Staff is very friendly and the park is very well taken care of. A little hard to get into and out of when there is an event going on at the ATT Event Center but other than that a great place to stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and we have enjoyed it both times. I would definately recommend this park when visiting San Antonio.

We’ve stayed 5-6 times and always a good experience. Friendly staff and clean camp. They patrol regularly which I appreciate!! Definitely be back!!!

very nce campground, however they no longer have cable tv. That means that I will no longer choose KOA.

Very nice RV Resort. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. When visiting San Antonio, it's a great place to stay.

Super nice KOA, excellent Staff, and exceptionally clean! We cannot say enough great things about this KOA! close to all the best attractions in San Antonio, couldn’t recommend a better KOA … other than Kissimmee, a tie in my opinion. Excellent job and their hard work really shows!

Was told they were full up but when we got there and not true stayed a week still not full. Why do they lie like that. Who gains ?

Great place to stay. Staff were awesome and very accommodating. Only negative we were unable to have a fire due to the fire pit being to close to the neighbours Motorhome. Looked to be a very common issue where Motorhome homes were parked. Suggest KOA review placement of fire rings and patios.

Love this campground. They have a cafe on-site which not only has breakfast but also dinner now. Very good and good prices. The staff is very friendly and campground is well taken care of.

Nice KOA, with large spots. Well kept, clean park and bathrooms / showers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just a great place to visit, as it is close to the famous San Antonio River Walk.

Beautiful rv park and very well kept. Sites are a little tight but nice and level. All connections (water, electric, sewer and cable) were clean and in great condition.

We bring in a caravan of Airstreams several times a year for this park specifically. Kelly and her staff are always so accommodating for our needs and always are available to help with anything. The park is clean....very well equipped with amenities and fun. Best KOA we have stayed in.

We were on-site for an annual Christmas ralley, we had a catered brunch on sat am/pancakes (930am). I was in the Frederic hall & in line by 935a. I wish the pancakes would have been warm; as well as the bacon + sausage. All were at room temperature (or less). I looked around the room & it was a common observation, on breakfast food temperature. Most food was thrown away, due to temp

A group of us 35 Airstream trailers held our Christmas party at this KOA. It was excellent. We arrived late and at Pizza at their cafe, it was excellent. So we ate breakfast taco and pancakes every morning. Lots to do from a pool { to cold for us to swim} lake and bikes to ride. It's a good size park with walking tails and dog park. The bus picked you up out front and you could go to town.

Has all the makings of a Holiday KOA...food on site, fishing pond, playground, well kept restroom & showers, friendly staff, dog park, tv room, & activities stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time.

Nice park, pretty good location. A bus route to downtown forthe River Walk is an added bonus, but it was messed up due to the marathon.

This is our 3rd time staying at KOA San Antonio. Each stay has been a relaxing and pleasurable stay, the sites are clean and spacious, staff is always accommodating, and management always plans fun and inviting activities for traveling families and solo adults.

We arrived late on our first night, which was on a Friday, even though we arrived late we were helped by the security guard that had all of information ready to go. Again late and dark but this location, which is our first KOA trip, it was well lit to set up comfortably. Staff in site very helpful, this KOA is located to great attractions. We can't wait to stay again. Ammenities on site are a 10.

The place was beautiful. We only stayed a night but we enjoyed our short visit. I loved the little cafe. The coffee and food were yummy and such nice service. The only downfall was the shower. The hot water was not hot it was warm. But everything else was nice.

This was our first RV trip and I believe the bar has been set very high. We drove by some other "resorts" in the area and were shocked by what passes for a "resort." The staff was so friendly and there were lots of things to do. The whole property was well taken care of.

By far the best KOA we’ve stayed at. The amenities are amazing, facilities clean and the staff are the most costumer service based group since Chic fil A. Everyone who works there is very personable, approachable and helpful.

We have stayed in KOA in 40 states and twice at the San Antonio KOA and this one tops our list. Older KOA but modern with strong WiFi, cafe, great location minutes from the River Walk and downtown San Antonio. Large pecan and oak trees and level sites. Fenced dog park and a city walking trail runs next to the park. San Antonio in the fall is beautiful all decorated for Christmas

We had booked 3 nights but only got to stay 2. Had a Dr appointment that I couldn’t miss. Just wish KOA would allow us to get the 3rd night in a future stay. The park is a great place and great location. The staff was very friendly and answered questions about taking the city bus to the river walk.

Checked in, Kelly led us to our site. She made sure to find us a spot next to a big tree giving us a A TON of very much welcomed shade. After that, Kelly, went to man the Patio cafe, where they make pizza and wings on site! This lady does it all! Definitely worth looking or calling them and asking for a specific site as some can be pretty short and out in the open with no shade. If Kelly wasn't on watch, we would've ended up on a fully sun exposed spot! Very nice clean property as well!

Large RV park not easy to locate with no big signage to identify them. Staffs very friendly & helpful. RV spaces are wide & clean. Staff led us to RV site which is a plus. There are trees for shade & they are well maintained with spaces in between the trees for satellite so we can have TV. There's security gates both for access & exceed. Did not visit laundry, restrooms, pool & other facilities. Staffs entertained the kids with suds party, ice cream social, etc. I witnessed staffs picking up garbage in front of RV site. Even their big garbage container has clean area & doesn't stink despite the hot & humid weather. We will definitely stay here should we travel this way. There's a mile & half trail behind & also plenty of area for fishing & running.
