The staff were amazing. We were very dissatisfied in the cabin as when we went for day trip last year we looked at a cabin that had the queen bed in a bedroom and separate room with bunk beds. That is what I thought we were renting but we we got was a pull out bed that was so very very uncomfortable and we could not sleep for 2 nights.

Really like Port Huron KOA in most respects because they have a lot of cabin choices to stay in and a lot of activities for anyone that wants to participate. My family also loved the pools !! I do have an issue though with some of the staff not being well trained enough. Also, I currently believe that I have been improperly charged for my previous stay and have to contact someone.

My family’s been coming a couple times a year for 25 years (before you were a resort). We’ve been to several other KOA’S this is our favorite. We do miss Sawmill City, but the love still love everything (staff, planed activities, grounds maintenance) about this KOA.

It was good. The only thing I would say is to have your pool open earlier and later. Half the day is gone by 11am. Especially when its super hot out.

Our Girl Scout troop enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of activities to do and the staff was very kind. The only downside was one of the bunk beds. The bed still had a pile of dirt on top of it. We cleaned it up. Outside of that, we had a great time. Communication was easy and the staff was pleasant everywhere we went.

When we got there the cabin smelled so bad like pot we could not even stay in it we tried to air it out and it did not help we went home after about 3 hours and was never offered a refund or a different cabin

We always stay in a lodge. We were in L339 with the outdoor kitchen and pavilion. The lodge was dirty. The blinds were caked with dust. There were mouse droppings on the counter tops. There were tons of cigarette butts on the patio and front lawn. Behind the outdoor kitchen was broken glass that was not picked up. The upkeep of the lodge has gone downhill. We will not be back.

I used to stay here as a kid, was so excited to bring my kids. We had an amazing time, the only downer of our stay was another campsite.. between the full frontal male nudity displayed by the young boys screaming help for mom and their two preteen girls on the e scooters I felt my kids couldn't just go ride their bikes safely. I do plan to stay again, but the e scooter speed is a huge issue to me.

The cabin was not clean on arrival. Blinds, ceiling fans and light fixtures needed dusting. When we arrived there was a crushed water bottle in the bedroom, a paper plate under the kitchen table and visible crumbs/debris between the fridge and cabinet. It was pretty obvious the cabin had not been swept. There was also a smell that I later found was raw chicken scraps stuck in the sink grates.

We come back every year with a group of friends. We love the campground itself. Most of the staff is great. However every year we have a run in with a man on a golf cart on a power trip. He needs anger management! He’ll take the smallest issue and threaten to kick us all out. We aren’t loud out of control destructive guests and yearly, get treated as though we are by the same man.

This was our first time at a KOA with our family of young children and we had a BLAST! The cabin we stayed in was spacious and clean. The kids particularly enjoyed the pools and train rides! So many fun activities that kept us busy our whole weekend. Can’t wait to go back!

The cabin was dirty and so was the porch area! It said non smoking but it definitely had a smell to it. The bathroom was clean and nice. Lots for the kids to do, plenty of room in the pools!

The only thing I could add is the bathroom cleanliness. People are slobs. You cannot help that. So maybe an extra cleaning or two? I was in a cabin had no choice but to use my smarts while half asleep on n the middle of the nite. Otherwise everyone was amazing !

The cabins were pretty dusty. The staff checking in were really nice. While at the pool a tall older man (maybe in his late 50s) was very rude. I had some chips at the pool and instead of him asking me to put the chips away he asked me to leave the pool. He stood there & tried to antagonize me as if I was a child. I immediately rolled the bag of chips up but he continued to talk at me saying now.

I booked an upgraded cabin with an employee, over the phone. When it was time to check in, they ended up giving us the keys to a basic cabin. When I called the front to ask what happened, they said if I wanted an upgraded cabin I would have had to pay a "room request fee" at the time of booking. So the employee I booked with, screwed us over. It's wasn't our responsibility to know that info.

No toilet paper @8am Saturday in any stall. No soap in the pool bathroom all dispensers for two days I noticed the sink has raw meet and I told the staff and no one cleaned it for two days. I have pictures.

Cabins were very dirty, bathroom by our cabin was absolutely disgusting and wasn’t cleaned for our entire stay. There was a lot of electric scooters and bikes zipping around the park making it unsafe for my toddler to roam around. We had ignorant neighbour's that had their music blaring constantly and constantly smoking Marijuana.

We found a few empty pop cans in our cabin when we first got there, giving us the feeling our cabin was not throughly cleaned. Bathrooms were absolutely horrible this weekend. Constantly dirty and no toilet paper. Seems like nobody cleaned the bathrooms all weekend. Our entire party 20+ people were complaining about the bathrooms

I loved the ice cream shop & all the things to do. The cabin was clean. Staff was nice. We come annually with a lot of family & this is the worst bathrooms have ever been. No tissue, most showers clogged & tissue all over the floor for most of the day. Walking to multiple bathrooms to find one to use. Not enough frequent cleanings. It could be the people this year but it needs to be cleaned more.

We love it here but are sad there haven't been many updates as far as things for the kids to do outside. Especially the playgrounds. They're very old and outdated. There should be at least one or two splash pads (any size). Especially with the increase of the food at the ice cream shop. Also, PLEASE update the game room. It's Sooooo outdated and it would be nice to use when it rains.

Port Huron, MI KOA. Too LOUD at 3:30 AM!! Too many DRUGS!! Too much CHAOS!! Rules are posted but not enforced. I will not stay at this KOA. How can I get my money refunded? Others are a thousand times better. I acknowledge this will be displayed on KOA.com and I hope that it is!!!

The campsite is self is awesome it's big it's in the space but my cabin Deluxe cabin that I stayed in was not a federal Clinic the glass door still have kids fingerprints on the inside blind sticks are missing where you cannot open and close the blinds the dishes that were there were not clean the window seals need to be wiped down separate pets from mon pet guest

We had a wonderful stay here. We had family come visit for the first time. They enjoyed themselves and reserved thier spot for next. My only problem was the Saturday night. There were a few white teenager wearing MAGA hats that walked by my cabin saying racial slurs to my son and goddaughter. They stayed in rv spot 118. I reported everything the night security guard and he said he would report it.

Overall good, but bathrooms need to be clean often and better. The cost is high, not sure why everything has to be a cost. You pay for Cabin for 6 put then charge for $10 for each adult.

Restrooms are not clean. Restrooms needs to be clean every 2 hours. No tissue in all stalls. Cabins were not clean.

First stay. Loved it even though we prefer seclusion camping. Our cabin was the perfect site for us and our pet, a bit tucked away from it all. All the amenities, a great plus! Clean grounds were appreciated. Will definitely return!!

- Cleaning should be a PRIORITY I understand capacity of guest, but the showers and rest rooms were were very dirty all the time. Cabins should be thoroughly CLEANED( floors, windows, glass doors. There were finger prints everywhere. Everything I wiped down was dirty. My overall say was pleasant. I'd recommend KOA !

It was nice but our cabin had issues 1. The blanket for the futon was damp. It has to be damp when it was placed in the plastic bag, so…who is checking these things? 2. There are two smoke detectors in the cabin. One did not have a cover or a battery. This is some kind of fire safety violation. 3. Only 25% of the gas grill actually had flame. Burner are shot

Stayed in treehouse that was good but beds are so close to wall tree house is a bit over priced! Great set up. Well equipped Stores and etc.. pools entertainment good family spot- great location

Good news for a better time.You need to go to KOA fun for the whole family. Everything you need is there for kids as well as adults.

The only thing is the cabins were very dirty. My cabin 75 had cans, debris all over the floor. There was even blood stains that had to be mopped up. Cabin 71, the floor hadn't been mopped in some time. You did give us wood but it was still not clean. I have am a over 25 year customer at your location. This was disappointing.

Our stay was good until we had an incident with some kids bullying our kids for multiple days. We pay a lot of money for 2 days, so for the kids to bully our kids was disheartening, because honestly, us, the parents didn't have a good time. But, this was the first time ever (and I have been going there since I was a kid and it's the best KOA.
