The 2 Cottages need to be deep cleaned and the pull out beds are extremely uncomfortable and in poor shape. Overall love it here, my family and I have been coming here for 19 years and will continue our tradition!

Woke up to violent pounding on our door before 8am by a belligerent koa employee. Yelling about sexually harassing a young girl, & pressing charges, swearing & yelling my husband's full name, had all the neighboring campers looking @ us like we were crazy. Went to our friend's cabin, started yelling @ the kids that answered the door. Come to find out he had the wrong person & mgmt was like oh well

People partying in camp kitchen until midnight parking in spot that are for the other sites. First cabin we had, A/C didn't work and there was bugs coming out of electricity outlet. Next cabin we got moved to A/C hardly worked and was 90° for the night. The guy that was sent to help us got us a portable A/C and that helped cool it little bit more. We wanted to about asking for refund.

We came to KOA as young adults and are now coming back as parents with our children. The memories we have and are now making are cherished! HOWEVER….I have never been to a camp ground with more disgusting bathrooms. I was staying near the bathroom and I only saw workers there 1 time to clean. The showers and bathrooms were horrible. Our family had a good time and made some good memories!

I'm not a big camper but enjoyed the air conditioned cabin. Bathroom facilities always had a wet floor but I don't know if this could be helped. The cool pool was very refreshing in the 90 + degree heat and discounted tickets to Sawmill city were helpful to cool off in bumper boats.

We had a deluxe lodge/cabin and it pretty much has everything you could want or need in a stay. Having a refrigerator was great as was the burners for breakfast. The bathroom was perfect size and had plenty of storage. Definitely will be back again.

Had a fantastic time as always. My family has been coming here annually for over 25 years. Could not believe after all these years, they got rid of almost all the horseshoe pits near the front. I’m part of the group that holds a large tournament every year. Really wish you guys would put more in somewhere on the property. So sad not to play up there anymore now that they’re gone.

We had a great stay. We have been visiting the camp ground for many years and always a pleasure. They staff is very attentive and respond quickly to all concerns. We can't wait to visit again.

My family mostly enjoyed our stay! Lots to do and very enjoyable from an activities aspect. The air-conditioned rustic cabins are very comfortable. The most disappointing aspect was the cleanliness of the restrooms (they were always wet and unsanitary). There was no soap in the bathroom for the duration of our stay due to broken dispensers. I would only stay in an RV or lodge if I went again.

Our stay was great! But we encountered a situation at the pool on Saturday. I can not believe how your employees treated an Indian family. One staff member older man w/ beard. Made this entire family get out of the pool because they had shirts on. That is their culture, they must wear clothes. Your employees targeted this family, embarrassed them, and most importantly that is discrimination!

We love the campground. We usually RV camp but went for a rustic cabin this time. The cabin floors were absolutely filthy. We didn't expect Hilton level cleanliness but it appeared as those the floors haven't been at least mopped down at all recently. If we do a rustic cabin again we will be bringing a wet mop to clean up though I hope we don't have to use it. Otherwise we were happy.

We have camped here for years, happy with the campground and the amenities. Though not happy that our cabin, L299, was full of cobwebs and the floor was very dirty. Countertops did not appear cleaned either.

This is our second year staying at the KOA Port Huron and we had a great experience. The staff is attentive and we loved the quick response to our text questions. Also really appreciated being able to have wood delivered to us as well. I wish there were more pools but that isn't something that can be changed. We also enjoyed the easy check in and out process and the ice cream was great too!

Pros: Staff was awesome! Cabin was clean, lots of activities for kids. Cons: too many sites squeezed in. Not all shared bathrooms are updated.

We stayed in Lodge 338. The hand rails were covered in wood splinters. I had to cover the rail with a towel. The left burner inside the cabin did not work. Only one side of the outside burner worked. The shield tents on the grill kept catching fire due to the excessive layers of debris. One of the patio chairs was broken. I think a thorough walkthrough is needed prior to check in.

We had a lot of fun! However, it was a bit disappointing when we arrived that curtains were missing and a smoke alarm. They were addressed right away but took time away from our trip and should have been noticed by staff before we checked in.

we had a seasonal camp site for the past 10 years, we did not rent it this year and rented 3 lodges for 2 weekends, we had a spectacular weekend, and remembered why we started going to KOA in the first place. See you next month thank you.

Shops and activities don’t open until after Father’s Day, we booked a year ago, and were told things would be open after Memorial Day. Floors in the cabins were filthy- like they’ve never been washed. There was mold in the shower. A worker was very disrespectful and yelling at campers, he even jumped onto a campers golf cart. I would like to express deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Port Huron KOA campground. To our surprise and disappointment, upon arrival and throughout our entire stay, all activities were completely closed with NO COMMUNICATION prior to arrival or UPON arrival with 2 children at Check-In. I am a rewards member and highly disappointed with no type of commitment to customer satisfaction.

the ac didnt work and screens ripped so we couldnt open them bc bugs would get in. also had to contact management due to kids unattended after dark destroying the gaga pit, clogging the sink, flipping benches and trashing bathrooms. we usually have a good time, this was an unfortunate stay this time, and we were staying for my daughters birthday

I’m feeling disappointed about my stay. The amenities are good and my kids had a nice time but was sad to see that a lot of the amenities were closed by 2 PM on Sunday. I wish I had known this in advance so I could’ve booked differently. Outside of my cabin was littered with trash/marijuana cartridge. Inappropriate music and the smell of marijuana was noticeable on my visit.

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
