My grandkids had a super time. The deluxe cabin itself needs alot of attention on cleaning!!! I had to take the A/C units apart to clean they were filthy!!! The burners in the kitchen never worked, soap scum in the shower. We have been there 4 years in a row and I have said the same thing. The cabins need to be cleaned A DEEP CLEAN. People can get very sick from those A/C it was full of mold!!!

We had another great stay at the Port Huron KOA! We have stayed here for a nearby football camp for the past two years and plan to do the same thing for years to come! Thanks for an excellent experience!

The cabin had an oder to it like rotten food or a dead animal. The overhead fans had so much dust on them that I didn’t turn them on. The grills are too dirty to use so we brought our own this time. The neighbors on either side of us kept cutting through our camp site. The kids were playing football in front of our cabin and the ball hit our car at least two times. Not a great stay!

Beautiful campground ! Staff is very professional and attentive. Deluxe Cabin was gorgeous and had everything that I needed. Loved the pools and the Mad Dog Saloon had great food, reasonably priced and Staff was awesome ! Will definitely be back ! 5 out of 5 Stars. Had a wonderful time, thank you for everything �ϋ� �. P.S. Front pool was closed till 2pm, central pool was packed. Front desk girls are very rude, you could use someone that is not under 21 up there to maintain professionalism. You don’t enforce the same rules for everyone. I was told no early check in, but I noticed new neighbors show up before 2pm the following day. Arcade bathroom is disgusting and the arcade is very very old. Wood is super expensiv

I enjoyed it. Clean, nice workers(although everyone is young lol) lots of activities. I would say prices were reasonable. Fun classic arcade for old guys, putt putt, food on site, never left the campground. I do not like their rain out policy i paid for. It poured rain one of the days, lightening, and most things were closed for about 5 hours but no refund. Kind of a scam.

We really enjoyed our stay- the well kept grounds, text communication with staff, prompt response to requests, on site activities, amenities included with our lodge. However there were some areas lacking, especially considering the rate paid was similar to an AirBnB or double a hotel. Lack of kitchen necessities, several dirty areas inside the lodge, and a difficult stove made cooking a pain.

Super crowded, crabby people in office, no breakfast despite advertising that on the website. Many inaccuracies on the website, so it was not what I was expecting at all. The "amenities" and even the train were at a separate, super run down facility. The water slide, which my son wanted to go on, was so run down and not functioning.

Couldn't check in @3:00 because I changed cabins. Waited 2 hrs to get my cabin key. Got @ koa @2:30 pm got key @ 4:20pm as my grandkids wait 2 hrs in car! Water near washing machine near cabin 106. THAT is AN ELECTRIC HAZARD FOR POSSIBLE EDEATH.TOLD SOMEONE ABOUT IT ON JULY 19th. Still a hazard as of July 20th.Employees don't

We had the best time! Everything was clean and tidy. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 and our sons had the best weekend! The staff was also very friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable asking any questions. We will be back!

I camp every year July 19-21 and random times throughout the year. And this site just keeps getting better. I love the new rules that were implemented the change is appreciated

I recommend cleaning the bathrooms and showers more often, some of the people there are just animals and things get very dirty. Also my AC got as loud as a freight train Saturday night, I don't expect someone to fix it at 1am but it made for a sleepless night.

Way too many people. We’ve stayed a few times and this is the first time we’ve seen so many people in tents in the RV sites. Very rowdy groups and kids flying around in scooters and bikes cutting through sites.

The staff was absolutely incredible and very accommodating. However, the park was so jam-packed with other campers that it was very hard to enjoy yourself because you were unable to walk more than a few feet before running into somebody else, we will be visiting another KOA as we absolutely love KOA but this KOA has just gotten too busy over the past few years.

Campground was fun and had lots to do. The cabin we stayed in had everything you need. However, the cleanliness of the cabin wasn’t great. There was gum on the floor in two spots, candy wrappers on the bunks and window sills. We found a water bottle from the previous guest under a pillow. I let the campground know and they just said thanks for letting us know.

We were very well taken care of. The texting system was wonderful and kept us connected. We needed assistance with a few cabin issues and they were prompt in their response making our stay very enjoyable despite those issues. We love this park and have been coming here as a tradition for almost 13 years. A recommendation would be a bit better cleaning in cabin like wiping everything down. Thanks!

My cabin street had several families that smoked marijuanna and were disrespectful the entire time. My picnic table had green moss on it and my fire pit area stayed muddy. Poor experience

Had a great stay , staff great with texting and emailing back , accommodation was great ( close to bathroom - mobility issues ) showers could be a bit cleaner but this happens, wished the train and water slides were still on , had not known or read about them closed , wished the wood wasn’t so pricey but overall a good stay and I will be back .

The outdoors of the kampground is cleaner than the lodges inside. I had an issue with the kitchen trash basketwhich I brought it to one of the managers attention. I could have went on with more of the lodge being filthy but I was to upset over the trash basket so I stopped there.

Go over and beyond expectations? More like give excuses for their poor functioning campground. Want a lodge with a toilet, bed and air? Don't stay in 310. You'll be charged top dollar for their declining amenities. Will not return here.

Kids liked the events, but train was closed. Firewood was delivered to our site. Cabin floor was filthy when we entered. Feet instantly dirty black. Food and dog bones all in the pull out couch and my kids kept brining me sparkler wires from the patio that anyone could have easily stepped on. My daughter and I were both stung by a bee on day one and again me on day 2. Bee hive under glider chair.

I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I started coming as a child and have continued the tradition with my own children but we do not expect to be back any time soon. This is no longer a family friendly place. Guests are constantly smoking marijuana, blasting rap music and even saw someone using the restroom next to their cabin at 10am in front of our kids. Highly disappointed here.

The facility is great, we enjoyed everything there was to do. But our deluxe cabin was dirty and the air conditioner barely worked and was absolutely filthy. For the price we paid, it's absurd that the cabin isn't clean with an air conditioner that's been serviced. I'll consider staying somewhere else for that price.

My youngest son and I had a fantastic time! All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and in good order. I will be back with my oldest son in a couple weeks, and hope to be back with the whole family in the future

Only negatives were about the cleanliness of the cabin. It smelled terrible. I had to get someone to come there twice to fix it and even for cabin standards wasn't the cleanest. And inconvenient to have to turn in and pick up golf cart every day.

The activities were all closed because the teens decided they wanted too. Why do they get to decide to close everything. We were there on sat it rained for about a half hour and before that half hour was up they closed all activities for the rest of the day. Didn’t even wait. And it didn’t rain again till 1030pm and it was 2pm

This visit when we got your cabin it was filthy, floor had not been swept at all, actually looks as though no one had touched that cabin in a while. I had to begin our stay by deep cleaning, there were so many cobwebs inside and on our patio that it was gross!!!!

Always love staying here. So much for the kids to do and stay busy outdoors. We had a fabulous time in spite of the rain. My only complaint is the cabin we arrived at was dirty. After calling the office they did come in a timely manner and clean the stickyness off the porch but never touched the inside. After they left I swept again and found an iphone. Which I returned to the back office.

The stay was good except for seeing the bugs then I had to pack up and leave. I did speak with 2 ppl from KOA and they were very friendly, respectful and helpful. They have refunded me for that night. I will be back but hopefully they will get someone to come in and do a deep cleaning for the cabins. It’s a beautiful location to visit so please invest in getting the cobwebs out too. I’ll see y

This is my second visit and both stays was wonderful only concern was I found a blue pill resting alone side of the trimming at the bathroom door. Your site is our camping choice myself and my family The Early's and The Robinson's appreciate your service.

Loud neighbors every night- called to complain one of the nights and they did nothing about it. Campsite was filthy dirty- lots of garbage all around and beer caps and pieces of plastic. Picnic table was covered in chalk pieces and garbage. We will not stay here again.

We stayed over for Father's Day weekend and loved it there. We did stay in our camper instead of renting a cabin, and we will be returning there in the future. The campground was clean, staff all extremely friendly and helpful. My husband even got reminder and update texts throughout the day for activities, when the pools were open, and when the general store was open or about to close which made things very helpful. The lot we stayed on was a full hookup with a concrete patio. Had plenty of space and did not feel like the campers where squeezed in.
