Who ever the man was driving around in his jeep pickup that was telling everyone his was the (MAN) who paid the taxes was very rude, inconsiderate, and has no place talking to anyone like he did. I have one more trip to that place and will never be there again it's just a shame that someone like this can wreck a great thing I will look forward to moving on to bigger and better camping trips

I have been a seasonal camper at Port Huron KOA for 18 years. The staff is always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help any way they can. I will be back for year 19 when the park reopens in May.

Very nice campground. The cable TV was not very good. With so few people in the campground (late October), I would have thought the reception would have even much better. That was very disappointing. The the rest of our stay was very nice.

This park is beautiful and well-maintained and so close to the Bluewater Bridge. Only issue was the check in process. I booked our site while travelling and let them know we would be arriving after 6. They don't seem to have a plan in place for this eventuality. The phone number went directly to voicemail. After 30 min. a lovely young man helped us out.

Great time as always at PH Koa. We’ve been coming for 5 yrs & at least 2 times per yr.. this weekend was a little disappointing in regards to the extreme control on the length of time allowed to rent golf carts for fri & Sat. 6pm return on Fri & 3:30 for Sat? Doesn’t make much sense, kids were bumbed out & probably looking elsewhere for Halloween camping next year.

Too much garbage on our sites left behind from previous campers. I hope this is not a sign that this campground is declining.

We enjoyed the Halloween weekend. My grandkids had a blast. Our site was a low spot and grass. It rained and became a mud hole. We could not set out decorations or enjoy the site due to all of the mud. Was very disappointed with the site but liked the campground. Will be sure not to book that site next time.

Really enjoy the campground. My only complaint is that there were a lot of dog droppings at my campsite. Having purchased a premium site, it was frustrating that it wasn’t cleaned before I arrived.

We booked site 96 with the waterfall this time. I had a few complaints about the site for the amount of money we paid for it. The waterfall did not work well. Top fountain barely put any water out of it. The fridge was extremely dirty. Freezer part was a block of ice. The new location of the dog park right next to the pavilion bad location. Bathroom was disgusting by site 96.

Park is great but the WIFI is TERRIBLE and should be upgraded considering the almost full status of the park and the prices being paid. Employees are courteous and helpful.

Site 26 over the weekend had a terrible smell. Our entire area was directly downwind of a very strong sewer smell the entire 3 day weekend. Myself along with other campers mentioned it to staff. Staff came out, smelled around for 5 minutes and left, never to be seen again. We continued smelling the crap for the remainder of the stay. Then topped it off with a long hair in my ice cream cone.

The sites all around me were not cleaned. Pop cans, wrappers, general garbage laying everywhere. I heard several people complaining about it. The people who had the site prior should be held accountable. I believe leaving it nicer then I found it. Someone did come out and cleaned it up. The speeding and loud music from golf carts is definitely not enforced. Concerning with kids running everywhere

Site 116 has an odd configuration for a RV, Thursday use to be free when we booked Halloween Weekend, twice I had to correct charges from paying full price for Thursday. We visit with a group of 10-12 families the past 12 years during a Halloween weekend always had a great time, unfortunate for our group we are now searching for a new location, due popularity/availability of the modern cabins.

Amazing activities, great playground, friendly neighbors, dedicated staff. My only real complaint is that our site was incredibly muddy and incredibly dark by the time we showed up at 8pm, and getting parked and set up was difficult.

The only negative things were the train and hayride were cancelled. I also didn’t like how the costume competition was in the pavilion it made it hard to see but I understand due to the field being muddy.

Very nice Kampground. Bathrooms that I used were clean and big enough. Well stocked. Grounds were well maintained. Love the music in the bathrooms! My only complaint is that it is pricey compared to other places, however, they do have some nice amenities for the children.

The park looks to be well looked after. Was disappointed that our site was worst I have have ever had at a koa. Grass and weeds lots of trash, charcoal piles, mud all over the patio. Dead spot where a tent was. Cable didn’t work. Very noisy at night with loud music. Staff came for cable and said it was provider. Too many bikes and scooters on road after dark. Was not safe walking after dark

The staff was excellent. My problem was that the staff did not appear to know what sites were available. I was there to see our grandchildren. They were camping on the other side of the park. They asked to upgrade their spot next to ours. They were told there was only one site available and that was filled by the morning. However, the sites on either side of me were vacant all weekend long.

This huge campground is very well run, including expedited check-in and check-out process. Very clean facilities, beautiful shady areas, over-the-top events for Hallowe'en (even though we were there in early October), incredible extra activities and facilities... Impressive!

This was our first time staying here and we are already planning on a trip or two next year. We really enjoyed everything but would like to spend more time on our next stay, and have time to use the pools!

Over priced, almost $300 to stay for two nights. Was not able to make it on Thursday night, but was still charged, even though i told them I couldn’t make it. 10pm isnt quite time. 1am seems to be. Parents and there kids walk right thru your camp site (not koa fault, just inconsiderate people, koa needs walk thru paths)

The site descriptions should be a little more detailed, such as if they have cable or not. Luckily, we were able to be moved according to the request we made while booking. We would stay here again.

This was by far one of the larger KOAs I have stayed at and it had so much to do and it was great for everyone we will definitely be coming back with the rest of the family in the future.

Lovely, quite KOA, friendly, active staff. Lots to do at the campground for all ages. Nicest KOA we've stayed at. Would definitly return. AWESOME CAMPGROUND!!!

Litter needs cleaned up. Dog run was not maintained by users and should’ve been cleaned up by management.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
