was very happy with the stay. the staff was very helpful and friendly. This was our 4 stay at the camp and has all ways been like that. was a little disappointed in the care for the grass at the sites. was dyeing over half of the spot. love coming so we can get some time away. it is not so far for us and we love going to dylan beach. we plan on comeing back next year and maybe renting a cabin.

It was outstanding!! I was able to do laundry, we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The shower was wonderful and a gentleman who works there 6 months recommended a few places to check out and we enjoyed a fabulous BBQ dinner �

Very well cared for park, one of the nicest of our 2 week trip, private bathrooms And showers were quite luxurious although takes a minute for the hot water to get going. It would be nice if the laundry was open later or earlier

Our stay was very good! The Koa was well kept and a lot of things to do there. When we come back, we will stay there again!! Staff was very friendly and very helpful during our stay! The cabins look great, although we brought a travel trailer and had a standard site, there was a nice tree for shade! The pool was awesome, faculties were great, everything was put on the campsite charge card.

well, the gates to let visitors in came down on my RV and scratched it. the roads are narrow and the spaces are small and not level. lots of kids riding all sorts of electric scooters and such fast down the hills.

Another wonderful stay at Petaluma KOA. We arrived a little bit early and our spot had some leaves on it. We responded to the text message for the campsite and within 10 minutes they came and cleared off the leaves. What wonderful service. We always enjoy the pool and we got to even enjoy one of the movie nights during the weekday. Excellent stay and excellent value will be back soon.

Always a pleasure. Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. The handicap bathroom/shower near site#H128 needs an update. The showerhead has bad water pressure. Very hard to rinse shampoo and conditioner from hair. And must have some sort of shelf or table for placement of toiletries, clothing etc while bathing and dressing.

The sights were great. However, one downfall they had is no one was there to great us or lead to sight. There was a very long line to get in because no one knew where to go to check in.

This was one of the nicest campgrounds that we have been to. The layout of the sites for RV’s and cabins was awesome. We were able to get our 44’ 5th wheel into our site and out without any issues. While we were there they had events planned during the afternoon and into the evening. We got a chance to enjoy the large outdoor pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Super easy to make a reservation in a site we chose.paidxtra. Staff very warm and helpful.Traveled with a toddler the place is designed for kids of all ages.The jump pillow, pool, petting farm, playground and hayrides were all very much a WOW factor! The grounds are kept immaculate.this KOA is run with people friendly and safety in mind.Cant wait to go back!!!

It was our first time. Our site was nice, but we had people cutting through our site to get to the trampoline etc. We plan on coming back, but not the same site.

Loved it. But really really missed the live DJ that you used to have. He made us extra fun at the pool and the karaoke night was fabulous for the families. Bring him back!

Not enough creature comforts. Unsure of what to bring. Refrigerator was bigger than expected. Staff was great. No place for luggage. Not enough soap shampoo etc

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were pleasant and helpful. The site was perfect for our little RV and tent, with a patio and porch swing. The bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities were clean and convenient. We knew there was a pool, but the rest of the amenities were unexpected and so fun! Loved the movie tent and the ice cream social! Next time we'll book more than two nights.

What a beautiful campground. We had a very restful stay. If it hadn't been so expensive we would have stayed a whole week. We did have a suggestion. We noticed a lot of kid on bicycles and motorized cars. We would recommend that it be made park policy that these vehicles MUST have bicycle flags attache. The cars are almost impossible to see when you're in a pickup and the small bike riders

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
