The place was beautiful. We only stayed a night but we enjoyed our short visit. I loved the little cafe. The coffee and food were yummy and such nice service. The only downfall was the shower. The hot water was not hot it was warm. But everything else was nice.

This was our first RV trip and I believe the bar has been set very high. We drove by some other "resorts" in the area and were shocked by what passes for a "resort." The staff was so friendly and there were lots of things to do. The whole property was well taken care of.

By far the best KOA we’ve stayed at. The amenities are amazing, facilities clean and the staff are the most costumer service based group since Chic fil A. Everyone who works there is very personable, approachable and helpful.

My two daughters and one grandson and I spent a couple of nights there since our camper friends are in the RV spots. The cabins were nice but as we were all grown-ups �. The two bunk beds which are really for kids were a little uncomfortable. But you do have a very nice campground and when we're camping we always love the KOAs �

We have stayed in KOA in 40 states and twice at the San Antonio KOA and this one tops our list. Older KOA but modern with strong WiFi, cafe, great location minutes from the River Walk and downtown San Antonio. Large pecan and oak trees and level sites. Fenced dog park and a city walking trail runs next to the park. San Antonio in the fall is beautiful all decorated for Christmas

We had booked 3 nights but only got to stay 2. Had a Dr appointment that I couldn’t miss. Just wish KOA would allow us to get the 3rd night in a future stay. The park is a great place and great location. The staff was very friendly and answered questions about taking the city bus to the river walk.

Too pricey for overnight stay. Given the code to bathroom with an 8 and found out code was with a 6 the next day after I went to the office in the am and told her I couldn't get into the restroom in the am

The cabin was very clean, cool or warm (as needed) and fit well for our 2 adults with 2 pets. My only complaints was that the TV reception was terrible (cold wet day had to stay indoors) and the internet was nearly as bad

People walk their pets, join their children in play, and everyone is happy. The event center had activities going on. The showers have lots of room. We will come again.

NIce campground - lots going on during our stay even though it was Thanksgiving week. Had a great Thanksgiving lunch - campground was well maintained and sites were nice.

First time at the San Antonio KOA Holiday and we loved it. Everything was as advertised and we met some wonderful people there.

We enjoyed our stay as usual. However all 7 days, the employees who work outside the office were not friendly. Maybe they have been instructed to avoid contact with campers. On another note, the "full time" kids tended to be "boss" around our grandkids like they were superior. We've been rving to KOASA since the mid 80s and have never had this experience before. Please keep it family fun.

Love staying here, it's clean, quiet, secure and the staff is the best very helpful and friendly! Always lots of events going on and the scenery is great we had a turkey come by and visit on Thanksgiving Day it was a nice treat.

Nice campground 12 minutes from downtown by Uber. Nice sites. My only comment is that the dumpster bin by the washroom smelled badly for the two days we were there making sitting outside not as pleasant as it could of been. In fairness we did not report this to the front office but perhaps they need to either provide more frequent dumpster pick ups or have the area sanitized more often.

Very nice park. We were not happy with the kids running around after dark on the scooters. They were very annoying buzzing around you when walking.

First, Carol in the Patio Cafe was awesome. She brought my to go order to me, we visited for a few minutes. She told me about the other KOA where she lives. I learned that the salsa was scratch-made by the owner. It was everything KOA as a brand needs, warmed my belly and heart! Arriving, my marshaller held up a hand and I paused my Class A. A 3-year-old boy emerged from beneath my windshield.

The park was very nice and the staff was great. The WiFi was lacking a little though. We couldn’t run our fire stick very well. But there were enough antenna stations to catch up on news and entertainment

For us it was last minute booking and we were accommodated nicely. It was just me and the kiddos this time and we had a great time. Unfortunately the WiFi did not want to cooperate and the connectivity was totally unreliable. Mosquitos were pretty bad this weekend as well. Facilities were great, amenities and staff were great as usual.

Great place - just wish the sewer connections were a little more accessible - mine was in the middle of the pull-through, so I had to pull into the street a little bit to dump my tanks

KOA Journey... lots to do. Conveniently located in San Antonio a few miles from the Alamo and River Walk. Pool and playground will keep the kids occupied. There are well appointed cabins if you are road tripping in a car.

This KOA has all the amenities we needed and more. It had a fabulous pool five' highest height. But very spacious. Had laundry mat eight washers n a dryers. Huge game room or gathering room very nice and cool. Playground with equipment. Family lounge. General store and green grass great RV set ups fast Internet. Quiet very clean and organized. Close to stores and restaurants.
