Our stay was cut short because I fell and sprained my ankle. Prior to that it was nice, with tons of things to do,however, the bathrooms were not kept clean, and the floors were disgusting.

The cabin floors are really dirty , we found t shirt from people before on side of bunk beds. The washrooms down by Our cabin were dirty, smelly , none of the men urinals were working the whole weekend. We ended up grading to a deluxe cabin cause of washrooms. The triangle should run more on Sundays

It was alot of fun. Kids had a blast. However the bathrooms were disgusting. Especially the women's. One stall was broke and reeked of poop still in the toilet. 1 toilet seat was completely broke off, and 2 more were hanging on by a thread off to the side. This made it extremely uncomfortable. It is definitely time for new toilets and a bathroom update. We were in cabin K068

When it was time to check in at 3:00 my cabin was not ready the lady at the desk said it would be about 15 minutes when I asked to speak to management to see if I could get a discount off the 520$ for the 2 nights since cabin was not ready they just offered free firewood said go park in visitor area until we call you. Once room was ready it was not cleaned properly and ladder from bunkbed was off.

Had a great visit with the family up north. Only issue we had was the lock on our cabin door was difficult to lock and unlock. Had a young lady come out and check it but rather than the hassle we just left it unlocked with any valuables in our vehicle. Don’t know if it was the key cut wrong or just needing some WD40. But loved our stay see ya next time.

Bathrooms were very dirty AND OR bathrooms closed for hours for cleaning but still seemed very upon opening. Toilets broken, feces in several toilets for days.

Everything was great, except the amount of wasp nests that were all over the cabins. Our cabin personally (331) had nests inside the whole railings and the were 4 nests outside by the roofs. Had 2 people out to spray, but did not get them all. huge one on the cabin behind us when we were on patio. Regular checks for wasp nest should be taking place, as I am allergic & it could have been bad

Great trip except the owner is a total Jerk. His approach is unbelievable. Was we going 10 mph in the golf cart yes! The carts he rents go more than the posted 5 MPH. The workers do WAY more than 5 mph. It doesn’t justify him acting the way he did. We apologized, it should have been the end of it. Massive bee hives all over lodges. We were given a quarter can of wasp spray.

We LOVED our time at KOA and have already re-booked for next summer. The only improvement I can make is that the washroom floors were constantly soaking wet and dirty. Other then that everything was perfect!

The KK air conditioning did not work correctly and filters were dirty. Swing was hung too high and could not touch floor to swing (I am adult and this is my 28th year there so I know they normally are not hung this high. Also, for the amount of money paid, kabins should include a mini fridge and microwave.

I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS WERE A LITTLE BIT OF A MESS AS OUR PREVIOUS STAY THERE WERE VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. I'M SURE IT WAS PROBABLY DUE TO A PACKED CAMPGROUND. YOUR STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE AS ALWAYS .

Everything was great. Everyone was nice and friendly. Pools need to be opened earlier. At least one of them. Kids are up early in the morning. They need things to do. Or we could have went swimming before leaving if the pool was opened earlier.

The campground is beautiful! Lots of stuff to do and the cabins with ac were good to have in the hot weather. But the bathrooms were disgusting. I know it was busy but we could tell they werent thoroughly cleaned for a long time. The showers near the pool had so much hair and waste on the floor in the corners, and the bathrooms near our cabins just smelled really bad, need a wash down for sure!!

We had three separate families stay at PH KOA. Everything was great as it was our third stay, we stayed in a cabin without a restroom. Sadly, the restroom we used, across from our cabin, had no ventilation, was not as clean as the others and had no way to dry our hands after using it. No towels nor air dryers. Not a deal breaker, just an FYI.

We have been camping at this Koa for many years. We love the camp ground. We rented 3 big lodges this past weekend. We did notice this year, the lodges were not as clean as before. The bathtub in L312 had a dirt ring around the inside. All the blinds were filthy. They need wiped down bad. Also the decks need power washed. Green alge on the decks. I hate to complain but we pay alot to stay .

We have been going to the KOA since 2011. We started out in the small cabins and for many years have been in the Lodges. This year our Lodge needed a new fridge the day we got there. Staff was great, came right over and exchanged the fridge. We did have to remove everything we had in the fridge. Also no comforter in the main bed.

We had a large group of people in several cabins. The cabins are nice, but the beds were not comfortable to us. I wish all the cabins had a small fridge but they did have air conditioning! Loved that! We had a great weekend, lots of laughs. The bathrooms could use a little more TLC but have definitely seen worse. All in all would recommend. We will be back!

The cabin was nice but for the money could be cleaner. Floors were swept but not mopped. The filters/screens on the AC units had accumulation beyond healthy. Deep cleaning needed desperately.

The park is very big and too crowded for our liking. Kids (and adults!) don't pay attention to cars, which was very stressful, especially since our cabin was at the very back of the park. The "upgraded mattress" that your website claims was in our cabin (K62) was a joke. It was very thin and the bed creaked anytime I moved in it. We left a day early because of the uncomfortable sleeping.

The AC unit was broke in my cabin. A portable AC unit was put in and that one also broke. Finally, the main unit was replaced and our problems were fixed. The bathrooms specifically were much dirtier than they have been in the past. The park seemed dirtier in general.

Disgusting. Our cabin was filthy—had to ask staff to re-clean before we could even unpack. Bathrooms were gross, campground was overcrowded, and everything was way overpriced. Total waste of money. Very poor experience. Our site had old food and garbage all over the ground which contributed to several bugs, bathrooms were absolutely destroyed everyday. Also told we couldn't listen to music, even at a low volume after 11pm, the worker drove by on golf cart and literally SCREAMED at us to turn music off, it was not even at a high volume, his scream WAS WAY louder than any volume we were using.

All bathrooms were disgusting, floors constantly wet, dirty, toilets w/broken handles. Whatever is used to clean the floors smells horrible. The pool bathroom is the worst, the rug stunk up the entire place and appears to never been vacuumed; outdoor pool shower ground has a slimy build up that is so slick someone fell walking through it. It's like camping in a big city, too busy. Kind staff.

We love port Huron KOA. Our only issue was with the cleanliness of our cabin. Sand on the pull out couch & bunk beds. Floors swept but felt unclean. Similar to bathroom and kitchen. Likely needs a deep clean more often. Lighter missing from kitchen supplies to start stovetop. Friendly staff and lots of activities for the kids. Thank you for a great family destination!

I’ve rented a cabin probably 10 times this summer and just rented 337 on 7/26. I was beyond disappointed when I stepped on the little patio wall surrounding the property to grab a ball and the top block came off and smashed into the back of my ankle tearing it up pretty good. Come to find out none of them were locked in place and loose which was super dangerous. Nobody even came to see if were

Whoever cleaned the cabin didn’t do a very good job. Sand all over the porch and plastic bottle caps and candy paper on the grounds. Inside was not sweeped down properly.

My grandkids had a super time. The deluxe cabin itself needs alot of attention on cleaning!!! I had to take the A/C units apart to clean they were filthy!!! The burners in the kitchen never worked, soap scum in the shower. We have been there 4 years in a row and I have said the same thing. The cabins need to be cleaned A DEEP CLEAN. People can get very sick from those A/C it was full of mold!!!

We had another great stay at the Port Huron KOA! We have stayed here for a nearby football camp for the past two years and plan to do the same thing for years to come! Thanks for an excellent experience!

The cabin had an oder to it like rotten food or a dead animal. The overhead fans had so much dust on them that I didn’t turn them on. The grills are too dirty to use so we brought our own this time. The neighbors on either side of us kept cutting through our camp site. The kids were playing football in front of our cabin and the ball hit our car at least two times. Not a great stay!

Beautiful campground ! Staff is very professional and attentive. Deluxe Cabin was gorgeous and had everything that I needed. Front pool was closed till 2pm, central pool was packed. Front desk girls are very rude, you could use someone that is not under 21 up there to maintain professionalism. You don’t enforce the same rules for everyone. I was told no early check in, but I noticed new neighbors show up before 2pm the following day. Arcade bathroom is disgusting and the arcade is very very old. Wood is super expensiv

I enjoyed it. Clean, nice workers(although everyone is young lol) lots of activities. I would say prices were reasonable. Fun classic arcade for old guys, putt putt, food on site, never left the campground. I do not like their rain out policy i paid for. It poured rain one of the days, lightening, and most things were closed for about 5 hours but no refund. Kind of a scam.

We really enjoyed our stay- the well kept grounds, text communication with staff, prompt response to requests, on site activities, amenities included with our lodge. However there were some areas lacking, especially considering the rate paid was similar to an AirBnB or double a hotel. Lack of kitchen necessities, several dirty areas inside the lodge, and a difficult stove made cooking a pain.

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
