We loved our stay. But this is our second time here and both times the train and water slide were not open. I don’t think it sound be advertised if not available. But overall great stay

We were a little disappointed with our lodge....we spent a lot of extra money to upgrade to a lodge and there were issues.Main issue, Our front door was broken and we had a very hard time getting it to close and even lock at night.There was also a giant gap at the top, that we could put our fingers through...so that was wide open and let mosquitoes in.We talked to a crew member, but no solution.

Everything was Great. Would have been nice to know upon booking that water slides were down and train rides But luckily lots of other things to do to keep us busy :)

our stay was excellent as usual only thing its two years in a row the train and water slide is not working its lovely to see the dog park back with the agility equipment in it also, chess and checkers were great additions and the pickle ball court - you guys are by far the best!

Had a blast at KOA! Tim and Michael were very helpful with all of our problems! Jersey, Kielee and Selena in front office are very friendly! Kim helped me with a new towel set and Amber helped me get to my lodge with helpful directions! Thanks KOA, will visit again soon!

We always have a great time here. Visiting for over 10 years now. Only thing we can say it seems like the cleanliness has gone a bit down hill. This stay it felt like we were walking on the beach inside our cabin. It was very sandy.

We enjoyed our stay and activities. However the cabins weren’t as clean as they should’ve been. I should not be able to pick up a glob of dust off of anything in the cabins on my finger. Especially since pets are allowed I’m the cabins, the place should be very tidy. Pet dander could cause allergies and issues. Also a dumpster for trash. No trash left at night for animals to go thru and

Unfortunately our cabin was filthy, the cabin had a bee’s nest by the door and multiple people were stung. A staff member filled the hole but the bees were still and issue the entire stay. There were skunks living under our cabin and the mosquitoes were absolutely unbearable. We also found a tick on one of my children after being told they sprayed. Will not be returning.

I have a few suggestions. A bedside table should be provided for all cabins that have bedrooms. There should also be a small table sitting in the bedrooms to place your belongings. Please remove the giant slide if you're not including it in the attractions. I've been there the last 3 years and the slide is NEVER OPEN! Please update the wifi or the cell signals.

We thought the cabins were a little dark maybe switch to LED lighting? Thought the pool hours could be longer maybe open 9 to 9. Not directly by us but in the distance you could hear a couple of dogs barking all the time. And you always have the couple of sites with people partying with loud music after 11. On the positive side your employees in the store & around the campgrounds were fast & great

We had a wonderful time taking our 1 year old camping for the first time. The different amenities were awesome. I'd love to see more options for smaller babies/toddlers. But other than that, everything was great. You guys really have thought of everything! Only complaint is the numerous skunks that come close to you at night. And the mosquitos. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Been going here for the past 3 years. Always been clean but this time, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the showers were terrible and smelled like urine. Garbage on the ground around cabin. Had to pick up when arrived.

Another great summer visit! Lodges could use a better cleaning between guests. Very dusty ceiling fans and a/c units (one says filter needs to be changed) and floors were not swept. Other than that, Lodge was great and we really enjoyed out visit! See you again next summer!

2 nights in a comfortable cabin with 3 grandkids, plenty for us to do! Prefer staying mid week to avoid weekend crowds. Suggestion: Have staff ride through the campground about 11/11:30 p.m. to ensure quiet time is observed. Our neighbors played a loud radio until 1:30 a.m.

We ad some issues with the GFI outlets in the kitchen area in the lodges. Cook top would trip the GFI after a very short time. The water had a smell of sulfur in all of the camper lots that we used. The air conditioners in the lodge would cycle on and off constantly. The camp grounds seemed to be kept clean and neat. We have stayed at this camp ground for over 25 years.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We were tent camping and wanted to upgrade to a cabin because of storms coming in the area. It was so quick and easy!

Activities were great! Our room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dog hair on the floor from previous visitors that we had to sweep ourselves. We were disappointed the train was only working one day of our stay- this was something super important for our kids to get to do. Office staff could have been a little more welcoming, we felt they didn’t want to be there doing their job.

We love all the amenities that Port Huron KOA offers. The only mishap was that our friends sites had no power for the first several hours we were there and no notifications were sent out prior to check in.

I had a great stay up until the last day. My neighbors had about 30 people and were partying until 4am. It was loud and not relaxing at all.

My cabin was super dirty when i arrived and without power. Disappointed in this stay this year. Also did not like the constant disturbance from staff. They complained about some playing music but not others was very frustrating this year.

Normally we enjoy our stay. But this time we came in to no electricity which was returned back on pretty quickly. Our Kabin K64 you could lock but it would just open anyway. I informed the young girl in the office and she didn’t seem to concerned about it. We also did not have any trash can in the Kabin. The train was not able to run due to mechanical problems. Not the greatest weekend.

The cabin was tolerable, but the campground was unbelievably noisy and smoky. I actually worried about the effect breathing the air would have on my lungs. This campground is too large, too dense, and too expensive, and the young people who run it aren't really up to the job, unfortunately.

It was a nice stay although not the best I have been to. Some of the staff were rude. Our cabin was empty and cleaned early per the cleaning crew but the front staff person would not let us in until 3pm although our family members were able to get into their cabins early. The cabin was not the cleanest, blinds super dirty and floor dirty. Things were priced high for families with many kids.

Loved the flowers, beautiful flower arrangements really added that special touch to your property! Everything was super clean the pools were spot on. The only disappointment was no train running due to technical issues. Really enjoyed the tractor ride you offered for my family! Also, it was very nice to have so many people checking in everyone instead of having to wait long lines.The best KOA

Need bunkbed sheets that are fitted. Need to have cleaning staff be more diligent. Our broom was in seriously sad shape and I almost cut my hand on the destroyed metal handle. Also the linens should accommodate for the total number of people in the cabin and well as a quantity of garbage bags on site.

This place is very family oriented and has a ton of activities for the kids. Some areas are not shaded and small lots but some areas have larger lots and shade.
