They charged me a $20 fee to switch sites when the campground was a 1/4 full. I paid for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 as it was too hot. At 12:30 am kids were riding around on scooters playing loud rap music. At 2:10 am a group of women were walking around screaming. There were only to sites occupied in our area. T15 and T16. I have camped there for years. What a disgrace.

Loved the campground and the staff was incredible. Already looking at our calendar to determine when we can come back again!!!

Staff was rude, no information was provided about food ingredients. When I asked the staff to provide a list of allergens in the food, they told me that they were unable to do so. They did hand me a book with some ingredients for the ice cream in it. When I asked if I could read the boxes they refused to allow me to do so and gave major attitude. The facilities were often dirty/broken

Well as soon as we set up are tent on the grassy area that was designated for tents, a young man came by and told us we had to move our tent to the stones that our car was parked on... We were the only tent in the middle rvs, which kinda stinks when you want to hand with other tent campers.but this young man argued with my family and we asked for manager. He left and came back and said we didn't.

We are sorry for the confusion that you encountered while setting up your tent. That particular site is the only tent site in an otherwise RV area. The staff member must not have realized that at the time. Thank you for letting us know. We will address it with our employees.

We had a great time. Glad to see there was a different movie every night. The shop uses to make popcorn. Could bring that back. Very happy they do pool checks to make sure parents are there.

Tent camping site 19, we could not sleep because bullfrog all night making croaking noise. When we arrived their was trash on the site we had to clean up before setting up our tent. Tent site is to close to the cement factory. So in short, we will never camp here again.

We were happy with our tent site with gravel pad and gazebo. We especially liked that there was a disc golf course and friendly text reminders about events and rules. Great location. Despite being very full the environment was nice and most people were very considerate of each other.

Everything was great, HOWEVER…. It would be better if pool was open later and earlier in the day! We stay because I daughters were playing in a softball tournament and they never got To use the pool because we had to be gone early (6am) and back late(7-8pm). They were very disappointed to not be able to cool off and take a swim after playing all day! Bathrooms need more attention. They were gro

We had a wonderful time, surrounded by happy and friendly people that volunteer to help us put our tent up, restrooms were always cleaned, many enjoyable activities to keep you busy, very large land to explore, restaurants on site for days when you don't feel like cooking which is very convenient. Definitely will be returning.

Even though it was cold the place looked amazing. The only downside was the bathroom and shower area stayed too cold to really use.

We love camping here! My only complaint is that the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest and every shower we used had a clogged drain.

We had so much fun and loved all the Halloween festivities! Only downside was the bathrooms. Very dirty. Soap dispensers broken, faucet not working. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

We really love staying here. Lots of things to do for the kids and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. This comment is not a reflection of the campground but it should be addressed. If the speed limit is 5 mph, motorized scooters and bikes should also abide by that. Too many times we saw bikes and scooters passing by, even with kids around playing, going much faster than that.

We stayed beyond Labor Day and were looking forward to a quiet campground for a change. Instead we listened to a lawn mower for 8 plus hours. We were disappointed. We will bot extend our stay in the future.

The only thing that wasn’t great was other campsites swearing loudly and getting into fights at times. Could smell a lot of marijuana smoke.

It has great facilities for kids and campers. There was never soap in the bathroom during our stay and our neighbor in her rv was a little rude with how she told us about the space and location of our tent site. It would be good if the front office gave more details as to where tents should go like which side of car parking and what electrical and water hookups belong to you during your stay

We had an amazing time. This was our first attempt at camping with 2 special needs kids. The campground was immaculate and had TONS of things to do for the littles. We will definitely be back. Awesome place to stay and friendly and helpful staff.

Facilities were clean and well updated. Staff were friendly and kind. The pools were very well cleaned!! I was impressed. First time staying at a KOA and we are already looking forward to the next trip.

It was a nice time, generally, but security should be tightened and rules enforced by adults. Quiet hours were completely ignored Friday and Saturday night and we were unable to sleep because the large group in the cabins next to us were playing loud music and yelling until 3am. Many people were drunkenly driving their golf karts around, including ripping donuts in intersections and parking lots.

Bathrooms horrible. I have been at this KOA 4 times, and each time they have been nasty. Questionable people. Ghetto is the word I would use. Last year there was a stripper pole, and the staff was fine with it, even with kids around. I see this year we still have the same nasty people. Not fun when there are fights and nasty music. Not kid-friendly at all anymore. What a shame. Never again

Positive - I love interacting with the staff they are fantastic! Programming is always fun. Loved the scavenger hunt. Gravel tent sites are great. Negative - Every restroom I used was dirty- Needs to be specific times when they shut down & get THOROUGHLY cleaned. EBikes are becoming a problem. Quiet hours were NOT enforced at all. 2 nights called the office.

Overall the physical campground as a whole is fine….however, when I’m visiting friends on another site and we witness a female resident walk out of their cabin and proceed to pull their pants down and use the bathroom outside is a bit absurd. The smell of pot lingers, cars don’t slow down for children, people walking through people’s campsites, etc…it makes for an unenjoyable stay

I didn’t get to enjoy much because some rides were closed due to technical issues and it was rainy this is my first time back in 12 years almost. I love it here!! It’s peaceful and like home away from home ���

First time staying at a KOA and this was a great example of a family friendly resort. The proximity to regional rail trails was great for all of us to explore the area. Even the tent spaces were spacious and we didn't feel like any of the campers or fellow resort people were crowding each other out
