This is our favorite campground to go to. We love all the kids activities. The campground is always clean and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is I think there needs to be a walkway from the front office down to the bounce pillow/rock wall area. Guests have to walk in the parking lot behind cars that are always pulling out and it is dangerous.

It was fantastic, a super easy camping trip with great amenities for the kids! My 9 yr old had a blast, my 13 yr old didn't find as many things to do for her age but hung out by the pool and read a book. The Quail Kitchen was an added bonus! SO CLEAN! Amazing staff. Fun stores on site. The one downfall was bundles of kids running through our site at all hours all the time.

We have stayed here many times in the past three years and we have had a good experience and fun time each and every time. The staff is professional and friendly and we particularly appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly and helpful attitudes of Andrea and her husband (Mike?). Thanks for providing such a fun family campground.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were with children and we all enjoyed craft activities, swimming pool and back ball court. Loved our stay!!!

This year came with disappointments. I appreciate our site coming with patio furniture, but there were so many pieces that it was overcrowded! Couldn't enjoy the furniture other than the swing because it and the pavers were covered in bird poop! Would have been nice if it were washed off. Our fire pit had someone elses garbage in it!

We love coming here. It’s been our annual tradition for 25+ years. We love how this location is always well maintained however this was the first year that the bathrooms did not seem to be as well kept as they usually are. We noticed that I’m more than one occasion. Stalls were completely out of toilet paper. The toilet toilets and floors were not cleaned often enough. Showers were missing hoo

Great KOA for Kids , we had our grandkids for the weekend and they participated in most everything except the Rock Climbing wall. We have another weekend booked in the fall again to this KOA �

Front desk staff was very friendly. Loved having a choice of camping style sites vs glamping style sites. Cute things at the shops. Food was decent at the Quail Cafe. Close to town but had a country feel. So many happy campers with all of the fun things to do.

Reserved my "space" online, but when I arrived it wasn't quite what I expected, so without hesitation they changed it to a site that worked perfectly for me. Wonderful people, facilities with everything you could want at an RV Resort. Biggest KOA RV Campground I've been to and it has... huge grounds, huge swimming pool, store, food truck (what?), and even a petting zoo! Enjoy!

Had a great time! Camp site was clean and accommodating. I loved the landscape and privacy. Staff is great. I am definitely coming back! Petaluma is a fun town to visit. This is by far one of the best trips I've had in my trailer. Thank you!

Beautiful Place however for the price disappointed due to: 1 Ants - horrible problem w/ ants & didn't leave any food/trash outside (started getting in trailer). Had to buy ant traps.2 Handicapped Shower had NO Hooks to hang towel or shelve for soap 3. Sprinklers sprayed truck & trailer leaving hard water spots 4 Store could use more food 5. Lawn had dog poop & flies upon arrival

This was our first time there, and first time staying at a KOA too. We rented a delux cabin and it was great! We're already making plans to come back next summer. Everything was clean and kept up beautifully and nicely maintained. The staff were very kind and eager to help with anything. My kids absolutely loved all the kids things to do! 10/10, thank you!

Our KOA stay was pretty good overall—super family-friendly with lots for the kids to do. We'd definitely come back! The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. Cabin room N182 was great, earning 4 out of 5 stars. Would've been 5, but the bathroom door lock was broken, the heater/AC gauge didn’t work, and the shower leaked. Used napkins to soak up water. Minor fixes needed!

The attention to details with the new upgrades in the Valley View section did not go unnoticed. Adding a parking space for an extra vehicle is perfect and the landscaping is beautiful. It is obvious how much you care about the comfort of your customer. The staff goes out of there way to help. This is a beautiful campground that is very well maintained.

Great experience for families. Great and easy to get to location. ImI felt that the rules were not followed especially involving pets. Dogs were in pool, stores, off leash and on very long tethers. Resort was quiet, well maintained and great for bikes, movie goers and had a well stocked store. Wristband policy needs enforcement. Loved the delivered firewood, petting animals and jumping pillow.

We had a great time! The resort is clean and well organized. We brought our 4 grandchildren and they had a blast! So many fun activities for children, animals, rock climbing wall, huge bounce pillow, hay rides, and over sized pool. The only extra we paid for was the tie dye t-shirts which was a really fun activity for the kids. The staff was very helpful! We highly recommend this RV Resort.

Very clean, with many nice amenities. Convenient location for an event we were attending in Petaluma. Our site, A11, was difficult to level side to side. It is very expensive.

When multiple (10 or more) campsites are reserved a year in advance, your confirmation shows the campsites and/or cabins #. When we checked-in not everyone got the campsites that we were originally assigned. We want the entire group in close proximity, it is disappointing when you change campsites at the time our guests are checking in! The prices of the sights were also different!

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
