Very relaxing place. Big n clean pool n jacuzzi!! Love the newly remodeled bathrooms. Cabin is clean. Security drives thru often. Most of all, a very understanding person in front desk made it happen where we can stay at the Redwood area cabin in spite of miscommunication on the reservation. She heard n understood our needs n made a way it possible to stay n have a wonderful time. Thank you.

Great camp with lots of redwood trees. Very well run park. Only down side is flow restrictors on showers make them pretty weak.

Would like it if campers were not allowed to let their campfires smoke overnight. It filtered through our open windows causing burning to our eyes etc.

Nice, comfortable, clean place to stay. Good location. Friendly staff. The only downside in the rating is the nightly prices are a bit of a shock, especially for a weekday, post Labor Day stay. (...and I can never understand why a solar powered 19 foot trailer is priced the same as a power hungry triple air-conditioned unit rig, but so it is.)

The activity selection for our children managed to not only keep their attention but kept them busy all day. Trying to pry them away from the San Francisco/Petaluma KOA was the only negative activity we had as a family.

It was a great experience. Everyone from the KOA Staff were wonderful and so helpful and campers there were friendly and helpful as well. We had a great time!! �ϋ��ϋ�

The place was nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a litter box/bull pen. We were planning on sitting around the fire but no way! Tried to get fresh air in our trailer during the night but it was awful. Smell was way too strong. Ended up leaving early.

very nice place, only knock is that Tengo Internet is the worst on the planet, works ok early in morning after 8am hope and pray it works , fads in and out sometimes it works sometimes it dosen't, need to change your provider, this would improve our stay, come here every year foe wife's birthday and go to dilon beach & bodega bay.

1st time at any KOA camp. We became members b4 our stay was done! Nice welcoming and accommodating place. We will be back and bringing potential members with us!! Fun stay. Katie and staff were great!!

This was our first stay there and really enjoyed the campground. The campsite that we had was very nice. We really enjoyed the patio area and the buddy site that we had. The stores had a good selection of merchandise and the pool area was very nice as well. The campground seemed to be maintained well. We are looking forward to booking again soon.

Great accomodations. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. My only complaint (very minor) is that the hay ride is scheduled at an awkward time, 6 pm is prime time for dinner for young kids so we had to skip it.

Beautiful campground. We stayed at an end patio site which was very nice, however, we found that we much prefer the back in sites A17-20 as it allows more privacy. The end site felt very exposed with everyone walking, driving and biking past. When dumping the sites are so close that you feel like you’re intruding on the neighbors as there’s no division between the sites. Also the WiFi never wo

The campground was vewry nice and very well mantained. All the facilities were very nice and clean. The site were to be considered short for larger RVs that are towing a vehicle. One item to note is were were guided incorrectly to our site resulting in having to travel throughout the campground to get properly oriented for hookups. The person in the office should know how the sites are oriented.

Every single employee was great. Clean grounds. Fantastic for families. Spots are overpriced. Wood way top expensive for 5 pieces, no kindling. General stores didn’t have much in the way of supplies and had to leave to get basic items that other KOAs provide. Great for families. Sucked for just adults. No real hiking or camping experience at this location.

The hot water in the bathrooms at the main building for the pool are not reliable for hot water, please fix the problem. You want us to shower before entering the pool, provide an open shower with hot water close to the pool. Very nice campsites for tents. Fire pits were great, the mulberry trees and Redwood trees provided shade. Loved your pool, and Spa.

Great location to many nice areas, shops and restaurants. Park was very very clean, and had nice privacy for many spots. Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and the store provided a nice variety of items. Will definitely return.

We reserved a patio site, it was extremely nice. The overall park is well maintained and has almost every amenity you could ask for. The Camp K9 was a good size and well maintained. The site was level - always a plus and the staff, upon check-in were friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here and both times, we were pleased.

The facility is nice, but for the price the WiFi and cable should work. I was there with other two other couples and all three trailers were unable to use the WiFi or cable TV. I spent hours trying to get the WiFi to stay on, and over an hour of that time on the phone with Tengo Internet support. When it worked it was very slow.

We had a lovely stay at the Petaluma KOA. We have two small little girls who enjoyed the jumping pillow and pool most of all. The only recommendation I have is for the quail cafe to have a card reader. I had to help some people put in orders while I put in my own.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.

The campground is nice but be aware that if you need to do laundry there, you are forced to sign up for an app on your phone in order to use their machines that do not accept credit cards or coins. My husband and I have traveled all over the country and this is the first time we have encountered this. We didn't want to have to acquired an unwanted app on our phones and the instructions for acquiring it aren't easy. So we had to haul our laundry to a local laundromat and as we were leaving we saw other guests taking their laundry back after they left too. I complained nicely to a staff member who didn't seem to care. Having said that the campground is nice, surrounded by pine trees and redwoods. It's real advantage is being near the ferry boats going over to San Francisco. Be aware, while there is a local train going to the ferry, where it lets you off is three quarters to a mile walk to the ferry. In rain it would be very unpleasant and no one tells you how far the walk is. It is better to drive your car to the ferry and pay the $2 on the digital parking meter. We took the train once and drove three other times. Other than that, the campground is in a nice setting and near wine country too.
