpful. Cabins were clean and amenities are great for families.

We liked to stay in camps and we had couple people seniors and I chose the right lodge every one so happy to stay in campground enjoy time together and we will come back again.

We were met of a girl in The Office by tjek in, she was behaving like she was tired of people. She did not give much information for our stay, and would not give me my 10 % off - but i got it later by another employe. The Camp site is Nice and clean, goos pool and Play Ground. We have been to a lot of koas, and i Think this one is to expensive for what they have to offer.

Friendly staff especially the gentleman that does the tie dye and rock climbing. very patient with the children. Store is great. Area for movie is great however choice of movies could have been better. area is very clean. nice to see upgrade on playground.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
