Beautiful surroundings unencumbered by the campsites with some hedges for further privacy. It would be nice if the dugouts between all campsites were watered to promote grass growth. Also, the pool should be heated! Otherwise, it's almost perfect.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area was clean, and my family had an amazing stay from my 6yo son to my 16yo daughter there was plenty for each of them to do!!.

loved the minute we pulled up we saw so many kids running around and riding bikes. One of the staff members came up to us and was very helpful. We will be planning to come and stay again next summer.

Wow - everyone was super nice and helpful - from the 1st impression at the front desk to housekeeping to trash bag replacement. Everyone worked as a team and super professional that I could tell this was an amazing workplace to be.

We had fun but we notice that this KOA has gone downhill in housekeeping- -fire pit had garbage ...Cabin was very dirty--- full of cobwebs... bathrooms had zero soap -- my child noticed when she looked up above at the bathroom skylights at night there's a reflection to which anyone can see inside all bathroom stalls... no privacy...

My sister, cousin and I had a great stay at the San Francisco KOA for 3 nights in a small cabin. Went to the pool and hot tub, climbed the rock wall, went to Bodega Bay, had campfires. It was so much fun. This KOA is my favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's such a great place to bring kids if you have them and also a great place to stay if you don't. Will come again! Thank you so much!

Freeway very noisy, campsite had cigarettes all over .. never cleaned up, grass was dry and toms of weeds.. not worth the price at all . Will never return!!!

Saturday night there were kids in the playhouse shining a laser image in our eyes in camp and laughing very loud about it.2nd thing been staying at Koa long time..allways say pool is 75..its never never 75....pls address that@ pool heater is not on,have not felt warm water coming out of the jets,,sincerely,Guy

The condition of this Campground seems to be deteriorating over the last 4 years we have used this as a stop on the way to our home in Oregon, lots of dead grass ( was not the case the first 2years) a lot of small pieces of trash on the ground. For almost 200 bucks a night I would expect things to be kept up better.

Our campsite was not clean. Lots of small pieces of trash including some broken glass. We were next to the playground and some kids were using it until 10 pm.

Big park. Kind of a party atmosphere. Pricey compared to other KOAs we visited this summer. I guess it must be the area. Otherwise, there were lots of activities, especially for kids. It is also close to wine country. There are lots of cabins too.

Overall good campsite and nice place to camp. Sometimes the bathrooms need better attention. Sprinklers come on at night and our adjacent site got soaked. Furniture, table, tablecloths etc. all very wet. We missed the music and games around the pool but they allow blow up toys so kids were happy. We had nice weather and mostly quiet neighbors. We will come back again but it is an expensive place.

Enjoyed our stay. Next time we book, we will try to stay closer to a bathroom. The bathrooms were a bit far from the cabins didn’t realize this when booking. Have a three-year-old who is newly potty trained made it somewhat difficult. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

We love KOA Peteluma, clean place, staff is incredible there is so much to do for the kids. Pool is always cold but very clean.

We had a great stay! Great RV sites. Clean, well maintained resort with lots of amenities! We got the large premium pull through site (H114) which was convenient located next to the outdoor kitchen and BQ, and equipped with its own patio, patio swing, table and chairs, and fire pit. The resort is conveniently located just about an hour away from San Francisco making it a quick trip down.

Site D048 patio was full of tree debris. We swept the patio ourselves. We noticed a lot of other sites were not watered during our stay and grass was dead. The “positive” and most important =kids had a blast, enjoyed the amenities and felt safe during our stay! We stay here for a week or so every summer. The grounds are always clean. The pool and hot tub are spacious and always just the right temperature. The employees are helpful and friendly. There are many things for my kids to do there. We love it and we will keep coming back!

We had a great time as we had lots of littles this trip. We stayed in two cabins and were along with other family in Rv sites. One Rv site and one cabin had ants pretty bad. Also the refrigerator did not seem cold enough to keep food we had safe. Ended up using my ice chest instead. Lots of other parents ignoring the no biking lanes. Those kids fly down those hills with no regard.

The stay was wonderful. I love the area the weather and the activities they offer for children. My only complaint was that the female bathroom was not kept clean. There was human feces in one of the shower stalls the entirety of the time I stood there. I also asked for extra garbage bags which I never received.

We stayed in cabin G67 3 nights. Although the cabin was smaller than expected, it was nice and well maintained except for the broken screen door brace. The staff were pleasant and accomodating. Bathrooms and grounds clean and well maintained. I think it is a bit expensive with the extra fees for children (especially since it does not sleep 6) and pets, but still worth the stay.

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
