Friendly,helpful,clean. A little noisy from road up front by the road. Left our fold up chairs next to camper while we went down town to river walk came back that evening and an animal had chewed one chair up pretty bad .

The changes they have made over the last several years is remarkable. The KOA is now beautiful. Be sure to take walk around the perimeter to see for yourself!

Enjoyed our stay, although we would have preferred a space a little further back. The front desk was very nice about moving us to a what space when I asked - the first space they gave us was right opposite the playground and we would have hated it. The KOA has nice clean bathrooms and laundry area.

We stayed two nights. The in between day we rode public transportation into downtown San Antonio. We returned later that afternoon, again by way of public transportation right to the front KOA gate. Very convenient, very accessible. Bathrooms, showers, laundry, and Gift Shop area were all clean and well-maintained.

Arrived late at night. The guard was extremely helpful. We wished we had longer time there to explore the RV park it looked like a lot of amazing things there to do. When we come back we will be sure to stay here again.

Everyone was friendly. Metro bus is right outside gate so we didn’t have to drive downtown. Great walking trails near park.

Great staff, very nice grounds. Only complaint is the wifi and internet connection is not capable of streaming and most of the time was unusable due to bandwidth.

We truly enjoy this park! Relaxed every evening by a fire. Enjoyed the Cafe for breakfast and pizza for dinner. On Friday they had a DJ doing bingo which was a blast. The staff, management and owners are AMAZING!

Clean, staff friendly. The bus to downtown and Riverwalk was really appreciated (1.30$ per adult). The barking was bad. Since most of the campers have one to 3 dogs, when they take a walk with their dog(s), all the others on every site start barking when they pass by. Very annoying.

Very nice, clean and well maintained park. Love the pool and playground and cafe. We wish the cafe had more options other than pizza and breakfast, but grateful they do provide that. Will will go back and we highly recommend this park. Good for families!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, park was nice and undergoing improvements, perfect location between Fort Worth and Dallas. Pull thru are narrow, Management puts longer term campers beside each other, which I don't understand, rig beside us crowded our sight,then opened his slides,making use of picnic table impossible. Park was never full. Laundry was clean. Pool should be open sooner than May

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed to get downtown to visit the local attractions. The grounds are very well kept making the environment attractive and welcoming.

More of a family resort than a KOA. Staff was great, always helpful. Bath/showers we top notch and clean. Your marketing texts were cute and we are at the little cafe. The remoteness in a huge city was nice. The added bonus was the bike trail which we used each day . We will stay again when we visit San Antonio .

From check in to check out staff was available to assist. The camp ground was nice and clean with plenty to do for the kids. The little kitchen serving up meals was also convenient the times we didn’t feel like cooking there was something good to try in there. The bus stop for down town is right out front very easy to figure out and get around for next to nothing. Bike / walking trails too!

This is the third time I have stayed at this KOA on my way home from my winter stay in Arizona. Look forward to it each year. We’ll run, clean restrooms and showers, easy access to bus transportation and overall just a great place to stay.

I am the sister of Lin, I think the place is very nice. We came as a family and had us all spread out and there were empty places that we could have been together. Greed and you wanted to charge one of our guest $10 to come in. Maybe this place do not know about the Importance of Family! Prices were crazy to me even if you can afford. High Hotel Prices but you don’t want to give HOTEL SERVICES!

We love camping at the Koa Alamo. So many fun activities to do with the kids on the weekends and they have a patio cafe very convenient for breakfast, dinner. Very clean & well kept. I recommend staying here and your kids will love it just as much.

Stayed on a weekday, but this place was super quiet. We have two pre teen kids who had fun fishing, and hiking around the property. Pool was warm, and clean. Staff was super helpful. The bus to town was nice, but in more of a hurry the second day, so took an Uber ($10-$15). It's a little far from the Alamo and river walk, but not to bad.

While there were cabins on the property, I stayed in a tent camping spot. This location is primarily for RVers. There was a playground for the kids as well as some other facilities and activities. The night I was there, they did show a family-friendly movie in the large meeting hall. There is a small snack bar, just in case you don't feel like cooking. And there is a supply store that carries some of the camping basics, as well as souvenirs. The facilities, restroom and shower, were clean and well maintained. The campground itself was also well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Visit was for a medical stop. Urgent care was a few minutes away and was typical of urgent care visits. Pool at KOA was visited along with other areas. All were very clean and up to KOA standards.
