We've traveled all around the United States staying in KOAs and Petaluma is one of our favorites! Absolutely beautiful, lots of attention paid to making sites clean and private. Wonderful location with lots of fun things to do in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Concierge pumping service was just as efficient as a full hook-up. We left already planning our next visit!

We’ve traveled to over 35 states and stayed at KOAs in every one of them…this one is impressive. Meticulously landscaped, an extremely helpful, well organized staff, a TON of things for the kids to do, and concierge sewer service (yes, they emptied our tanks for us!). I can’t imagine what it must require to keep it all running so smoothly. Thank you for having us!

Your RV park is nice & convenient for visiting family, but expensive. I limit my visit to once a year due to cost.

Overall it was a nice stay. Some things we could’ve dealt without. Like the groundskeeper weed whacking just feet from my kids and dogs in our site when there was only 20 minutes before we checked out. He should’ve waited and not been that close to them

We first stayed in this KOA in 1986 on our way to Alaska. We camp here every chance we get. We’ve watched you grow and improve over the years. Our children and grandchildren live in California so we’ll be back for sure.

Second time I stay here. Every area, including bathrooms, is very clean. THAT is a key element in enjoying my stay. Then, it’s so beautiful there and everyone is very friendly and professional.

Awesome resort, very nice sites, Hot tub closes at 8:00 PM... Excuse me we love a hot tub just before (not 8 PM), bedtime. Also needed a boost on our tow car and (because of liability reasons), which we ??? understand (it is California), that I started up our 44 foot motorhome to move it closer to our tow car in order to boost the battery myself. No boost option in a resort. hard to believe???

OMG this place is incredible!!!! I only stayed for one night headed on a trip to Southern California and my god I wish I would’ve stayed there my entire vacation,, place is clean and greatly spread out,, there’s something to do for every different age range, for me (44) was the petting zoo and the bouncy gaga ball,, the outdoor movie area is to die for,,, absolutely love this place

This was one of the better KOAs we have stayed at for our entire 4 month journey across the US. It is well kept and had great programs for all the family. My only complaint would be the holes that the ground hogs dug in the otherwise well kept dog park. But good job on this park KOA!

We love coming up for Veteran's Day. We introduced my parents to you this year and they loved it too! The only downer was the teens on the playground that were using the equipment wrong and roughhousing. Also, they continued to play after Dusk and were yelling at each other for a good 2 hours. It wasn't quiet time yet so I was trying to be patient, but it was wearing on me. Otherwise, we love you!

I had mistakenly reserved a VIP pump site. We were leaving early the next morning. The lady at the desk moved us into a full hookup site. She was very nice and accommodating. Thank you.

We absolutely LOVE coming to Petaluma KOA! This year we stayed in a different cabin than our usual and it wasn’t as great. The heat work intermittently, the shower was so clogged it flooded and felt dirty to shower in, the cabin overall wasn’t as clean. Despite those things we still had an amazing stay and will continue camping! The grounds are clean and safe! Staff is amazing!

We love this koa. The only issue was the location of the spot. We wish we knew about those noisy pumps that go on and off all the time. We will return just not in that area of the campground.

My wife and I booked a Deluxe Cabin for our daughter's 13th birthday weekend. We loved our accommodations as they were clean and comfortable. Mike the camp host made sure we had everything we needed from the start to finish. Mike should get KOA camp host of the year for his friendliness and professionalism. We would definitely recommend Petaluma KOA to our friends and family!

We had a great stay - however This Site we stayed at - the sewer pipe is significantly elevated and the lid is facing the wrong direction, making it almost impossible to dump waste. Site #L161

The experience for Halloween was much more exciting 2 years ago. We had tons of trick or treaters, tons more decorated campgrounds, live music in the pavilion, etc. This year we had just a few trick or treaters, no hayride, no live music. Kind of a bummer. Everyone thinks it's because you use every weekend in October to do what should be only on Halloween. So we might not go again

Amenities are fantastic. Bathrooms and showers are excellent. Sites feel close and crowded, but are well maintained. Landscaping is beautiful; trees everywhere. Great place for families.

Our stay was great overall! Giving 4 stars because, at $400 a night, we expected the cabin to be spotless. Unfortunately, the floors were quite dirty and the surfaces were dusty. Aside from that, we really enjoyed everything the park had to offer.

Love to see all the activities for the family it is a great place. Karen that handles all us monthly’s is amazing she does a great job. The staff is so friendly and is always willing to help with anything.

We were looking of real quiet and peaceful place to take a few days and the Petaluma K.O.A. is always just that ~ super nice !! we love all the hiking in the area with our dog as well ! Will 100% come back ~ such nice employees , always making things just right !!

Not a huge fan of the deposit for the laundry. I had to leave $2 behind in the app which I’ll likely never use again. Otherwise, everything was great.

This campground has everything you need. The swimming pool was super fun and very clean, the kids loved riding the little mechanical bull, both of the stores have so many quality items. The management team were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling through a few US states and we found a park within distance to San Francisco. On the advice of the lady at the RV park we had access to San Francisco by train and ferry. Downtown Petaluma was pleasant as were the access to other localities. The one complaint we had was the state of the main amenities block, it took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come through, other than that a great park to stay in.

The campsite is very well located, except SF, very quiet. true very clean and very nice everything. is a pretty big campsite but offers something for everyone. Pool true unfortunately too because of maintenance work but we only keep the nights there.
