We love the Port Huron KOA resort, it's our favourite campground. However, we typically go over on the Victoria Day holiday and NO services are running, except for bike rentals really. I understand the pools are hit and miss, but to run the train would be nice. The park is mostly Canadians that weekend and we don't get any amenities. Also, bring back the September BOGO night, please!

A tidy up of the overall campsite would of been nice. Lots of gravel and twigs and sone larger branches on site. A quick leaf blow and picked up branches would of made it perfect

I feel there is too many golf carts and kids on scooters or bikes not paying attention. Our site was not cleared of debris

We had no troubles with staying here, the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Our full hookup site was easy to get into, well maintained. The only thing I would mention is that the power pedestal was near the front of the campsite, all of our hookups are on the back side of our camper, we had to use extensions to the water hoses, coaxial cable, not a deal breaker. We had a fun time.

We enjoyed our first stay at Port Huron KOA so much that we booked our 4th of July vacation in advance with them. The campground is friendly, clean, very large with plenty of activities. We enjoyed our visit very much and are excited for our next visit.

All in all great stay.... however we are from Canada and we separate our recycling from our garbage, a KOA employee (older man with a larger beard) scolded us on how to put out our garbage and that we should know the state rules and also that we could be removed from the camping facility, friendly information would have been a nicer approach

Stayed on a grass site. I had requested a site closer to my group but was told the sites I had requested are closed due to flooding so I was unable. We'll it rained very hard during our visit and the sites I requested were fine but my site was flooded majorly. I couldn't walk through the site to get back and forth from my tent without my shoes getting literally submerged. Bathroom had no soap too.

I’m sorry to hear that the grass site you stayed on flooded and that the sites you originally requested appeared usable at that moment. When we close sites due to flooding risk, it’s based on conditions at the time, but we understand this caused frustration.

Friendly staff, easy check in, however our pull-thru campsite was not level (as advertised) and our travel trailer was leaning during our stay. All of the amenities were closed during the week, so not much to do while we were there. I could only imagine this is a fun place when the stores & activities are open to the public.

Rented a golf cart and don’t remember the males name but he worked Saturday around 3pm Very sweet boy who went above and beyond �

Been coming here for years but the prices are getting outrageous. We went for opening weekend and paid full price when several amenities weren't open yet and everything was closed sunday. They also now charge for wood delivery which is insane. We will be going to Emmett moving forward.

Great Park. But the Bathrooms were disgusting every time I went into one. Toilet paper all over the floor. Toilets not flushed.

My wife and I have been seasonal campers at Port Huron KOA for 22 years, they have the best staff you could hope for. The park is always clean and well maintained. We will be back next year for season 23, see you in the spring.

the park seemed dirtier than previous years. restrooms were not clean, playgrounds were also littered with garbage all weekend & our campsite had a lot of cigarette butts laying on the ground. we have been coming many years and never has it been this dirty.

Great time as always! Love all the options for the adults and kids! Very well thought out. Minor topics but only improvements i can currently see are..1.cleaning showers more often since people can't seen to do for themselves. 2. Dogs that are not contained by fence or leash

We came for the halloween weekend. We had invited our son and his wife and two our grandchildren to come Saturday's trick or treating. When we went in the office we saw the large fee for visitors $13.00 each.Also two of our friends were going to come and spend one night with us and that charge was $20 each. I told them sadly not to come. We paid over $300 to camp, it was a disappointment!

It was ok but too many unattended small children (and disrespectful adults) roaming and congesting streets. Also had a dog outside or camper who barked nonstop.

We always have a relaxing time at this campground. I wish they would control the speed of vehicles though. People drive extremely too fast in the campground and there are a lot of kids and animals.

Bathrooms were dirty all weekend by our site. The Shower area in front of the bench was full of dirty and full of hair. Someone should have been checking and cleaning the bathrooms more often.

After a shaky start, The stay was great, everything was fine-no loud noises great neighbors-and the rain held off till near the end of the trick and treat time frame.

We were originally scheduled for a stay during the week but our plans changed and we pushed it to the weekend. We spoke to the office to make the change and no one informed us it was Halloween weekend, which was complete chaos! Our site should not even be a site (180) as we could not put our awning out due to trees and could barely use our stairs. Our fire pit was on the road with people speedin.

Was a nice stay. However there are a few issues that no one seems to truly care about that is stated in the rules. Loud music from golf carts and trucks/cars doing more then 5 mph. I did complain about a particular golf cart and nothing was done. We came to relax not be entertained by their choice of music and a few others. You have staff roaming why isn't anything said? It's their job.

Great visit. Great staff. The train is definitely a crowd pleaser. Wish people did not hold place in line for the rest of their party when young children are waiting their turn in line already. Thank you again. Appreciate the text information before and during the stay!

I paid for full hook reservation and I got 66 which was water and 30 amp electric only and on the grass. My RV is 37 foot class A. That was the only screw up. I let the office know and they gave me 195 instead which someone had canceled but if they had not canceled i might have been screwed and it was away from the group that I was with. That was the only thing that I didn't like!!!

Been coming here for years. This time was different. Bathrooms were atrocious. Even after telling staff nothing changed. Also, had people running through my campsite through all hours of the night being very rude and loud. Once again, I told staff and not one thing was done about it. Not even an apology. They are more worried about keeping tires off of the grass than happy customers. Dissapointing

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
