The stay was overall excellent. The store made any small things we mightve forgotten nothing more than a minor inconvenience. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. My 13 year old son and his friend walked to 2 different bathroom locations and said they were disgusting and didnt want to use them. I had similar reaction to going to use them myself.

Reported porch light not working & it did not get fixed. Bathrooms near our cabin (#27) needed to be cleaned more often. After the floors were mopped, there was literally standing water on the floors and there was no signed posted about wet floors.

We had a really great time! So much to do, bumperboats, cars, too much to list! Staff was really friendly, especially when it came to directions. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, we all had a blast!! Already planning for next year� Thank you for the great memories

The basic cabin with no bathroom, kitchen or anything should at least come with a mini fridge and a microwave. We pay all that money and couldn't even enjoy our stay. I won't be back to this KOA.

The service has declined over the years. Every day an amenity is broken, the lodges are not cleaned (hair in drains and corner floors not mopped. We used to stay for at least 7 days, &will be reducing to 4 days because the value isn't there. Fortunately the campers are friendly and all ready to have fun with each other. Very safe & friendly place.

We love coming every year. A little disappointed our first night there. When I pulled out the sofa bed it still had linens on there from previous peeps. Our feet were black from the floors. They had not been mopped. I brought my Seifter mop and 5 pads later had it clean. Huge onion piece by the refrigerator door on the floor

This was our first time staying in a cabin. We usually book campsites and bring our travel trailer. The lodge we stayed in wasn’t very clean, I had to do a thorough clean before we brought any of our stuff in. When we put our garbage out in the morning sometimes it sat by the road for 8 hours before being picked up. This surprised me because the campground wasn’t very busy. Pools were nice!

We’ve been here several times. We always have a nice time but we’re a bit disappointed that several of the amenities were not available (one pool was closed one day, the other pool was closed the next day, the train was down 3 of the days). Also, something needs to be done to make sure people with dogs keep them leashed and under control. We saw more than one fight between dogs.

Awesome programming ideas for families, but lots of cancellations and pool closures over the course of our stay during a very hot period. Also, we would happily pay extra for our stay in order to cover the cost of lifeguards at the pools. Our bathrooms were not cleaned very frequently, and several showers had next to no water pressure. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful every day.

Stay was nice, but the cabin was really dirty. The stove top and fan were filthy and when I took a Clorox wipe to the table and sofa, it was evident that they dont get cleaned.

Cabins were very dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, bugs and very dirty floor. Sheets for bunk beds need to be fitted sheets. The pools were packed and the crowd was very rowdy. The amenities were great though; banana bikes, golf cart rental, Saw mill City and the little shops.

We stayed in cabin L324 and it was so dirty. The tub walls still had filth from the previous campers, the floors need a thorough washing, the windows, basically everything needs a good overhaul cleaning. The pools were also very “unsanitary” from swimmers pee, that you can smell it from outside of the pool. Some general maintenance is required in those areas. Please review the info above.

Stay was great. Campground is always clean and lots for the kids to do. Cabin could use brighter light bulbs as it was too dark to see properly. Huge bees were digging holes all over the front of the cabin so we were unable to use porch. Would recommend closing pools from 4-5 like other campgrounds we have visited so you can clean and rebalance it so its not murky and is healthier to use all day

This is our 2nd year coming. We had a blast! I do recommend cleaning Cabins for cobwebs and vacuuming bunk beds. The floors make our feet black. Not sure if they are washed?? Also, this year the smell of marijuana riding around the park was gross. We will come Back next year and I’m hoping more rules are in place. Otherwise we will have to find somewhere else.

Beautiful campground but very disappointed with the golf cart process. Never stayed at a camp ground where the carts had to be checked back in at 8pm. Long walk back to check in and check out every day. with a disability makes that very frustrating. Campground got very congested in the streets in the evening because everything shuts down at 8pm and people have nothing to do.

It was our first stay at this campground. Overall everything was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a rustic cabin in order to spend time with family who were traveling through in an RV. The only negative was the air conditioner was not on when we arrived. Temps were very high so it took about 8 hours to cool down the cabin.

I called to book cabins told them I needed 2 together, by bathroom with fridge and microwave . They did not have fridge or microwave. Air was not working in one cabin. He brought portable air. Hooked it up said give it a couple hours. Had to call him back because still hot. He did not open windows for vent. Came back fixed it . Had to wait longer again for semi cool.

I’ve been coming here as a kid and now with my own family for over 20 years. This experience however has left a sour taste in my mouth. While the staff was friendly, the cleanliness of our cabin and other facilities was atrocious!! Graffiti in the cabin is unacceptable. Neighbors that treat the campground as a block party after hours makes me feel I don’t ever need to return to this “resort

Only thing I would change is the deluxe cabin floors need to be mopped a bit better They were covered in dirt when I cleaned up a spill with paper towel and our feet turned black if we chose to walk barefoot in the cabin

Our cabin wasn’t tidy at all when we arrived. There was garbage left in the fire pit, behind the refrigerator, and under the bed, left by the previous guest. When the front desk was called they only sent someone to clean the fire pit. No other accommodations were offered. Also, when did they start allowing scooters to be used? Because we were told not to bring ours again. Google revie

Love Port Huron KOA! It’s our favorite spot to take grandkids on vacation. I have watched the campground grow and change over the past 27 years getting more beautiful each year. The one thing that has never changed is the customer service and pride that everyone takes in the campground. Always clean, always beautiful. KOA Port Huron is my families HAPPY PLACE! Already booked for summer ‘26.

Handicap Cabins are not handicap friendly ... Toilet sits too low, grab bar to get off toilet should be up farther on the wall not right next to toilet, toilet paper holder jabs into you side when trying to use the toilet needs to be moved to wall facing toillet not, shower does not allow for wheelchair access. Swimming pools were like a cold plunge.

My sister and I decided to plan a last minute camping trip for our families- it was amazing.. we love love love staying in the cabins, they are so cozy and clean. Our cabins were close to each other and we had so much food, it was so convenient to have the grills and the place had all the necessary items. we will most definitely be BACK

The food at the KOA was good, would get again. But the condition of the cabins/lodges were very surprising, bugs all over the ceiling and walls (mostly dead ones from spiders) candy wrappers and some trash throughout the cabin, gum stuck into the floors, bed/frame super dusty. Our first cabins ac faceplate was broke and wouldn't go on, the spiders were so bad. (ran out of space to put the rest)

Cabin was loaded w/ carpenter ants & spiders. So go inside to stop getting bit by mosquitoes results in getting bit by spiders & ants while we slept. The showers we tried was cold water, we did not appreciate a cold shower, not to mention disgusting w/ others hair & stuff left. The bathrooms were disgusting overall. Left early due to unsafe feeling due to people banging on door middle of night

Lots to do in and around the campground. Loved having the golf cart as my husband has trouble walking and we could get around with ease to enjoy time with family. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to camp again next year!

I was in cabin 305. The first curtain on the left side had blood on it. The ceiling fan in the front and the ceiling fan in the bedroom were both filthy. The futon mattress felt like cement. It was very hard and I didn't sleep well during my stay. The pots and eating utensils are on top of the refrigerator that's not a good idea. Please update this cabin ASAP.

Our stay was cut short because I fell and sprained my ankle. Prior to that it was nice, with tons of things to do,however, the bathrooms were not kept clean, and the floors were disgusting.

My family has been coming to this KOA since I was born. Bathroom and shower facilities are always nicely maintained, food is pretty good and decently priced, I've never had an issue with any employees, and they always have something for the kids to do weather permitting. The reason I give 4-stars is because I wish they had more to do if it is raining such as a larger arcade and/or some kind of indoor park or even gym to run around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be continuing to go yearly at least :)
