Very fun October weekends at Koa! Having people to help outside the office at checkin was great! Would change bathroom cleaning times! Maybe add More hayride time too ����ϋ��

My toddler loved all of your amenities and Halloween activities! My one request would be to add changing tables to the restrooms.

Love the facilities and the campsites however this time we stayed in a studio cabin and it was SOOOOO stinky like a skunk! We barely slept the entire weekend because of the smell. I complianed twice and they put in a air freshener but it stopped working! I asked to be moved but they were sold out!

We always have a blast! Staff is kind and helpful. Amenities are top notch. The activities keep our teens and tweens busy! And the Haunted House was an absolute treat!

Stayed here before and love KOA but this time you put us in tent site 295 which has a flood light that stays on 24 HOURS and was blinding and almost impossible to sleep. In addition, it was next to a barbed wire security entrance where staff were coming and going all day. Complete failure and horrible camping and hope it will be rectified.

People working were nice, but neighbors and other people staying weren't so much. Grill was rusted and covered in cobwebs (decided not to cook on it because it didn't look safe). We saw multiple kids riding bikes on the street and almost get hit by cars.

We were on our way home from a 20 day camping trip. We did not realize that it was a three day weekend and there were no campsites available. Robbie was kind enough to squeeze us in, although the price was high we were happy to find out that they were celebrating Halloween in the park and it was a hoot. We had a great time!! Thanks Robbie!!

Beautiful spot in the vineyard area under trees, so peaceful and comfortable. The space with the bench and fire ring is very uneven tho and it is impossible to put seating out there. But otherwise the spot (O205) is really nice and I would always book it again.

This is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful pool! Play structures for your children and so much more! We were only able to stay for 2 nights. Next time we will stay longer!

It was great, we have stayed here before. Its really aligned for people with kids, looks like lots of stuff to do, great Halloween decorations, the only problem we ran into went to use the shower, got all prepared and it did not work, just dribbled, had to get re-dressed, gather her stuff and find a different show location. No worries, it happens!

We absolutely love our Halloween visit every year. We book out several of your tent sites. It would be wonderful if you had some of the tent sites include electrical plugs for our older CPAP using campers. Currently the only electrical tent site is quite far away from the other sites so it is difficult to keep our group together. Thank you again for an amazing weekend

A very active park, helpful staff, staff demonstrates attention to detail. Showers and bath facilities maintained on a regular basis. Clean laundry facilities.

We had a fantastic time like always! This was our 4th Halloween visit & every year we get more friends to join us. The Halloween parade is too early. The parade is at 4 but trick or treating didn’t start until 6. So the kids get dressed up, do the parade, then there’s a big gap where the kids are in the costumes but no trick or treating. Have the parade be later- right before trick or treating

I enjoyed my stay here. I only had two issues. The bathrooms near my site seemed to take a while to be able reflush and the hot water took a long time to reach those bathroom showers. When I come back, I will probably get the same site. It was private and larger than most sites. And even though it was right by the pool, I could barely hear anything inside my trailer.

Friends came to pick us up for dinner. She told them in the office. They wanted to charge her $20. Later that night I received a $22.80 charge to my credit card that I didn’t authorize. Ridiculous!

Over all our stay was great! Our only complaint was our spot had an over hanging oak tree that dropped acorns non stop for our entire stay, 24 hours a day .... this is very loud in our trailer thus keeping us up at night. The tree needs to be limbed.

Petaluma KOA is a beautiful and fun park. However, quiet time was supposed to be 10pm to 8 am. And it stayed the park will be patrolled to make sure those hours are quiet. Our neighbors were still playing music laughing and talking very loud at 12:30am. Obviously no one was patrolling. I had tried calling the park number earlier and was on hold for 15 minutes with no one ever answering.

Awesome campground!!! So many activities for kids and adults alike. Very clean restrooms! Laundry machines worked. Would definitely stay again,!

We called several times before arrival and checked after arrival if a vendor was available to wash RV. They said they would have a maintenance person call back as he did that request. Never got returned calls nor did they respond after check in. Very frustrating when have been on road for several months. Did not care about us.

Although there were many great things about this KOA, they nickeled & dimed you on everything. The final straw was charging an unreasonable fee for two guests who came just for dinner. They weren't there to use the amenities. The prices in the store were simply gouging for greedy corporate owners. Shame on KOA. We paid a premium for our week long stay and then to be gouged is unsatisfactory.

The property is very well maintained and has so many things to offer. If you have pets there is tons of room to walk them and even a agility course. It is a kid's paradise with all the activities. Caludia specifically makes the property stand out the bathrooms were spotless. Mark is also super hardworking he did everything from delivering wood to keeping the grounds extra clean. Mark is a gem!

Love all the amenities. One suggestion is to make an 'adult time' for the hot tub. Too many screaming kids late at night with many not supervised.

We had a good time. Sites are nice and fairly large and the grounds are so clean. My only problem… we came as a group of four. One person registered us all and yet we were disbursed all throughout the park. And it’s a large park. All of us were seniors who had to hike to each others camps for shared breakfasts, dinners and fireside chats. Not so accommodating in this aspect.

I was wary as it was the first Halloween Saturday for October and I thought it would be loud and crazy. 300 spots for rvs, tents, small cabins. Pretty much completely full. But it was wonderful. So many families with kids having fun and then quiet all night.

This KOA park was definitely larger and had better upkeep than some of the other KOA parks we have stayed in. We stayed at the park from Friday through Tuesday. It was already decorated for Halloween and had pumpkins and decorations all around the park. Kids were riding their bikes and scooters until after dark - just being kids. Great park for kids - lots of activities - but if you want a more quiet time, plan your stay during the week. There is so many things there for the kids to do - take a look at their website. The pool and pool area is very big. The park is very large and makes for a nice evening walk. We enjoyed walking down to the petting zoo each night. Initially, we were assigned Site J144. It was very unlevel, so we asked to be relocated to a site across the way. We ended up in Site K156. Very nice end location. The showers by the office and pool took forever to get hot water, but the showers in the middle of the park were nice and clean and had hot water. If we are in this area again, we will definitely come back to this park during the week or off season. We camped at San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.
