Our first site wouldn’t work for us, but the lady working at the office was more than accommodating in helping us find a new site with many suggestions around the park. We had a great stay!

This was our 3rd year staying at the KOA in October for the Halloween festivities. The KOA is clean, well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the Camp K9 dog area so that my dogs can run around off-leash some. There are a lot of fun activities in October that we enjoyed participating in.

Great campground and loved our camping spots however would like to see more grass planted between sites to cut down mud and dirt. . Perhaps have an ice cream social as no events were going on while we were there 5 days. Signage of rows need to be better marked.

Our stay was wonderful although it rained. No complaints, set in a beautiful setting!! Only disappointment was our unit had a shower that would suddenly deliver cold water while it was turned to warm/hot. The handle did not respond to warmer to warmer temperatures.

Very fun with all the trick- or-treaters and Halloween decorations. The resort is very clean including the swimming pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay.

It was so much fun. We were there for one of the four Halloween weekends. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating.The campground is well managed and is a family safe environment. It doesn't get better than this. It is our go to campground.

Showers need more attention. Trash is being left in the showers. 10pm quiet time is not being enforced. Staff doesn’t enforce it after told there is a problem. A lot of people are walking into the park making for overcrowding on Friday and weekends.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site was in the dirt/mud, with lots of pine needles on our slides and roof. It was good to see the kids having a great time, but it was very crowded with lots of loud boisterous kids zipping up and down the streets day and night, which was hazardous. An abundance of camp fire smoke at night that affects the air quality for those sensitive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Petaluma KOA is well maintained and organized! We walked thru the campgrounds and have already made reservations for December for one of the sites that we liked. Special shoutout to Mike, who delivered our wood, Gave us great recommendations!

Love the KOA. All the activities! Halloween was so much fun. Wasn’t very happy with our particular tent site. It had to trees, had some weird long drain?, and we kept smelling garbage or poop?

3rd time staying and was again very nice. I’m not sure if it was just the time of year, but our site B22 was over run with meat bees and flies. Might want to see if the bees are nesting in that area.

Jose helped us find our campsite when we were circling the campground. Robert and Shelley from the office helped us organize to get to train station and ferry to San Francisco. I would stay here again

We had a very nice stay. This was our 2nd stay. The Halloween decorations were beautiful. Nice and clean bathrooms and friendly staff. we plan on coming back.

It was fantastic! We always have a blast. This is our 3rd visit for the Halloween activities and we look forward every year. My only feedback is that having the parade 2 hours before the trick or treating is tricky. Getting kids in costume, just to get them out or kept clean is hard. Maybe have the parade be the kickoff to trick or treating so that there isn’t that lag between? Would help parent

The campground is wonderful for families with young children. We stayed the first weekend of October and they already had Halloween activities going. My son was thrilled to trick-or-treat around the campground and loved riding his bike around with his cousins. We had a wonderful stay and will be making our reservations for next year shortly.

Petaluma KOA is amazing. And especially in October it's halloween every weekend. Being able to decorate our campsite, trick or treat, and all the activities for the kids. Our absolute favorite koa.

I enjoyed the fact that the tent sites are on the edge of the campground so that it was really quiet at night. I also like the young family emphasi; everyone was very respectful of each other's space. The hot tub and pool were wonderful. My only disappointment would be that I had no picnic table at first, but that was remedied after I made a call to the office.

My only complaint about the entire day was the shower in the bathroom were so high that it just sprayed all the way to the shower curtain when you try to adjust it down it just didn’t work. So for a shorter people, it wasn’t so great because we had to stand so forward

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
