I believe that me & my family wasn’t treated fairly with respect!!! I was on site 76 and my sister was site 78 I believe and one of your staff members came over to both of us and said if she don’t check in her second tent she’ll be packing up the next time he comes back! He said it so aggressively that I didn’t think that was appropriate for someone staying at koa as a loyal customer!!!

Very nice park. Lots of workers to take care of everything. Lots were a little tight but there was lots to do. Prices are high.

While the campsite we had with the patio and bbq etc. was really great, the location was not. It felt like the site was in the middle of times square. It was nice to be by the pool, but so many people, golf carts, cars (going very fast) and scooters in this area. People were running through others sites to get to the washroom. Shining flashlights into others trailers. It was not ideal.

The 11:00 quiet time both times I stayed there seemed like a suggestion to some people. The sewer access cap was a bit too high for our trailer, and you may want to check the receptacles at the campsites because ours was a bit loose and when I was unhooking, I saw it was arcing on our plug (which is new). We also saw people using pool showers for bathing.

My one complaint would be that the bathrooms were not cleaned the whole time we stayed. There was no soap in the women's bathroom and also no toilet refilled.

This place is not peaceful or relaxing at all. The golf carts and e bikes create a racetrack, especially with such a large amount permitted. The noise level is insane and staff does nothing to follow their own policies to keep music down. There is no reason we should have to call in to complain of bass from a speaker three feet high as staff passed by it countless times. Very disappointed.

electric bikes should not be allowed in the park - there are too many kids driving around not paying attention to kids that are on regular bikes. Very dangerous, this park is too large with lots of kids. We were not comfortable letting our grandkids ride their bikes.

We stayed 8 nights at Port Huron KOA and had a significant mechanical issue on our Class A that grounded us. We did not know any mobile mechanic to call so we contacted the KOA office and Pat came out immediately. He made contact with a mobile mechanic service for us, continued to follow up during the day long process until it was fixed. He gave us the gift of peace mind. Thanks are not enough!!

This KOA has been our go to camp ground for the last few years. The staff has always been helpful and when we had issues the staff were fast to resolve it. Our site was big and being in the back it was nice and quiet.

I love this KIA but....you are getting carried away with all the uncharted. A 3rd adult is another $10 a day...a tent for the kids ANOTHER $10 A day....and don't put it on the grasss....gravel is sooo nice under the tent.

We stayed here for overnight, big sites, we had to level our camper a bit. It was Christmas in July and a lot of Christmas decorations, very pretty. The showers were somewhat clean by our site and a hot shower.

We were there with our children and 7 grandchildren. Only complaint is the pool should open earlier and all pools were chilly, would be nice if something could be done to have them a bit warmer. Other than that everything was great all clean and tidy.

Compared to West Glacier KOA Resort, Port Huron KOA didn't measure up to the "resort" expectation. There was no escort to the site & the site was not cleaned before our arrival. This KOA seems ideal for families - children played, ran & biked with abandon. The ice cream was good & access to the bike path was great.

Was a very enjoyable stay. Impressed at how big am clean the resort is. An the people were so nice. Very impressed that one if the owners drove past an stopped an thanked us for staying at his resort. Very friendly

Our stay was very fun we enjoyed, the batting cages, putt putt, go carts, and pools, we try to come at least once in summer and once in fall! We will see you’d again soon

The office at least needs to decorate for themed weekends Halloween is so nice I am sure KOA can afford a Christmas blow up to put out or some lights just an FYI and my opinion Thank you we always have a good time.

We have a low riding travel trailer, the height of the sewer pipe caused us trouble. To have our trailer positioned for the patio caused us to use 18' of sewer hose. Thats when all the issues started

We had an amazing stay. Impressed by how large the campground was and how much accommodations there were. Tons for kids to do and we were always updated on the events that were going on that day. Besides for the main road the campground was surprisingly quiet for how busy it was. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay. Central bathroom didn’t have any soap pumps all stay. Would love to see a changing table in the bathroom also. Great staff!

You don’t keep up on any of the marijuana use that takes place throughout the cabin areas as well as the newer tent sites near the sports court. We were just there and we smelled it constantly and even saw people smoking it while operating your golf carts. You need to do something to better mandate this or your KOA will be known as cannabis city! Other than the drug use issue everything else

Port huron KOA is very large, with lots to do. However during our stay a couple times we had people walk right through our site, and someone playing a loud fart sound at kids bedtime. We went on Christmas in July weekend and in my opinion if you are going to advertise at that, then the campground could do some decorating, Christmas lights, blow ups, etc but they didnt do a single thing.

My granddaughter and I had a great time! Some prices I felt were a bit high. I told four different employees about a bee's nest. Nobody took care of it, I bet that's still there at the peak of the bathhouse big pool. The fire pits i felt they we're in kind of a strange spot.

We have stayed here 3 times. Enjoyed this stay overall however, the washroom closest to our site was not very clean a few times when I went to use. I’m sure campers could do a better job of leaving it decent for the next person but non the less it may need more attention throughout the morning when busiest. The middle pool was very cloudy so no swimming just standing. All else was fine and enjo

We enjoyed our stay. We had 2 issues. 1) When we booked this stay months ago, we set it up for 2 adults and 3 grandsons. Our youngest grandson wanted his father to attend as well. When he arrived and registered (not as a visitor), he was charged an extra $10/night. We were told if we had originally set it up with 3 adults, he would not have been charged. 2) Recycling services should be provided!!

Overall, the stay was fine. My only complaint is that our site was in poor condition when we arrived. We had to clear trash (plasticware) to avoid puncturing our trailer tires, and there were several spots where someone had dumped out food/grease and other mystery substances right where our rug would typically go. It made our arrival quite unpleasant and caused flies to swarm our site all weekend.

This campground needs to do like other campgrounds. After checking in, a staff member will take you to your site if you aren't familiar with the campground, which is good customer service. Who needs to be frustrated looking for your site while pulling a large trailer or RV, especially when you come for enjoyment and relaxation! Shame on you, Port Huron KOA! I saw a lot of staff driving Golf Carts

Our stay was GREAT! We always enjoy this particular campground; this is one of our favorites! We’ve been coming every year since we discovered this campground 5 years ago when we were invited by friends to join them.

Lovely property and well maintained. Biggest KOA we've ever been too. Surprised how large it was. Front desk was not fully trained or able to answer questions re amenities. Summer students should receive a full tour of the property as they did not know were the food depots were or whether there were trees for shade. Also - did not appreciate race car track opening first thing Sunday 8:30am. Wow.

We come back year after year and noticed a decline in the park this year. Lights are burnt out over the women's bathrooms (scary), trash bins are ALWAYS full, swings are broken and not replaced. Worst of all was how filthy the pools are. They should be cleaned each night, but there were wads of hair floating around and the pools are so cloudy (gross). Yet the fees keep going up. Do better.

Take my grandkids every year for hallow weekends We always have a great time! Lots of activities for the kids Upgraded cabins are great...bathrooms are great...and staff is great! Definitely recommend

We just returned from the worse experience ever from this Koa! They claim that I had a cabin that I booked back in June 2025 on line. We booked 7 lodges transferred them out of my name, for some reason one did not get transferred. When I confronted them they basically said not their problem . They were not the least bit helpful. They would not let a manager talk to me they put me on hold. The manager hid behind a 16 yr old employee. . The employee came told me that in January 2026 I went back on line and chose my site. Crazy! It was no where near the others I booked. I told them I was going to dispute the charge. The employee proceeded to tell me that her manager said I will be charged criminally. The owner Harold Stein came to my rv site and threatened me. He said I would have to leave if I was going to dispute the charges. He did this in front of my grandchildren. He explained how much money he was loosing becsuse he wouldn't be able to rent it out, well it was rented out the next morning. So I paid 400 for my rv site, 278 for the cancellation which he got back the next when he rented the lodge. They then called me Saturday night and told me I owed 20 because I had a visitor- who was my son-in law picking up my 1 yr old grandson to take him home and told me that their employee made a mistake and to come up there, are you for real. They were closed so my daughter went to pay it Sunday when she was leaving they didn't know what she was talking about! But it was definitely my fault about the cabin (REALLY) if they didn't rent it out , I wouldn't be as mad, telling me how much money he is loosing. Please!! The owner caused chaos on Saturday night chasing down a scooter almost causing an accident .Trying to fight a guest. I am calling them to tell them that I would like them to give me a credit on my cc card for the lodge they rented. Let's see if they are capable of doing the right thing as a business. Other guests there this weekend complained about the owner Mr. Stein!! Shame Shame Shame Hopefully they do the right thing and return the deposit I do have pics of the lodge rented I would like to apologize. I did not see the refund that the Koa had given to me until I did my bills. Mr. Stein had held up his end so I do apologize. When we talked we were both upset- it was a misunderstanding so I wanted to clear that up and apologize and thank him. As for the chaos I heard about on Saturday I do believe he was very frustrated with the scooters, I do know I was. I hope they ban them and they go back to bikes. We have been going there for o er 25 yrs and never ever had a problem. I am sorry for the over reaction. Thank you again for holding up your on your word. Hope to put this behind us and are able to make many more memories at the Koa…Thank you again Mr. Stein and the Koa staff.
