Check in was awful - the staff could really learn to be respectful. I was dumbfounded at how terrible I was treated checking in. Otherwise we loved it, as always!

Camp site was great but the bathrooms were horrible. Very dirty and the toilets wobbled when sitting down.

Great stay, but noisy at night. Quiet hours are good to have but allowing loud music blasting till 11:30 is not. Halloween or not. Kids are trying to sleep and not everyone is there for the same thing.

I enjoy being apart of the Halloween weekend I had a ball and I love that the bathroom was clean and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Port Huron KOA Rock.See y'all next year

Good stay! Well staffed and lots to do. I only wish there was more staff presence later on in the evening when things got a bit dramatic at times.

Bathrooms were gross. Clogged toilet for 2 days with feces floating at the top. Urine all over the floors. Smelled awful. Garage wasn’t taken and animals got into it and made a huge mess. Neighbors were so loud past 11 pm and we asked them to please quiet down and they told us to go back to our tent. We would not stay again.

The activities and amenities were great. My only recommendation would be to clean restrooms more frequently based on occupancy.

The showers were gross and needed cleaned. Some of the showers didn't drain and held water so we went to another area further from our site to shower. TV2 water needs to be fixed however our site was great once we figured out the electric. My family enjoyed our stay, the pools were clean and well kept, my kiddos loved the hay ride however they wished the train would of ran this last weekend.

I have camped at many, many KOA campgrounds. This one is by far the cleanest, prettiest and best maintained of all of them that I have stayed in.

This is not camping it's a block party. I couldn't stay the first night because the campsite wouldnt fit my tent and vehicle. It took over an hour to even find the site. When we did people kept running and riding bikes right through it. Everyone is so close together. I asked for a refund but the manger lady was ignorant. I will never come here again mainly because of her shes terrible.

It was very clean for the most part. There was multiple incidents where the bathrooms were not clean, someone kept leaving there feces smeared on the inside of the stall. And sometimes it would remain there for a long time before cleaned. I liked all the activities that were available but was disappointed that a lot of the activities had an extra cost to it.

We love KOA PH. However, this time, the bathrooms were consistently dirty or out of toilet paper. The amount of children that were zooming around on scooters or e-bikes with NO LIGHTS was crazy. It needs to be better monitored. Every staff we encountered though was great.

The campground was extremely loud, even with "quiet hours" guests were intoxicated, yelling and talking loudly until 3:00am which made it difficult to get a good sleep. No park staff came around to ask them to quiet down.

We had a blast. We stayed in the tent villages and it was great! The only thing is the bathrooms were definitely not well kept. Lots of super awesome workers everywhere. I just wish the bathroom situation was better.

The 4th of July is not the time to go. Did not have a good time. Arrived to a pile of garbage, trash,burnt hamburgers on/in the fire pit, ash, leftover logs. Had to get someone out 3x to get site cleaned up. Bathrooms not cleaned, no soap, pair of underwear outside the pool bathroom the entire weekend. Told about fireworks, underwear, nothing done. Unsafe behavior in the pools and more.

They charged me a $20 fee to switch sites when the campground was a 1/4 full. I paid for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 as it was too hot. At 12:30 am kids were riding around on scooters playing loud rap music. At 2:10 am a group of women were walking around screaming. There were only to sites occupied in our area. T15 and T16. I have camped there for years. What a disgrace.

The $20 fee was our standard site selection fee. This applies when guests choose a specific site number, whether at the time of booking or when requesting a change, and is not based on how full the campground is. Quiet hours are in place for all guests. We apologize for the late night noise.

Staff was rude, no information was provided about food ingredients. When I asked the staff to provide a list of allergens in the food, they told me that they were unable to do so. They did hand me a book with some ingredients for the ice cream in it. When I asked if I could read the boxes they refused to allow me to do so and gave major attitude. The facilities were often dirty/broken

Well as soon as we set up are tent on the grassy area that was designated for tents, a young man came by and told us we had to move our tent to the stones that our car was parked on... We were the only tent in the middle rvs, which kinda stinks when you want to hand with other tent campers.but this young man argued with my family and we asked for manager. He left and came back and said we didn't.

We are sorry for the confusion that you encountered while setting up your tent. That particular site is the only tent site in an otherwise RV area. The staff member must not have realized that at the time. Thank you for letting us know. We will address it with our employees.

We had a great time. Glad to see there was a different movie every night. The shop uses to make popcorn. Could bring that back. Very happy they do pool checks to make sure parents are there.

Tent camping site 19, we could not sleep because bullfrog all night making croaking noise. When we arrived their was trash on the site we had to clean up before setting up our tent. Tent site is to close to the cement factory. So in short, we will never camp here again.

We were happy with our tent site with gravel pad and gazebo. We especially liked that there was a disc golf course and friendly text reminders about events and rules. Great location. Despite being very full the environment was nice and most people were very considerate of each other.

Everything was great, HOWEVER…. It would be better if pool was open later and earlier in the day! We stay because I daughters were playing in a softball tournament and they never got To use the pool because we had to be gone early (6am) and back late(7-8pm). We had a wonderful time, surrounded by happy and friendly people that volunteer to help us put our tent up, restrooms were always cleaned, many enjoyable activities to keep you busy, very large land to explore, restaurants on site for days when you don't feel like cooking which is very convenient. Definitely will be returning.

Even though it was cold the place looked amazing. The only downside was the bathroom and shower area stayed too cold to really use.

We love camping here! My only complaint is that the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest and every shower we used had a clogged drain.

We had so much fun and loved all the Halloween festivities! Only downside was the bathrooms. Very dirty. Soap dispensers broken, faucet not working. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

We really love staying here. Lots of things to do for the kids and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. This comment is not a reflection of the campground but it should be addressed. If the speed limit is 5 mph, motorized scooters and bikes should also abide by that. Too many times we saw bikes and scooters passing by, even with kids around playing, going much faster than that.

Take my grandkids every year for hallow weekends We always have a great time! Lots of activities for the kids Upgraded cabins are great...bathrooms are great...and staff is great! Definitely recommend

We just returned from the worse experience ever from this Koa! They claim that I had a cabin that I booked back in June 2025 on line. We booked 7 lodges transferred them out of my name, for some reason one did not get transferred. When I confronted them they basically said not their problem . They were not the least bit helpful. They would not let a manager talk to me they put me on hold. The manager hid behind a 16 yr old employee. . The employee came told me that in January 2026 I went back on line and chose my site. Crazy! It was no where near the others I booked. I told them I was going to dispute the charge. The employee proceeded to tell me that her manager said I will be charged criminally. The owner Harold Stein came to my rv site and threatened me. He said I would have to leave if I was going to dispute the charges. He did this in front of my grandchildren. He explained how much money he was loosing becsuse he wouldn't be able to rent it out, well it was rented out the next morning. So I paid 400 for my rv site, 278 for the cancellation which he got back the next when he rented the lodge. They then called me Saturday night and told me I owed 20 because I had a visitor- who was my son-in law picking up my 1 yr old grandson to take him home and told me that their employee made a mistake and to come up there, are you for real. They were closed so my daughter went to pay it Sunday when she was leaving they didn't know what she was talking about! But it was definitely my fault about the cabin (REALLY) if they didn't rent it out , I wouldn't be as mad, telling me how much money he is loosing. Please!! The owner caused chaos on Saturday night chasing down a scooter almost causing an accident .Trying to fight a guest. I am calling them to tell them that I would like them to give me a credit on my cc card for the lodge they rented. Let's see if they are capable of doing the right thing as a business. Other guests there this weekend complained about the owner Mr. Stein!! Shame Shame Shame Hopefully they do the right thing and return the deposit I do have pics of the lodge rented I would like to apologize. I did not see the refund that the Koa had given to me until I did my bills. Mr. Stein had held up his end so I do apologize. When we talked we were both upset- it was a misunderstanding so I wanted to clear that up and apologize and thank him. As for the chaos I heard about on Saturday I do believe he was very frustrated with the scooters, I do know I was. I hope they ban them and they go back to bikes. We have been going there for o er 25 yrs and never ever had a problem. I am sorry for the over reaction. Thank you again for holding up your on your word. Hope to put this behind us and are able to make many more memories at the Koa…Thank you again Mr. Stein and the Koa staff.
