We were very unhappy with the pool situation. They rent out pool time to non campers. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday and there was an obnoxious group of teens there. Yelling at the top of their lungs, wrestling in the pool, throwing and pushing each other in, and swearing. We have 5 and 8 year old granddaughters and it wasn’t safe to be in the pool. Camp staff yelled at them once, no help

Our spot (293) was an excellent spot. In the trees, quiet. Perfect. The only thing I would suggest is that with the electric bikes/scooters is that there be a speed limit. There were times that I saw the riders speed thru the campground recklessly. That is dangerous for all the people who are around. They could be injured. It is just a suggestion. Thank you for a great stay!

We swapped spots after we arrived to the back of the park where it is quieter. The bathrooms were very clean and loved our campsite. There were plenty of activities for the kids. We will be back!

Nice campground, clean. Staff could smile a little bit more, not very friendly. I don’t like that I made my reservation one year ago and they tried to charge a different price, each night was more than my reservation.

Overall, we love this campground, but this year the attention to detail was disappointing. Somedays, the trash was never picked up and was torn into overnight, even though it was put out in the morning. The park was not as clean as it normally is either. We will be back next year because this is the first time it has been bad, but if the same problems exist next year, then we will look elsewhere.

This is one of the nicest KOAs we have ever visited. They have lots of amenities and the site we had was very nice and very much worth the price.

We love stayinat KOA. It is such a beautiful park. I have one comment that might seem trivial, but we were disappointed that the cheese for the hot pretzel in the saloon was replaced with a spicy cheese. We loved the original cheese! Would be great if you would bring it back. Also, my son was looking forward to getting Willy wallaby licorice in the candy store and you no longer had it. Bring back

Noisy. Every freckin golf cart was a music nightmare. The grounds were beautiful, the campsite was very nice. The staff very pleasant and friendly. The WiFi was very spotty and didn’t work well. Finally, disrespectful kids (teens) that felt they could walk through any campsite regardless of “trespassing” on someone else’s campsite.

It is the largest KOA that I have ever seen. There were lots of amenities. Plenty of flavor choices at the ice cream store. I didn't look at my iPad once. You will have a great time there.

Lot was great. Staff friendly but visitor fee almost doubled since last year. $15 seems high especially if visitor only there for an hour, not the day. No hot water for showers by lit 241.

We are so glad that you enjoyed the site. We have adjusted our visitor rates in order to cover rising operational cost. However, we do recognize all day visitors are a different story than a short stop guest. In the future, if a visitor checks out at the office within an hour, we do offer a refund.

Site 347 for the price should be outstanding. It was dirty when we arrived and had to clean ourselves. Garbage can over half full when we arrived. Grass areas are more weeds than grass.

The campground is beautiful very well maintained the pools were great the campsite was a little small. Bathrooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. The big problem that we had was all of the e-bikes and scooters and golf carts being drove around by teenagers that were either on their phone not paying attention not stopping and almost running over our 5 and 4-year-old kids.

Very busy office, but help was available quickly. The on-line "find your site" app is cute, but it only shows you the site; it doesn't tell you which way to approach it. The human touch (drive this way) was needed. Add that to the app (route generation) and you're good! Love how full of life the campground was; kids, birds, activities... I will definitely return.

It was ok. Lots to do however it’s very busy. We were at the front of the park where it was very loud - our neighbours were up until 3:30AM on the first night - drinking, smoking weed and swearing like it was going out of style. It was awful. The rain on the second night sent everyone into their trailers early. For a campground that had a low tolerance for profanity and drugs, it was disappointi

This KOA is one of the biggest & nicest we’ve ever camped at. We tried using the laundry room on Crossfire Rd and found it was locked for a “deep” cleaning at 5 pm!!! What?? Came back 2 hrs later and it was still locked. No workers around. We were not happy!! We walked to the laundry room near the office. It was open but the lights didn’t work! Had to do laundry in the dark!!

Golf cart traffic is nuts, but is nothing compared to the kids on e bikes. Showers were disgusting and clogged. The kids running the activities cared more about themselves and their kids. Everything that came with our site was broken or dirty. We got to the train 25 minutes early and still missed it. Came back for another one and the train wouldn't start. Poorly run by a bunch of teenagers.

Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Regarding the train, it can only seat a limited number of guests per trip. It was unable to run again because of a mechanical issue. This was unfortunately out of our control. We have resolved that issue and our train is up and running now.

The check in and check out process is great! Pull through and full hookups as stated fantastic. Amenities at sawmill city help make the kids time special. Delivery of firewood is a nice touch! Campers screaming racial slurs and walking on personal campsite is unacceptable and uncomfortable

Incredibly expensive for a campground when everything to do seems to cost extra. We stayed in a gazebo site the grass was pretty overgrown and the grill was so filthy we didn’t use it. We were near tent campers who were constantly smoking weed and playing loud music. If we hadn’t paid so much to camp there I don’t think any of these things would have been such a problem

A great weekend with a couple of our grands! The ONLY downfall was that someone near us was smoking marijuana. The smell of "skunk" that wasn't really a skunk permeated our campsite day and night. We had to close windows & fans & limit our time outside our site. It clearly states on the package that was given to all campers that while it is a "legal" substance, it's forbidden here.

The lawn cutting company did a bad job...plus one man was using profanity. The place is great especially for kids, but we would tell people to come during the week days.

Definitely the biggest and most beautiful KOA we've ever stayed at, with tons of amenities and lots of space. However, one thing really frustrated us. 40ft coach with a toad, and the girl in the office gave us a map to our site going down the wrong direction on Montana to pull thru site 206. We had to circle the whole lot again to go down Tombstone to get in correctly.

We're sorry you missed out on the activities. When the local schools are still in session, we operate them on a limited schedule. Once school is out for the summer, demand increases and we have additional staff available, allowing us to open full time.

Our site was barely a site at all on the end of a row. Yes, I reserved a cheaper site, but it was too far from the pool and had basically no useable yard space. Better sites all around me were empty. Why couldn't you have upgraded me to one of the vacant sites near me?

Very quiet after the loud mouths left. The first night heard a lot of loud profanity laced rants by several people. Sounded like a brawl was taking place. The bathrooms and showers in the one building needs help. Three out of four soap dispensers were empty for many days in the women’s restroom.
