Love to see all the activities for the family it is a great place. Karen that handles all us monthly’s is amazing she does a great job. The staff is so friendly and is always willing to help with anything.

We were looking of real quiet and peaceful place to take a few days and the Petaluma K.O.A. is always just that ~ super nice !! we love all the hiking in the area with our dog as well ! Will 100% come back ~ such nice employees , always making things just right !!

Not a huge fan of the deposit for the laundry. I had to leave $2 behind in the app which I’ll likely never use again. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a really good time. My only suggestion would be that the bed needs some attention. The side of the bed near the wall makes noises under the bed and that side of the bed is very soft and slanted making it harder to sleep on that side of the bed. The whole property is well run and well maintained. Thanks for our stay with you.

Stayed here for a week while attending a family wedding. Beautiful well kept campground. Enjoyed the trick or treaters.

We had a great stay, but we had to park in a handicap spot because people were parked illegally in multiple spots. We reported it, but nothing was ever done about it. We had to carry all of our stuff over 100 feet from our car to our cabin. The parking needs to be monitored and visitors made to move their cars. One car parked by our cabin was people staying at an RV spot.

The staff is absolutely incredible, very kind/professional. The property is normally well maintained; the inclement weather made it challenging during my stay (I’m sure). Unfortunately, my site (P219) wasn’t the best, my fault for waiting too late to book. It had little grass and a whole lot of dirt (mud when it rained and from heavy dew). That site would definitely make me look elsewhere.

Got to camp 1.5 hours early couldn't check in. In years past we could. Ok, fine so we wanted to visit with family already there, nope would have to join their reservation and pay. Ridiculous!!! I had my own reservation. Just needed to wait for my almost $900 cabin for an hour. In the 12 years I've come this never happened. The prices have raised alot and now the hospitality has changed.

Always a wonderful experience at the Petaluma KOA! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, amazing activities for the kids! Our annual October trip is a family favorite! Only complaint is that even though the grounds are saturated with water, they still water the grass overnight making it nearly impossible to enjoy the grass on your site or the grounds as it’s a mud pit.

The weekend before Halloween is always so fun, everyone is in a great friendly mood, the camp sites are all dressed up for the holiday, kids are playing the pool is open and the staff at the KOA are there to make sure you have what you need and quick to help you out. Even the doggies are dressed for Saturday nights Trick-or-Treating activities. There is something for everyone!

Always a great experience at the Petaluma KOA. The Halloween festivities creates core memories for the kids. This was our 4th year coming and we're already excited for next year.

It was great the entire time. But on a serious note there were too many cars on the park road during trick or treating time some faster than others it’s an issue with all those little ones. Maybe ask that outside guests or campers leave before dusk when it starts

Beautiful location in a well maintained campground. Staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely camp there again. We stayed in space #16, perfect, private space for our timid rescue dog.

The cabin was very nice. Just a few suggestions. You need utensils for bbq. On the decks it would be nice to have a gate at the stairs. The park was very clean and everyone was very friendly.

I was there for four days at Halloween. Campers went out of their way to decorate their sites and with the campground all decorated, it was a great and spooky time! Halloween and Easter are my favorite times to visit, although I camp there probably 10 times a year!

Very busy place. Wonderful campers, always interacting. Good place and good folks. LOTS of dogs here and they were very respectful. They really went all out for the holiday and it was interesting to watch the others participate. Lots of activities. Enjoyable!!!!

Nice park. Need arrows for one way streets. The exidos can be daunting when rigs are coming and going down the same street. Also maybe more time for kids activities.

I recommend adding something for “big kids” or teens earlier in the day. We were NOT pleased with one of the sites for trick or treating- this was somewhere near the redwood grove, and a man with a running chainsaw and scary mask chased young kids halfway down the aisle, while kids ran away screaming. 3 kids from our group were crying from being scared. NOT okay for a family campground!!!!

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
