Staff was very friendly, and many things to do at the campground. However, cabin was not very clean. Ceiling fan looks like it had never been dusted. Floors & toilet were also not clean. Neighbor also had very loud music playing until 1 AM.

The first day was amazing until it was time for bed and roaches start coming out. I had to go through every single packed bag to ensure none were coming home with me.

The early closing of campground amenities was disappointing; we used to enjoy evenings with ice cream and shuffleboard but with everything closing at 8 we felt rushed on this stay. And something needs to be done about the skunks! Three of them were on our porch and around our cabin when we were around the campfire, as well as in the camp kitchen and on the path to the bathroom in the evenings.

Clean, fun, Everything was really nice! Except for the staff, they REALLY need hospitality classes. You can tell they are just there for a pay check, dont really care for the campers. They act like its a hassle to do their job don't really know how to handle certain situations. Especially the maybe 30s bald one with the beard who seems to handle alot of the stuff. Will stay again and recommended.

The park is amazing. We did have one very rude worker but most of them were super nice! We got rained out on my birthday and they gave us a free cabin upgrade for the night!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Your decision welcomed. You registered 2 cars for mother & Dad. Took second car tag and then gained entry for yourself(an unregistered visitor) and two others, now three, continually refused to go to office clarify then saying you had when you had not. PLEASE only works so long.

We were overall happy with our stay. The futon was full of crumbs and better vacuuming. Also the blinds up in the loft were all broken. During first night the batteries went dead in smoke detector- it’s short season and all batteries should be replaced at start of year. The pool bathrooms smelled dirty and pool deck wasn’t cleaned daily garbage/used band-aides. We also had issues with sku

For many years I have been coming to this KOA, but this time I was disappointed in a few things. There was no bedding for the Futon, no broom or dust pan. The doors were dirty, on top of the refrigerator wasn't clean and in bath tub the water ran out slow. Some of these things were taken care of and I appreciated it. This will not stop me from returning next year..

Deluxe Cabin - Clean and roomy Linens/no flat sheets Pool/very crowded Arcade - run down, ripped pool table, air hockey no puck, many took our change & didn’t turn on Playground/metal zip line broken & didn’t slide for kids to slide along track Pool/closes 8pm Sat, opens 11am Sun, couldn’t use before check out Bikes/low dangerous bikes, no helmets, kids unsupervised everywhere.

KOA is not being kept up like years past. We stayed in lodge 288 and it was older and dirty inside. The futon is so flat and old you can’t sleep comfortably on it. Grounds aren’t maintained all tree roots near fire pit making it a trip hazard and hard to place lawn chairs anywhere flat. For the price it not acceptable. Also for the price the pool and other amenities should be opened earlier.

We always have a great time, the cabin was a bit dirty. I swept it up and a lot of dirt. Otherwise the bathroom was clean but kind of smelly. Not horrible but an odor. We didn’t make it to the pool unfortunately. Overall great time!!!

I am unhappy that I registered for 2 adults and 4 kids but we showed up separately and I was charged for an extra adult when their was only two of us. I called and was told it was too bad I should have handled it sooner but I didn’t know I was charged until I was leaving and my friends and I discussed how much it costs

Cabin was very clean upon arrival. There was a huge storm while we were there. I saw many staff outside working to clean up and fix up. By noon, never even looked like a storm had hit. The campground was clean the entire stay. All staff were very kind and attentive, Thank you for a wonderful stay, we booked for next year.

The text messages were awesome and helped to upgrade to a cabin due to the weather. The showers could have been cleaner. There was a lot of spider webs and eggs in the cabin, I understand that we are outside and there is going to be bugs but feel like the webs could have been cleaned out.

My stay was horrible. I called and got a cabin with a bathroom and was not honored that. And had an infant. checked in and had to wait 20 min until my mom got there because i couldn’t use Apple Pay and i couldn’t go into gate to get help from family. Next i checked in and went all the way to the back to my cabin and was not even given a key.key was hard to use. Bathrooms were nasty.

We had a ton of fun as we always do! Checking in was a little rough and apparently someone visiting hit my car because there was no one directing anyone on the way in and she just had to push through everyone. But besides a hectic start to the weekend overall staff was helpful,it would be nice if they had a few more employees who were a little more seasoned and knew how to actually clean a shower.

Me and my guests stayed in a lodge and were refused our parking pass due to a staff members personal mistake when checking us in. This involved me and my guests waiting two hours at our cabin for a supposed head count only for them to not show up and for out time and money to have been wasted. I want compensation.

The campground itself was very nice but the lodge we rented was not appropriately cleaned. Unfortunately, I had to spend the first 2 hours of my vacation cleaning the lodge.

We have been coming for 23 years and this was the first time my family and I had a bad experience with the lodges being really dirty. I had hair in shower and dirty was cloth in shower, garbage in kitchens trash can underneath the new garbage bag, dead bugs on door window and window ledges,loose garbage under futon. I talked to site manager and he told me they don’t have time to clean.��

Our stay was wonderful, it had so many things to do with the grandkids that we didn’t have to leave the campground, they are already planning next years trip. Cabin was clean and so were bathhouses. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
